WHEN TO USE

Use this hair dye whenever you’re ready to refresh your color or to try a bold, new shade—typically every 4-6 weeks to keep roots touched up.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: Test.
Conduct an allergy patch test at least 48 hours prior to use, to be sure our gentle hair dye formula is compatible with your skin.

Step 2: Mix.
Put on gloves and mix the color gel, shimmer serum, and developer cream as instructed.

Step 3: Apply.
Apply color mixture to dry, unwashed hair and wait 25 minutes.

Color didn’t work for me unfortunately too red!

Unfortunately this came out too red on my hair. I only did a small piece before trying the whole thing and thankfully I did. I don’t know how it would feel on the scalp because of that, but the instructions were easy and the coverage was good! It was just the color for me.

This color did absolutely nothing. No color showing in the water when I rinsed it out at all - went back and triple checked that I had mixed the right components and did it correctly, and I had. The mix in the bottle didn't even show any color after sitting for over 30 minutes!

This product was great! It definitely is darker on my hair than anticipated but I am still very happy with the results. My hair feels shiny and soft and it didn't damage my hair. It was easy to do and I recommend this product.

Shimmery with light color

This was very easy to apply and the instructions were easy. The packaging was also pretty good and made things easy. However, the dye isn't as potent as my mom would have liked. It does give the shimmer described, but her gray hairs staged pretty gray. I would like to see how the other colors do as the scent wasn't as overwhelming as other box dyes.

This color is a perfect balance to cover grays and roots, yet does not make my hair look washed out or way too dark! It’s easy to apply, has plenty of shade options, and as long as you aren’t sensitive to the smell of strong chemicals the smell doesn’t bother me. I make sure I am in well ventilated area and have some air flow going if inside. Definitely can be a mess if spilled or dropped so HIGHLY recommend wearing old clothes and making sure you cover floors or counters if accident prone!

Gorgeous hair dye color! I haven't had the chance to use it (I'm going to dye my mom's hair because she has brownish hair already) but it is so pretty I've been thinking about actually using it on mine but my hair is bright blonde with super dark brown roots so I'm not sure how it would turn out. I love the packaging of this, all in one box, and easy to use. I love that it comes with a deep moisturizing conditioner so your hair doesn't feel damaged after dying it. 10/10 recommend!

This hair dye was very easy to apply. It has a pleasant scent that isn't too strong. The conditioner smells nice. The reason I gave this dye 4 instead of 5 stars is only because the shade came out lighter than I anticipated, almost blonde. Overall, I am happy with this dye but I would get a darker shade next time.

Roots dyed lighter than the rest of my hair

I am not entirely thrilled with the results for this hair dye. For some reason, my roots dyed significantly lighter than the rest of my hair, even though I followed them instructions thoroughly. In the past I have used Garnier hair dye and I don't see myself switching to this one.

Great for dark hair!

[Incentivized] This is a permanent dye, the box comes with everything you need for application. It is not intended for grey coverage, but I think is the first one I’ve seen that targets lighting dark hair. I have a lot of hair, but I have it short so I thought one box was going to be enough, but I was wrong hahaha. I have very dark brown hair, and it lightened it like 3 shades. It’s a little bit blotchy, but again, that was my mistake. The conditioner it comes with is very good, my hair felt soft after applying it and the tube lasts at least 2 or 3 more applications. I would like it to come with something to tone but, for the price, I think it’s a good product.

I was interested in how the metallic would come out in the results which is why I wanted to try this version. The kit came with everything needed and the formula mixed up well. I didn’t have any issue on applying to my hair. I mostly did it in the front of my head because it’s mostly white. The color did take but I’m not sure how many washes this will stay in.

Very vibrant

I tried L’Oréal Feria Hair Color, and overall, it was pretty good! The color was super vibrant and had a nice shimmer to it, especially in the sunlight. Application was easy, though the formula was a bit runny and had a strong smell. The conditioner that came with it was amazing—made my hair really soft. The downside? The color started fading after about 3-4 weeks, so it’s not the longest-lasting dye out there. But if you want bold, dimensional color without spending a ton at the salon, it’s a solid choice. I’d use it again!

