WHEN TO USE

Use this hair dye whenever you’re ready to refresh your color or to try a bold, new shade—typically every 4-6 weeks to keep roots touched up.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: Test.
Conduct an allergy patch test at least 48 hours prior to use, to be sure our gentle hair dye formula is compatible with your skin.

Step 2: Mix.
Put on gloves and mix the color gel, shimmer serum, and developer cream as instructed.

Step 3: Apply.
Apply color mixture to dry, unwashed hair and wait 25 minutes.

This product was easy to use and apply. It applied to my hair easier and faster than some other hair dyes that I have used. The scent of the dye was strong but I got used to it. The color ended up being much lighter and more copper red than I had anticipated from the pictures. It’s more red than I usually go but hopefully I will get used to it!

This was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review: Very easy to use, did what was promised, and left me with a beautiful shade of brown. It’s a bit lighter at the top which is okay for my personal opinion. A great hair color! The reason I gave it four star instead of 5 is because I accidentally got some of it on the wall and it permanently stained the wall. Be sure to be very careful when using this as now I need to buy paint to actually repair the wall.

I really liked this L’Oréal Féria Chocolate Glaze hair color. My hair was dull, frizzy, and just boring. This kit is easy to use and there wasn’t any bad staining. L’oréals Féria hair color in chocolate glaze has spiced up and enhanced my hair and look. Some people might be not feel confident or feel that coloring their hair at home seems intimidating or scary , but L’oréal Féria makes it so easy, you simply just follow the directions as soon as I finished mixing the ingredients, applied it, timed it and rinsed it out. I dried and styled my hair it looked and looks and feels healthy and thanks to Ferias Chocolate Glaze, it gave my hair a beautiful subtle red highlight and I am sor happy with my new look.

A decent box dye and easy to use!

I decided to try out a the L’Oréal Féria box dye in chcoolate glaze, as a professional hairstylist I usually stray away from box dye, but I love the brand L’Oréal! Tested this product on my mom who has mostly virgin hair. I decided to use this product as highlights/color blocking in her hair to really see the difference of color from her natural. I do like that the kit comes with everything, the developer, color, gloves and Ampoule to add in the color which is cool. Within 20 minutes you’ll have beautiful color that matches the box pretty well. The color does shine beautifully, especially using the conditioner used in the box dye. Since it’s a permanent I’m sure fading is pretty average for all permanent color (6-12 weeks), the scent is pretty strong.

So rich!

This color turned out great. I had some lighter areas due to bleaching from a prior hair dying experience but honestly it gave it so much much dimension. Super rich and vibrant but in a good healthy way. Prep is easy as always and the residue was easy to get off with alcohol wipes or hair dye remover wipes. I highly suggest this color. It’s a safe but beautiful color.

I didn’t take a before photo but with someone that had medium brown hair, this looked relatively nice! My hair was lighter but still a nice chocolate/brown color. I didn’t get the red tint others had but preparing this was easy and it mixed well. My hair still looks nice after a wash so the color definitely holds!

The product is very throw out and it includes everything you need to dye your hair at home. The products are labeled very well in accordance to the directions and it supplies you with everything you need. It's easy to use and the consistency is thick enough where there is not going to be a mess. The texture is thick and works well in all types of hair, especially long hair as I have. There was not much staining but I did clean up after using. The product lasted well enough with a minimal fading. I would definitely use this again but I do not prefer this color.

This is a great hair dye! It is easy to use. Instructions are super clear and both in Spanish and English. It only took roughly 25 mins of time waiting once I applied. It rinsed out easily. Did not smell the best. The condition it came with was really nice and made my hair so soft. I don’t feel like it damaged my hair any further. It covered my grays. It gave me a pretty color and shine!

I was sent this hair color and I was unable to use it do to issues. The color bottle was busted and was a mess. I have used this brand before but not this color. It's a beautiful color and I've always had good results with this. I highly recommend and it's so gentle on your hair.

This color is so gorgeous!!!! Really glossy and didn’t make my scalp burn when I was applying. Looks pretty natural and my hair still feels healthy and soft after. The coverage is also pretty well distributed and did a good job at hiding greys!

This hair color is super pretty and shiny! I feel that the color payoff is amazing and is very close to the desired color. It doesn’t have as strong of a scent as most hair dyes too. If you have a lot of hair two boxes may be required. I feel that one box wasn’t quite enough for my hair so it was slightly patchy but I feel like if I had another box then my hair would look amazing! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to try a new color or freshen up what they have!

Testing out the Feria Chocolate Glaze free for my honest review. The applicator is easy to apply in the squeeze bottle. I probably could have use two boxes for the full application but I made it work. The color is similar to what I already have but it's a richer cherry brown that I think looks really pretty. I will try this color too reach my desired rich dark brown. This color has been staying for the last few weeks and left my hair with a glossy shine.

Not my favorite. It made my hair feel like straw, which doesn’t normally happen when I color my hair. It made my hair splotchy looking, making my roots look reddish while the ends were darker. Wouldn’t use again.

With the product preparation and mixing the product was easy, apply it as well. Had a silky like feeling to it I’m assuming it’s the shimmer you add in. The color overall is nice, but I never have bee this dark so I’m not sure how I feel about the color on me personally, but like I said the color did turn out how it was on the box exactly. Keep in mind I was a light brown before this. Overall, I this it’s good. I didn’t have enough for my whole head though! So I did have to buy another so if you have telling hair like me one box is not enough!

