Awesome!
This brand has never let me down. All of their colors are true to what they are. It did leave my hair much softer than before. It has not faded at all and there is no weird residue. The packaging is very appealing to the eye. I love it!

I already had a slightly red dye in my hair, but it was more on the warmer side, but this was the kind of red that I initially wanted. It’s kind of like a darker richer very like a cherry color, which I love.

Great red dye for dark hair
This dye is one of the best options for red hair at home if you have dark hair and don’t want to bleach. I would like to note that I did use bleach first because I was initially planning to do a different color, but it’s not necessary with this dye and is actually not recommended. I got a really vibrant color though! This dye is really gods quality for the price. It’s fairly simple to use and comes with everything you need including gloves. Red does tend to fade quicker than other colors, but I’ve already washed my hair several times, and the color is lasting pretty well. Overall, definitely recommend! My only downside is that Loreal is not cruelty-free, which is something that’s very important to me personally. However, I chose my rating based solely on performance.

Bold color
I got this complimentary to try out. The color is called “hot chili” and says “true auburn” I would not describe this a true auburn. It’s more of a burgundy color. Has great dimension and coveted all my grays.

Bright & shiny
I bought 2 boxes cuz my hair is super long & its always taken more than 1 box to dye my hair. So my daughter decided she wanted the rest of what i didnt use. Her blonde hair took to the dye quickly & gave her a natural strawberry blonde look. My hair is auburn so my roots came out bright & my ends are dark. Lol. I still like it. It has more of a orange/pink color to it than red which surprised me but isnt bad still. I was even more surprised that 1 box actually covered my entire hair instead of a box & a half! My hair is left feeling soft & not fried. My color is even though my front roots are bright. I might be suited for the bright colors but it looks great on my daughter & i dont mind the way my hair looks. Pictures make my hair look much darker but what i see in person is much more vibrant & colorful than my pictures show. (Sorry)

Beautiful Red.
I used this on my daughter’s hair before her graduation from Inline schooling and her hair turned out beautiful. The instructions were super easy to follow. There was a little standing of skin. But the trick is tooth paste. Packaging was very fancy and didn’t look cheap. It’s a very good value for the amazing results.

A goodie
The color came out gorgeous! It’s been about a week and a half and there hasn’t been any fading. The hair dye was extremely strong smelling (compared to my usual brand). The instructions were clear and the gloves provided were great! I will say though that my hair felt a little like straw before using the conditioner. All in all, easy process and desired result.

Not as vibrant but a wearable red
I’m giving Feria 560 Hot Chili 4 stars. The color turned out rich and warm with a nice spicy red tone, and the at-home process was easy to follow with good coverage overall. While I loved the depth of the shade, it wasn’t quite as vibrant or fiery as I imagined based on the box color. That said, it still looks beautiful and dimensional, especially in natural light. Great option if you want a bold red that’s wearable rather than overly bright.

I tried L’Oréal Féria Shimmering Color in Hot Chili and I love how bold and vibrant it turned out. The red is fiery and rich with tons of shine, not dull at all. It went on evenly and left my daughter’s hair feeling soft, not fried. If you want a fun, confident color that really pops, this shade is a great choice. It does seem to fade a little quicker than other colors though.

I found it to be so easy to use this product! The color on the packaging matches the color deposit when dying my hair. It was such a quick process and it left my hair feeling great after applying the color. I really enjoyed the conditioner that came with the hair dye, because it made my hair feeling great after silky and smelled beyond amazing. My hair held more color with this product compared to others that bleed out so much after each rinse! There hasn’t been any fading yet and the color has gotten a lot of compliments!

I like this brand/type. It doesn't have a super strong odor like others, I didnt have a lot of fallout with this one either. The conditioner makes my hair smell so good. Always wondering why that isn't sold in stores. :-)

Always my go-to brand of hair dye. I'm always nervous to sway from my original color, so thanks to Influenster, I got to step outside of the box of try a bold cold. Does disappoint! Covered my grey hairs and looks nice and bold for me. I love this color. Enough to cover my whole head and a nice fragrance oil to put inside of the hair dye as well.

