I can not find anywhere and 3UA is best color
3UA is the best color I finally found for my hair type and it never gave me hue color in red or orange after coloring. But I’m unable to purchase anywhere.

Tried the Ultra Medium Ash Blonde- Never Again
I tried this ultra as medium Blonde and this was the worst color ever. I usually use Loreal medium ash Blonde which has always been my go to. This product dried my hair out and the color was so dull. Yeah I'll stick with my go to. But won't be using the ultra ever again.

Actually is what it says it is. No red undertones
The cool supreme line is the ONLY natural looking brown colour that I’ve ever used. It does what no other “Cool”, “Ash”, or “Anti-Brass” colour brand does. It actually isn’t red! I’ve loved all 3 brown shades and they are the only things I want to use on my hair. But, once again, a product I like is being discontinued and the red and green undertone colours will of course stay on shelves.

Best I’ve Found
This is the best ash medium brown I have found. It doesn’t turn brassy and covers my grays well. However, I’ve been having a hard time finding it for a while now. I’m not sure if it’s being discontinued. I hope it’s not and L’Oreal can get their supply issues worked out.

Not enough product in developer.2FLOZ instead of 2.53 ! Comb is useless. Product did not even cover my grey hair properly. I usually like L’Oreal products but I will not buy this one again. I ll go back to regular hair color.

Superb Hair Color Product
I have been using the Excellence 6R Light Auburn hair color for almost 20 years and I love the way it looks and feels after using it. I have very long hair and it is so silky and smooth afterwards. Covers my gray roots and highlights my hair. I get compliments all the time and it looks very natural.

Does Not Dye Grey Hair
I tried the L'Oreal Excellence Crème - 6 - Light Brown. It did not dye my grey hair at all. I followed the instructions exactly. Very disappointed. Will not buy again.

Very good.
Excellent product. Have been using it for 20+ years, excellent gray coverage. Only one issue and that is with the new packaging of the conditioner. There is enough conditioner supplied for the initial use and once weekly use until the next coloring. However the new design of the tube leads to the tube splitting open when you try to squeeze the product out. I just colored my hair and was able to get enough conditioner for this one use, but the rest went down the drain. Whoever thought this tube was a good idea needs to be sent packing.

HAIR CARE BEWARE!
The product is good. However, it doesn't last when you are having to repeat a color after only two-three weeks. In addition, Products (all of them for color) clog the hair folicles and stop HAIR GROWTH to areas of the scalp. This is why I may stop using all of your products. I have 70 years old and like a full head of hair. Instead, I have, and for many years, noticed hair loss and balding spots.

Great coverage for gray roots..faulty packaging
This is the second time I’ve used this product in the light brown color. I’m pleased with the actual color and the “staying power” of that color. I didn’t notice the roots or the dullness of my hair for at least four weeks. Five stars for that! However, I have a complaint on the packaging. I purchased the first kit from CVS and when I unscrewed the conditioner, the sides of the tube split open and squirted the contents out all over the shower. Not a big deal……but, I purchased the second kit about four weeks later from Target and the same thing had happened. I unpacked the contents and noticed leakage on the tube and on the sides of the other containers. I think your packaging needs some tweaking! Otherwise a great product!

Medium Blonde
I finally found a hair color that I absolutely love and used it twice to find out it's out of stock everywhere. It's only the medium blonde shade which happens to be the best color for me. I used the dark blonde and was pleased with the results but just a little darker than I like to go with in the summer. I've looked everywhere in stores and online...very disappointed.

New formula with shampoo does not work!
Your new Excellence Hair Color with the shampoo stinks! With the previous Excellence without the shampoo I would not need to recolor my hair for 10 weeks. This new one with the shampoo has only lasted 5 weeks which is totally unacceptable! I will definitely be changing to another brand since you apparently added the shampoo so you could make more money by making the hair color not last as long. Shame on you!

too dark for me
While I love this product and does tone down the brassiness as advertised the color is just too dark. Medium Blonde is really a light ash brown. This is not what I want. I have used it 3 times so far trying to get myself to like and accept the color, but it's just not me. I used your medium beige blonde for many, many years. It was the perfect color for me and then you stopped making it. I was so happy to see this product and was very hopeful. But until you can make one shade lighter, I won't be buying this in the future.

Amazing anti brass results!
Best at home hair color - mimics the salon. Anti brass technology is amazing. My hair gets brassy and anti brass makes a huge difference. Will stop coloring at salon and use this instead - it’s that good! Please keep making this product - it’s the best available!!

hi tried the 8ua and it was darker than i wanted but love the way it covered and how it feels.. but i wasnt sure if i was suppose to use the whole tube of shampoo that came with it..so i did..dont think it said to use a portion of it..just to use after you rinse the color out..so what is the best thing to do? i know the conditioner you use every time you shampoo..

