Love this product. The color is beautifully genius
I turned 65 and wished to go salt and pepper naturally, but greatly disliked the color line and regrowth discoloration. And No matter what salon I went to for salt and pepper hair color transformation. I always got a botched up hair cut, and hair color. Extremely Frustrated and bankrupt, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I bleached my hair to the lightest I can get. Searched for hair colors closest to what might come closest to salt and pepper color. I purchased the L’Oréal Multi Faceted Shimmering Permanent Hair Color S1 Smoky Silver. It’s still not salt and pepper, but is close to it. The only issue is the color dose change to a dingy yellow color, I tried a purple deep conditioning mask, and it was never the same as when I first used the dye. The product is awesome, I was ok with it, but don’t know how to maintain and keep it from changing color.

Not like it used to be
I have been using Feria for years. The last few I’ve used 45 French Roast but this time due to more grays and having to color more often, I opted for a lighter color and did B61 Downtown Brown. I have visible grey everywhere. I have never had any trouble with Feria covering grays before. I wasted money, time and back pain to do this only to have to do it again.

Love Feria Smokey Pink #P2
I started using Feria Smokey Pink about 8 years ago. I was 62 and was told it wasn't made to cover grey/white hair. But I've been very satisfied with this color. My hair is a true light smokey pink, totally suitable for someone my age.

Great shine and multifaceted color
Love this hair color! It is not flat and keeps it's color. I wish the conditioner hadn't changed. Used to love to use this to perk up between colors. Now it is too "sticky" and makes my hair feel like it is plastic coated. However, I can't get the same shine and multifaceted color from any other box.

Don't waist your money or time
So bought this product twice and both times I waisted my money! The 1st attempt followed directions and end result was in a few spots on my hair you could see a hint of pink but was gone after 1st shampoo. I had just hilighted my hair a few days previous so I chopped it up to that's why it didn't take. So I wait about 16 days as recommended and tried again exact same results. I should have read the product reviews before purchase. That's was their same complaint.

I have used this brand since it first came out (yes that long). When I first started using Feria they were the only ones that had enough solution to do all my hair without buying two bottles. This color V28 is me. I have tried others and I have mixed my own, but they always fade to red even with the "no red" additive.

Wrong Color and Allergic Reaction
I purchased the Havana Brown to darken my virgin natural blonde roots. It turned my blonde hair bright red and did not turn brown at all after sitting for 30 minutes. I also woke up the following morning with swollen red and itchy eyelids, ears puffy and red and rash on my neck. It not only did not color my hair anywhere close to the color but gave me an awful reaction and I’ve dyed my hair numerous times with zero reactions before. Never purchasing this product again.

Feria #91
Been coloring my hair for over 50 years mainly using Loreal and now Feria. Been using #91 - the others are too ashy (gray) or red - since I do have red undertones). Always looks beige blonde which toned down the red -pretty natural (I was born platinum and blonde until late teens). However, recently my granddaughter told me my hair was orange... and she's right - I'm getting too much 'red' even after using red/ gold corrector. I just want to change the color a little to allow a bit more dark blonde mixed in.

Gave me orange roots
I wanted to dye my virgin dark brown hair to maintain the vibrancy. This box dye lightened my roots to a bright orange. I am unsure why it lightened my hair (ESPECIALLY FOR A BROWN BOX DYE), as this product does not advertise lifting ingredients. I followed the directions perfectly. This is a god-awful box dye; I do not recommend it.

All the damage, none of the benefit
I used to buy Feria all the time a decade ago. I loved it. Maybe they changed the formula or something, but it is awful now. I bought a box to even out my hair tone, and it did nothing. Not a red at all -
I have been using Feria for over 10 years so I have always trusted the color options. I decided to return back to red after being brown for 5 years and was excited to see R48 - Red Velvet. As I was coloring my hair, I started to get nervous being the red was so bright but I continued with the process. As I rinsed out my hair and then looked in the mirror, I was so disappointed to see my hair was jet black with a hint of purple/cherry. I am horrified by how dark my hair is currently. I have not had black hair since I was 15 and I am 44 this year. If you are looking for a brown with a hint of red, I would stay away from this color. This is more like black cherry - if even that

Hair turned reddish purple
I used shade 45 French Roast, which is described as bronzed brown, hoping to cover a few grays in my straight, dark brown hair. Unfortunately, my hair developed a cool-toned red-purple-brown shade that looks completely and embarrassingly unnatural. My hair is now flat toned with no shine after using this product. I prefer the L'Oreal Excellence formula, in shade 5 (medium brown).

I absolutely am in love with this product. I have been coloring with this faithfully for about 2 years now. I get so many compliments from random people all the time. great color, washes out every wash. love the brand and the colors! no matter what color I use, they don't cover Grey's well or last too long. like initially right after coloring, the Grey's are covered but every time I wash my hair, color comes out and I have to recolor every 3 weeks. I use great products for colored hair and take hair skin and nails pills everyday.