I tried the hot chili Féria permanent hair dye. The scent pack that gets mixed in the dye bottle was difficult to open. I had to grab scissors to open it. It also didn’t want to mix well into the dye so I had to tap the bottom if the bottle in the counter to get it to go down and mix. It did not burn when in my scalp. Overall I like the color.

L’ORÉAL Féria Hot Chili permanent hair dye was very concentrated. The instructions were simple, the bottles have numbers of the steps. I was very careful so there were no stains. My hair is still shiny. The washability was easy. The only thing I don’t like is that it causing me dead ends.

I love Féria products and I wanted to love this one but I didn’t really get a noticeable difference with this product. Maybe if I’m in the sun it will show more but it’s more of a very light hint of chili. Odor wasn’t bad and product did stain like others I’ve used in the past. Clean up was easy just used a wet wrap. My hair felt nice and moisturized after shampoo and didn’t irritate my scalp.

This COLOR DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I’ve been wanting to change up my color for awhile & being able to test out this gorgeous shade say less! Instructions were easy & it came with salon quality gloves for application. I loved the formula of this brand, it didn’t burn my scale or anything when applied. This hair dye really took my gray hairs and covered them. It did not have a strong smell and it left my hair very shiny. It was very simple to rinse out but it did take quite of bit of scrubs in my head for it to take off. After a couple of days, the hair dye was very minimal upon washing. After 2 weeks, the hair was still shiny and i will definitely keep purchasing it again.

I think I may have found my new color! I typically use Féria hair color but my normal is called cherry crush. The kit includes everything you need. It comes with gloves, conditioner for after, developer, color and an oil ampule. You mix the black bottle and the ampule into the white bottle. Shake it up and you’re ready to use. All over color processed in about 25 minutes. It covered all of my gray and looks fairly natural. The photos I include are a before and two afters. One is in natural light and the other is under fluorescents at my work. The conditioner cream makes your hair silky smooth. I didn’t have any damage after coloring. I highly recommend Féria for anyone coloring their hair at home!

I love feria I have been using it for years. I've tried several shades. Hot chili is a light auburn color. It's easy to get set up and the dye process is fairly quick. It's easy to wash out. It doesn't dry your hair out. It comes with the best conditioner ever. I always love the conditioner that comes with it. I use a shampoo for dyed hair so my hair doesn't fade as fast. It's never patchy and has enough to dye all my hair.

I've been on a quest for the perfect at-home red for QUITE SOME TIME NOW, and the L'Oreal Paris Feria in "Hot Chili" (Multi-Faceted Shimmer Coloring with 3X highlights) truly delivers on shimmer and vibrancy. The color itself is stunning – it's a brilliant, dimensional red that really catches the light. The kit is easy to use and comes with the revolutionary Power Shimmer Conditioner, which leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft and smooth, not damaged, even after coloring.
The overall result is beautiful, but I have to be honest about one significant issue: the quantity in a single box isn't enough for those of us with serious volume. My hair is both very long and very thick, and despite my high hopes, one box just couldn't cover all of it. I found some spots, particularly underneath, didn't fully take the color or appeared less vibrant than the rest. This isn't a flaw in the product's quality, but rather a simple volume mismatch.
My advice to anyone with similarly thick or long hair is to definitely use two boxes to ensure full saturation and even coverage.
Despite the coverage hiccup, the color payoff and the included deep conditioning make this my favorite at-home hair color experience so far. The shine lasts for weeks, and I've received so many compliments on the shade. I highly recommend it – just be prepared with an extra box if you have a lot of hair!

Love this color! The only complaint I have is that the color took way more to my roots than the rest of my hair but it doesn’t look bad. The odor is fairly strong but that’s to be expected when lightening your hair at all. The product itself did get on my forehead and ears but came off when I washed my hair and left no residue or stain. The serum was an amazing touch. Even though the color wasn’t perfect the serum left my hair feeling so soft, so shiny, and was very manageable compared to the feeling I usually get in my hair after applying color. It even smoothed the ends of my hair and minimized damage. I would try it again.