I loved this, but came out a little dark . I usually use the 9 or 9 1/2 Ash blonde not ashy enough. This left my hair feeling great as always. Tried the competitors purple mixed 9 w 10 colors was nice but it faded fast and hair was dry.
A shade lighter would be perfect.

I love the product and the Ultra Ash Brown is perfect. Long lasting, no brassieness! My only complaint- unable to find it on a regular basis. Currently out of stock everywhere, in all the stores here- even Amazon. Tried to find my old medium ash brown in excellence crème- that’s out of stock as well.

Going to be a long 7 weeks !
I have been using Loreal hair color for over 25 years. I have used both Excellence & Preference. # 9 in the winter & #8 in the summer. I like to go a little darker in the summer ,because of the sun which lightens it. I saw that L'Oréal came out with a new product, Cool Supreme. Using the chart, I bought 8UA. Well my hair is now brown ! So, unless you are looking to become a brunette....stick to what works. It is going to be a long 7 weeks ,till I can dye my hair again !!! UGH

Had High Hopes
Been using L'Oreal since I was 16. Now that I have "silver highlights" -- I was excited about this new line.
Bought dark blonde and medium blonde, similar to what I use in the Preference and regular Excellence lines. The dark blonde looked brunette, and washed out within 2 weeks; enough that my hair stylist said I needed to get my roots done and I told her that I just colored my hair two weeks ago.
Medium blonde last night - color looks like a dull brown. Yay...just in time for Spring...not. I am so disappointed and feel like I just wasted my money and time.
Now I have to wait weeks before I can change out the color. I'd prefer my natural color back.

The color results of the shade 8ua is much darker
I just used this shade. Thank goodness after I pulled it through to my ends I only left it on for a couple of minutes. I would have ended up with brown hair. Now I look like I have an umbra effect. I’m hoping it fades. If not I will have to get some highlights put back in. I have been using L’Oréal hair color products since the late 1980’s.

I was excited to try this yet very challenged by the reviews I read here.
I will tell you… it is called ultra ash… meaning, it will be ash and darker than a natural shade… that is ash… this is intense, nurturing, moisturizing, made my hair silky and it was so gentle to my hair I am literally loving this product! I wanted a lighter result yet ashier than my light ash brown therefore I used the dark ash blonde and achieved the darkest shade on the box which is beautiful and a great shade for me. I truly love, love! this product!

Color turned out TOO dark
I bought 8 UA ultra ash medium blonde and used it over medium ash blonde loreal that had been applies 4 weeks before. The color turned out to be medium brown. Not happy with these results. I followed the directions and timed everything.

I really like the way my hair feels and I really love the color on the box, I'm not really sure why my hair got so dark being that it was lighter than the color on the box to start with? Been using A9, You definitely need to make a 9UA, I would probably use that forever.

Super disappointed
I was very excited to try the product. Light brown 6 UA. I have experience covering grays and coloring at home. As well as salon coloring. I chose this product because I needed gray coverage on my roots and to overall color my warm older highlights a cool brown. I got absolutely no gray coverage on my roots. So I will now need to buy my usual root touch up in dark brown. the product turned my warm highlights a grayish purple, Which I know will fade and warm but I expected a more ashy metallic color. Over all this is just a regular dull brown color. And as stated in other reviews it is quite dark. It is not light. Will not purchase again. Color silk light ash is cooler and brighter. Just disappointed in how dull this color is.

Excellent color - finally no brassiness!!!
I love L'Oreal products and this particular shade and product works fabulously on 50% greys/white hair that isn't quite at the point of going natural. Blended wonderfully, the grays/whites produced fabulous highlights with no brassiness. One week with this color using the purple shampoo and conditioner keep it looking wonderful. Very, very happy with this color and product so far.

Made my hair orange
I bought the ultra ash medium brown color in hopes that it would actually deliver ash brass free color. No one was more horrified than me when it turned my hair orange. I’ve never gotten such bad results with any boxed dye. I followed the directions exactly, so I’m not sure where things went so terribly wrong.

THE BEST!!!!!!!
Ok I was extremely skeptical about this hair coloring and truly afraid that it would turn my hair purple or green haha, I've never used a drug store Jaír coloring before so this was my first time. I LOVE THIS L'ORÉAL HAIE COLORING!!!! I can not even begin to explain how beautiful the color of my hair is and all the grays I did have are completely gone. I love that it is so extremely easy to find the hair color you need by how L'Oréal has everything by numbers and colors so you can not mess up on finding your shade color of hair, even if you are completely gray and you want to be the color you were before you turned gray Yes you will find you shade because L'Oréal made it that easy to find your hair shade/color. It also did it make my hair dry out or look dull like most brands so because of the ingredients in this your hair will look so shiny in a healthy way and smells good too in my opinion. I have recommended this to everyone I know and Over half have tried it because they noticed my hair and they love it too. You can also go darker or lighter. I get so many compliments and I love it! I wish I had my picture to submit to show before and after but sadly all my photos where deleted. I am always brutally honest and give my opinion no matter the brand and product and this one is a must if you like to color your hair. Thank you so much L'Oréal for making my hair looking gorgeous and without gray again!!