I always purchase the feria brand. This number thirty six by four was the messiest color and wet. I made a mess in my bathroom as the solution was way too runny. Misleading—not auburn!
Calling this shade “auburn rose” is misleading and so is the color displayed on the box. There is nothing auburn about it. I used it on medium brown hair and it only made it a darker brown.
Highly disappointed as I’ve never had issues with other Féria colors and it’s not at all what I expected. I am a seasoned box dye user and followed the instructions as the box said, so I don’t think it’s user error.
I don’t know why they wouldn’t just advertise it as the honest color, as it’s a very pretty rich brown. It’s just not auburn or rose in the slightest. And now it might be too dark to dye over with a red that’s closer to what I wanted.
The only reason it’s getting 2 stars instead of 1 is that my hair is in pretty good shape and is very shiny and soft, so at least it didn’t ruin my hair on top of being the wrong color.

It's usually not the fault of the product!
I've been using V28 for 10+ years. I LOVE IT! I have, long, curly, dark brown hair that is now about 50% Gray. I use two boxes and leave on for 45 minutes after my hair is completely saturated. Because I have dark brown hair and lots of gray, the gray comes out really bright purple and the rest looks almost black and overall very shiny, but when you go outside, especially in the sun, you really see all the purple on the darker hair.
I'm not a licensed stylist, but this is what has worked for me for over a decade...don't use it on bleached, overly dry, or brittle hair. As with any hair dye, your hair has to be healthy enough to dye it and get the proper results. If you have long hair, use two or three boxes or you won't get full coverage, and make sure you leave it on long enough. This may take a couple attempts to get it right for you. Even though it's a permanent hair dye, it's still going to fade faster than a salon quality dye. Make sure you completely dry your hair after you're done and avoid chlorine at all costs. Four things I do to make it last longer; 1. Use quality products, specifically meant for your color, hair type and the condition of your hair, 2. Only wash it once a week. If you can't go that long, use shampoo once and only conditioner the second time.
Another option is to use a good dry shampoo, 3. Don't automatically go to the max temp setting on your styling tools. My flat iron max temp is 400° and I only go to the temp where it works on my hair.
There isn't a root coverage product available that works exactly with V28, and since I have about 1/2" of grow out at six weeks, my stylist advised me to not do a full coverage. Only do the length/portion you need to cover the grow out, and about 10 minutes before you rinse it out, cover the rest of your hair.
To those people that have left negative reviews, please make sure you're doing everything you can do to make the product work for you, before you blame it on the product.
Also, for the people with 1-2 star review and the "I don't recommend this product.", because it was "Not what I was expecting.", or the "It's not like my old product!", and the "It really stinks!"
If you're trying a different product, especially another brand, it's going to be different. Dying your at home can be a crap shoot. The odds of getting what you really wanted the first time are slim. If your expecting to get the same experience and result as your old product, don't switch. And the last thing...hair dye usually stinks. If it bothers you that much open a window.
My request to all reviewers. Don't leave a bad review for reasons not directly related to failure of the product itself.
For those of us that love this product & color, we'd like to have it not be discontinued because of undeserved bad reviews.

Wrong name. Should be Used Charcoal not Silver
I had level 9-10 blonde hair that turned nearly black with this color. It’s mostly smoke not silver so beware. Luis the fade out is looking very ashy and I am afraid of what will happen if I try to recolor without bleaching which can make it hard to know what color you will get next anyway. I have always had good luck with Féria products but this needs to be shown as one of the dramatic changes with how dark and black it came out. If I’d wanted black they have those colors in better shades than cigarette ashes.

Frustrated after a month
I love the color, it looked so vibrant even over my darker brown hair; I do have a large patch of gray at the front by my temple and gray sprinkled throughout but I love how it made my hair look like it was also highlighted. That being said, this dye is not good. It's been about a month give or take, and water is still rinsing slightly pink. I have curly hair so I have to put product in it for it to not be a frizzy mess. I plop my hair with a cotton t-shirt every time to soak up most of the moisture, and I used an old shirt that I only wear to sleep. Imagine my surprise when I took the shirt off my hair and it was just completely stained pink almost a month later! I don't know what it is, but I have never had that issue with any dye of the same color from other brands. I also feel like it's making my hair fall out more than the normal daily amount is. I took a shower and shampooed and conditioned and the amount of hair that came out was ridiculous, I've never had that happen before. Picture not cleaning your hair brush for 6 months and then pulling out that large amount. That's what came out of my hair in the shower because of this dye. I'm giving it 1 star because the color itself is super pretty, but I'm very unhappy with this product.

Great hair dye
I reviewed Féria Burgundy Blush Permanent Hair color. I like that this hair dye doesn't have a strong overbearing scent. My hair is soft, shiny and vibrant after dying it. The burgundy color didn't come out the way I hoped because of my dark hair but it still looked flawless. The box came with everything you need as well as instructions which was very easy to use. This stuff is just as good as going to the salon and I achieved salon like results and can't wait to choose another color in the future using this specific brand. Thanks

IVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS! I bought from a Dollar General so maybe that's why. But, one I've used this product to cover up red, teal and a few other colors. THIS DIDNT EVEN COVER SEMI-PERMENANT HALF FADED OUT GREEN HAIR. I've had it cover a completely just dyed head of teal hair before. ALSOOOOO the consistency was WATER. It literally would come out like a waterfall if you barely squeezed on the bottle. But of course when I message support, they say that it's the normal consistency. Then tell me why EVERYTHING that I was around has little drips of water from when I was sitting there waiting for it to process?
