I was planning to regularly buy the product. Then I bought a new jar with the formula changed and it was very different - thicker and vs lightweight, and tacky vs easily absorbed. I love that some Loreal skin products are offered in fragrance free, so that is appreciated because we don't need it and many people have allergic reactions, but the overall effectiveness of this product has changed in an unfortunate way. If they ever switch back I'd buy it again.

It melts into your skin quickly, keeping your skincare routine nice and quick, but provides excellent hydration. I didn't notice any irritation while using this product. If there is any complaint (and this isn't one for me personally), it is a bit heavy and your skin will have a very dewy/glowy finish. If you want a matte finish, this is probably a bit too heavy for you. All in all, I really enjoyed this product!

However I don't know that it's best for everyday use for combo/oily skin. I'm acne prone and found I could use this a few times a week at best, anymore and I would break out. But that's okay it's normal for my skin to not love thick creams. I did like using it however as a makeup base (it's fantastic for this) and on nights where I exfoliate with BHA. When I used it at night after exfoliating I woke up with no dry spots or flakes. I also LOVE that it is fragrance free, too!

It's supposed to be ok to use on my skin but ever since I started it, I've just broke out so badly and all my pores are extremely congested. I wake up with an oil field on my face EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's not worth it in my opinion to even risk using this. I'm a very experienced skin care user, 37 female with oily skin and large pores for reference.

To my surprise, I really enjoy it for both daytime and nighttime! My skin can also be acne-prone or sensitive depending on the environment and other circumstances and I never felt this would break me out of cause any sensitivities. I love that it is fragrance-free, mineral oil free, paraben free, and dye free. I prefer to use it at night after applying any toners, actives, or serums for really nice overnight hydration and find that it absorbs quickly and does not feel heavy. I also find that my skin is bouncy and evenly hydrated in the morning after using this at night! I have also applied it during the daytime under makeup and tested it with multiple serums, toners, sunscreens, etc. and I have never experienced any pilling with this product (praise!) and I found that it was a great base for my makeup application. Since I am on the oilier side, especially during the summer, I will likely continue to use it in the evening as that is when I enjoy it most. I also agree with its claims to reveal plumper, bouncier skin and that fine lined and wrinkles appear more filled in. This product actually says what it's going to do and is a "basic" moisturizer in the best way - fragrance-free, does not clog pores, hydrating without feeling greasy or heavy, and easy-to-use packaging. If you're considering purchasing this, give it a try. Especially at this price point, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised! I would definitely repurchase.

I stay away from fragrances in my skin care products, since my skin is sensitive and acne prone. This product did not break me out, which is always my biggest concern when trying out new products. My skin is dry, so I typically look for a heavy basic cream. This cream is perfect for the summer for me. It melts right into my skin, no film afterwards. My only wish is that this came in a pump rather than a jar, so that I didn't have to use my fingers or a spatula to scoop out the product. But I can't complain with this great price point. I will be repurchasing. I received this product for free in return for my honest review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nickle from Great addition to my daily routine! I currently have a very simple face care routine, so it was easy to add this moisturizer in. Some days (mostly when I would actually remember) I would use this twice a day, morning and night, as the second or third step in my routine. I actually prefer the spf free version so that I can use it in both the am/pm. I particularly like that it was unscented, had great texture and really made my skin look glowy and hydrated. I do think some of the glowiness was because it did leave me a little greasy but not enough to bother me. I don't know if collagen products are legit or if it's just the moisturizing ingredients but whatever it is, I did see a difference in my fine lines when I used this regularly.

It made my face feel nice and plump when I put it on. It also made my aged skin look a lot younger and better. I used the unscented, but it still had a bit of a smell to it. The only negative thing I can say is I accidentally got some in my eye and it stung quite bad. Other than that, I highly recommend this product, especially for mature skin.

I've tried so many different face moisturizers and products and I really like the way this feels. It's not too heavy feeling and doesn't have a greasy/oily feel at oil. It gets absorbed into the skin immediately and you don't even feel like you're wearing it. I used it for a couple weeks every day and my skin just feels better.

But I used this cream for about 2 weeks and I can feel some what of a difference. I do recommend this product tho. It left my skin soft with a nice glow!

I love that it has Broad Spectrum SPF 30 to protect my skin from the suns rays, it's boosted with collagen which makes my skin look healthy and it's lightweight and leaves a semi-matte finish which makes my skin look flawless. I get compliments daily. This is a well-made, quality daily collagen moisturizer.

It's a new favorite. It's lightweight and leaves my skin feeling bouncy and supple. I really like it. It feels so silky on my skin. It's dries in nicely leaving behind no residue and tackiness. It works well under makeup. My skin looks really good with this moisturizer. Thanks so much for the opportunity to try it out. I'm looking forward to the long term results. Short term are looking pretty great so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Thatonechick from Found my new night cream! This is my new night moisturizer. I have normal skin and it leaves my skin feeling super hydrated and soft but not too greasy. And you don't need a lot. A little goes a long way. Too much may be difficult for the skin to absorb since it's densely hydrating. Love that it comes in a fragrance free version for my sensitive skin. I did not breakout when using this. Sits nicely on top of a retinol. I did try to use this during the day (they have an spf version too) and found that it sits really well under makeup as well but I prefer to sleep with this as the last step in my regimine and wake up with super soft smooth hydrated skin. A steal at the price compared to other creams that do the same thing.

I wear it before going to bed and it the morning and my skin looks and feels so youthful. My skin goes from looking dull and dry to glossy and plump. I also like that it doesn't affect my makeup at all. I've used it with a few foundations and it has worked well every time. Definitely recommend it!

It's not very hydrating; I have to use quite a bit for my skin to feel moisturized. But it feels nice on the skin and works well with my other products.