Absolutely Gorgeous Color
I was really impressed. My hair came out so smooth and didn't feel chemically battered. I usually do 7A Dark Ash Blonde with great results. I LOVED this color. I recently I tried highlights/foils partly because I thought going to a salon would be 'better', and I'd never done it before. I wasn't happy with the color, and the salon process takes longer, and costs significantly more. Also I wasnt a fan of the chit chat involved. I will definitely be going back to this brand and I hope I find this color in stores.

Love this hair dye!!!
This is one of the best hair dyed I've used in a long long time. I love how the bottle that the hair dye is in has a screw off cap instead of having to cut the top like some other brands. And the hair dye lasted a long time for my hair. I have gray hair that grows at my roots of my hair and after using the first one I haven't had to use the second box yet. It's amazing. I will be buying this again.

Covered my Grey roots!
I was without a doubt satisfied with this products performance. I am used to at home coloring so I was excited to try something different and receive this product for free for testing. My main concern with permanent at home coloring, is to make sure my grey roots are covered and that it did. I liked the extra comb like applicator top that came with the bottle which in my opinion gave a little better distribution for my roots. This box also came with a gentle purple shampoo which I really liked and feel helped cleaned up extr residue in my scalp. An anti brass purple conditioner was also included... soft feeling hair immediately. My only con is I do t love the smell but it wasn't strong enough to deter me from buying again. I think it checks my requirements of covering grey hair and not leaving my hair feeling dry. I would definitely recommend and buy again (color used is 3UA Ultra Ash Black

Brassiness Begone!
I used this product approx. 3 weeks ago and I have to say I am convinced to switch to it permanently. My hair color has faded to be exactly the color on the box, and it is very soft and manageable. The color looks real not like a washed out bleached blonde. My hair is just below my shoulders and when I used the purple shampoo they give you for after the dye, I still had enough for 2 more shampoos. I have been using the purple shampoo and conditioner after 2-3 washings of my regular shampoo! I think L'Oréal's purple technology is awesome!

I color my hair on and off to cover grays and had been struggling to find a product that would be long lasting. I have given up for a while because after two weeks the grays were very noticeable again. So far I've gotten great coverage that seems to be holding up well.

Cool for now
I usually use a Loreal Excellence Natural tone hair color in either Level 8 during summer months and a Level 7 in winter. Lately, my color was looking too warm to the point of being brassy. I tried the Level 7 instead because I wanted to balance the tones in my hair and then maybe go up a level next time. Whenever I use Excellence Hair Color, the first week is hard to tell because there is a lot of pigment to the hair. The true test is how it looks a few weeks later, if it blends beautifully or not. Right now, I got the results that I wanted to achieve but it is too soon to tell how the end result will be. I like the purple shampoo and conditioner that comes in the box. I will probably use the conditioner once a week with my Ever Pure sulfate free purple shampoo to maintain my color. Overall this is a good product.

The grey coverage did very well, but my hair was a very light blonde before I used it and now it it more of a light dirty blonde/light brown. I wouldn't say it looks like the color on the box. Other than that I would recommend. Just get the right color.

Perfect for grey coverage
I tried L'Oreal Paris Excellence Cool Supreme Permanent Gray Coverage Hair Color in Dark Ash Brown. Following the directions were very easy and the coverage results were fantastic. I liked the shampoo that was included and the conditioner left my hair very soft. The only complaint I have was the smell that just lingers. After a few washes it was much better. I would use it again.

Faded fast but beautiful color
I was so excited about this product when I first used it. It covered my grays perfectly, it came with all the tools I needed (I loved the comb attachment because it made getting through the roots super easy), was PLENTY of product to cover all my thick, shoulder length hair, and was the exact color I wanted. Application was so easy, I washed it out as directed and it was perfect. Two days later, I used shampoo and conditioner meant for color treated hair and noticed it faded a lot. Two more days went by and I used my color safe shampoo and the rest of the conditioner from the package as directed and the color seemed to come back some, but I think it was just the color deposit from the purple conditioner because once I washed it a third time, it's almost back to my natural color. The grays are still somewhat covered (not completely) but the color has faded SO much within a week.

L'Oreal Paris Excellence Cool Supreme Hair Color - 3UA Ultra Ash Black is excellent coloring system. The coloring cream is non drip formula and provides complete gray coverage. After coloring the purple shampoo and anti-brass conditioner provide additional layer of coverage to hair and color to seal in smooth, radiant shine. My hair felt great after this hair color and I loved the feel of my hair. I felt that my hair color lasted longer than other hair coloring products.