Feria is my go to dye!
I have been dying my hair with box dyes since 1997 when I was 14. Over the years I have tried many types and I keep coming back to Féria. The colors are so vibrant and they offer even coverage and leave my hair healthier than before coloring. Hot Chili is a unique shade as over the years many companies have limited or stopped making red shades. What you see is what you get with Féria. I have never had a bad dye job using it!

Smell is strong but turned out pretty
First off, I was uncertain how the red would look on me. A person who usually goes for more blue, black or brown colors. Never dyed my hair red before. However, I am glad I did due my hair (or should say my sister dyed my hair). The instructions were simple and easy to understand. The smell of applying the dye is SOOOO strong. I tried the Feria 560 Hot Chili hair dye and the results were more subtle than I expected. I was hoping for a brighter, more vibrant red, but the color is starting to grow on me and looks very natural in certain lighting. One thing to note is the scent — after rinsing and conditioning, it leaves behind a strong fragrance that lingers through the next couple of washes. It’s not a terrible smell, just a bit overpowering and not my favorite. Pretty color, but patchy in some spots.
So it came perfectly, the instructions were straightforward and easy to understand/follow. I have shorter hair now, so it seemed to dry out closer to my hairline, but it covered the rest of my head. The scent is a little strong and made my eyes water, but it rinsed out of my hair and off of my skin well. I just wish it came out less patchy and more even. Especially since my natural hair was not dyed first.

I love this color dye and it came on time for the new year look. It is bold and prismatic shimmering color. It comes with ever needed to dye hair and last long. It is easy to apply but if need has instructions. It comes with an aromatic shimmer serum with oil blend of coconut oil,linseed and sunflower oil. No dullness nor lack volume to hair. Great for all hair type. My favorite part it deep condition you hair also lovveeee❣️but i need two boxes next time i have a lot of hair.

Great box dye!
Overall I really like this hair color. The smell was a little too strong for me, which is why I rated it a 4. The color came out beautiful and I love the shine! I have used this brand before, so I knew I was going to like it, I have just never used this color. I am very happy with it! It was easy to use and only took about 30-40 minutes to do for me. I have very fine hair so the application process was fast and easy. I hope the color lasts, but red tones are known to fade quicker than others.

This brand has always been great for dying my hair , some of my family members use the same! It turned o it very beautiful I love the shade! I will definitely use again! Very easy to wash , dry & style after. My hair still feels healthy & sleek after using this!

Easy on my hair
This dye didn't dry out my hair or cause any fallout. It came with decent gloves and easy to follow instructions. It doesn't smell pleasant during the processing faze, so definitely apply in a well ventilated area. Applied easily, i have long hair so I was concerned one box wouldn't be enough but it isn't super thick so it worked just fine. It left me with a nice bit of color, I did have some section that the color didn't want to hold as well. The color locking condition smelled nice and helped to hydrate my hair afterwords. I wish the color was a bit bolder but it is still nice all the same.

Excellent color and hydration
The color is so rich and dimensional, No violet, not too dark, and not too orange and since my hair is light brown with highlights it makes it look like a spicy chocolate brown. I have a color thats darker top and more like a black cherry and the more chili ends turns a dark burgundy. I love it! The rinsing was easy and i loved the way it felt after i air dried it, infused with Bond Booster that supports healthy hair strands by visibly strengthening the hair and reducing the appearance of damage giving my hair the ultimate shine and hydration.

The picture might not show it but this color gave my hair such a beautiful vibrant red. I love it! My hair feels nice & soft which I always worry about when coloring my hair. This works great! I love the color & how my hair feels

Such a fun red
Love this color. It’s so bright and vibrant.
It has a strong odor but doesn’t kill your hair. I actually feel like my hair feels heather after use. A few washes and color is still vibrant.

Feria has been my ride-or-die since the early 2000
Let me tell you—l, I’ve been using Feria since the early 2000s to dye my hair, and it’s been my go-to ever since. Absolute clutch. I highly recommend using their salon care hair tools to help apply the dye evenly. It makes such a difference. And every red shade under the Feria umbrella? Solid. One year, I even used the Feria bleaching kit to help the color pop even more. If you have never used a box hair dye, it does t hurt to ask for some help. Trust the process
