Pamper yourself skin care tip #1: Give yourself an at-home facial. You may not have the time to spend at a spa, but you don’t have to, you can follow this easy step-by-step guide for an at-home facial that can help encourage beautiful skin, and hopefully a more relaxed state of mind too.
Pamper yourself skin care tip #2: Apply a face mask. Pamper yourself and address your skin care concerns at the same time by applying a face mask. There are many formulas available, so find one that best suits your needs, whether you want to mattify shine, detoxify your pores or refine your skin’s rough, dull texture.
Pamper yourself skin care tip #3: Make a sugar lip scrub. Mix a tablespoon of brown sugar and a few drops of coconut oil together for a DIY lip scrub. Gently apply the mixture in circular motions to your lips before cleansing your skin and rinse away with lukewarm water and then apply a nourishing lip balm. With just a little extra pampering, your pout should feel soft and may taste a little sweeter too.
Pamper yourself skin care tip #4: Cold eye compress. Simple and rewarding, apply a cold eye compress to your lids after cleansing your skin for about ten minutes to help address general eye puffiness. Lay back and listen to music or meditate while the compress rests on your eyes and then apply a few dabs of a nourishing eye cream once the compress is removed.