I like this brand and color a lot

This is a beautiful hair color almost perfect match for my nature hair color. Item are well packaged with no leakage. It left bo residue and the rinsing conditioner smells amazing and left my hair feeling smooth and clean and it didn’t wash all the color out like other bands.

New hair Dye favorite

Instructions were very easy to follow , came with everything overall the application process was less than 30 minutes . Product did not “burn” my scalp or leave my hair feeling “dry or brittle” love the overall outcome . My hair was a “black” dark brown . Left my hair feeling soft and shiny 10/10 recommended.

Chocolate glaze hair

Love L’Oréal products! This kit was super easy to use and included everything needed for prep. Super easy instructions to follow and loved that it had a short time to set. It did have a strong ammonia smell after some mixing but it eventually subsided. The leave in conditioner felt amazing afterwards and the resulting color is so pretty!

So easy to use! My hair feels nice and soft after use and extremely shiny! There was minimal mess and no residue left over after washing out! I would use this again.

It’s a A little lighter color than I’m used too, but didn’t turn out too bad. It was easy to apply and was not messy at all. It was an easy rinse and I love the smell of the conditioner after care

Rich chocolate brown.

I really like very this color, it's a rich chocolate brown with red tones. It's quick and easy to use and the scent wasn't overwhelming. The conditioner is really nice, it left my hair soft and manageable without an oily residue. I would use this color again.

The scent of the dye was strong but I got used to it. The color ended up being much lighter and more copper red than I had anticipated from the pictures. Apply Carefully This was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review: Very easy to use, did what was promised, and left me with a beautiful shade of brown. It’s a bit lighter at the top which is okay for my personal opinion. A great hair color! The reason I gave it four star instead of 5 is because I accidentally got some of it on the wall and it permanently stained the wall. Be sure to be very careful when using this as now I need to buy paint to actually repair the wall.

Some people might be not feel confident or feel that coloring their hair at home seems intimidating or scary , but L’oréal Féria makes it so easy, you simply just follow the directions as soon as I finished mixing the ingredients, applied it, timed it and rinsed it out. I dried and styled my hair it looked and looks and feels healthy and thanks to Ferias Chocolate Glaze, it gave my hair a beautiful subtle red highlight and I am sor happy with my new look.

I decided to try out a the L’Oréal Féria box dye in chcoolate glaze, as a professional hairstylist I usually stray away from box dye, but I love the brand L’Oréal! Tested this product on my mom who has mostly virgin hair. I decided to use this product as highlights/color blocking in her hair to really see the difference of color from her natural. I do like that the kit comes with everything, the developer, color, gloves and Ampoule to add in the color which is cool. Within 20 minutes you’ll have beautiful color that matches the box pretty well. The color does shine beautifully, especially using the conditioner used in the box dye. Since it’s a permanent I’m sure fading is pretty average for all permanent color (6-12 weeks), the scent is pretty strong.

The products are labeled very well in accordance to the directions and it supplies you with everything you need. It's easy to use and the consistency is thick enough where there is not going to be a mess. The texture is thick and works well in all types of hair, especially long hair as I have. There was not much staining but I did clean up after using. The product lasted well enough with a minimal fading. I would definitely use this again but I do not prefer this color.

It doesn’t have as strong of a scent as most hair dyes too. If you have a lot of hair two boxes may be required. Keep in mind I was a light brown before this. Overall, I this it’s good. I didn’t have enough for my whole head though! So I did have to buy another so if you have telling hair like me one box is not enough!

L’Oréal is well know in the injury for quality products. This had a nice light smell, nothing chemically. Mixed to a good cream, phase texture easy for application. I got chocolate glaze and I had dark black/brown hair. This made my hair an odd milk chocolate coloring at my roots grow out but not what I would think for the color on the side of the box. Would mix nice with a richer dark brown for a true chocolate color i was hoping for

I do think it goes well with the blonde money pieces I have. I thought it would’ve given my hair more conditioning but it definitely did dry it out a little. I haven’t dyed my hair in over a year besides my money pieces and this covered great of my natural grow out but you can definitely see a difference where my previous dye was.

The chocolate glaze color was just a bit darker than my natural hair color, and helped me feel refreshed and new after an at-home dye. The instructions are easy to follow. No matter how hard I try to not get product on my scalp, I always end up dying a bit of my skin. This could be more user error than anything. My only wish is that there was more product included in the bottle. For anyone with long or thick hair, I would recommend two bottles to ensure your entire head is covered.

It did cover my gray hair, but L'Oréal, please, if you have colors like this, you need to add an ingredient to avoid orange tones. It’s supposed to be a chocolate glaze, it’s more of a ginger brown. The screw off cap made it easier to apply but it was still messy. It stinks like normal hair dye. I will say it is very shiny and smooth. The stains on my skin came off easily. But I definitely would not recommend this color.

I love that the product is made with a vegan formula because I don’t like using things with animal products. It also comes with an additional aromatic shimmer serum and a conditioner to use after you rinse out the hair color, which leaves my hair feeling softer and not smelling so much like hair dye. I love this chocolate glaze color, there is a hint of a dark, reddish purple in it that really elevates the color and makes it less flat.

There was no staining on my neck or face like other brands. It covered all the grays I had. It didn't dry out my ends and the conditioner made my hair extremely soft and well conditioned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by zoebf5c6_7296 from Gorgeous color Pretty happy with this hair dye! The color came out beautifully and so far it’s lasting a long time. Fairly easy to use but I couldn’t get past the scent of the dye. Easy to mix and cover the strands with and my hair still feels soft and healthy!