Pretty shade for dark hair!

Considering all the different colors that I started out with, it didnt turn out horrible. I hadn't dyed my hair in over a year. So my roots were natural, my mid lengths looked like they still had old dye in it, and my ends were bleached from forever ago. I think this would be amazing for people with darker hair. On me, it turned more copper than caramel. It does specifically say not for highlighted hair. As you can see in the picture, it didn't do anything to my bleached ends which was interesting. The dye left my hair pretty dry but the included conditioner did wonders and made it silky smooth. I have fine hair and I used the whole bottle which isn't typical for me. So if you have thick hair, you'd probably need 3+ boxes. Each box is around $12.99 each. So it can get expensive. Its definitely a good option for the drugstore since it's for dark hair and the shade is pretty unique for a box dye! Am I in love with my hair? No.. but it didn't ruin my hair and it turned out better than expected.

I love this brand of hair dye. The smell isn’t to over powering as most hair dye can be. The only things is it only really changed my roots from dark to light the rest of my hair didn’t really change but could be due to having reddish hair color already.

So cute and easy

I used this dye to add a honey highlight effect on my hair, and I will say it did the trick! I added this to some sections and it was very easy to apply, not only that, it did not get messy. The price is so good for what you get. I will definitely reach for this line next time I do my hair at home.

Great at home color

I just love Loreal at home hair products. Their at home color makes you look like you've just stepped out of the salon. Beautiful results everytime and my hair feels healthy afterwards. Package is pretty standard. The scent is nice and light no ammonia smell. Great shade range. I love this caramel brown. It's perfect for spring.

I’m always very pleased with the Féria line of hair color. I used this honey brown to add in some dimension on my hair, and added some darker highlights than my current ones. Came out awesome, and it’s a great way to change up your hair for an easy and cost effective option!

Packaging looked tampered however when I opened the box all the necessary items were in there. The application process was easy, great instructions I just wish it includes to flip over my hair so I can get the color all around my head. I love the dye and conditioner smell, it looks and smells like I got it done professionally.

This L'Oréal Paris Feria Hair Dye is gorgeous! I got mine in the shade, Honey Brown, and it's the most beautiful golden brown color! I really love that this dye gives you dimension to your hair, with 3x the highlights! This leaves your hair so soft and shiny too!

I really liked the color. It’s a honey brown so there are copper undertones. You can always use a toner to offset the copper. Make sure you use in well ventilated area because it does have a sting odor. It’s easy to apply and left my hair shiny and healthy looking

I only did a small piece before trying the whole thing and thankfully I did. I don’t know how it would feel on the scalp because of that, but the instructions were easy and the coverage was good! It’s easy to apply, has plenty of shade options, and as long as you aren’t sensitive to the smell of strong chemicals the smell doesn’t bother me. I make sure I am in well ventilated area and have some air flow going if inside. Definitely can be a mess if spilled or dropped so HIGHLY recommend wearing old clothes and making sure you cover floors or counters if accident prone!

I haven't had the chance to use it (I'm going to dye my mom's hair because she has brownish hair already) but it is so pretty I've been thinking about actually using it on mine but my hair is bright blonde with super dark brown roots so I'm not sure how it would turn out. It is not intended for grey coverage, but I think is the first one I’ve seen that targets lighting dark hair. I have a lot of hair, but I have it short so I thought one box was going to be enough, but I was wrong hahaha. I have very dark brown hair, and it lightened it like 3 shades. It’s a little bit blotchy, but again, that was my mistake. The conditioner it comes with is very good, my hair felt soft after applying it and the tube lasts at least 2 or 3 more applications. I would like it to come with something to tone but, for the price, I think it’s a good product.

The color was super vibrant and had a nice shimmer to it, especially in the sunlight. Application was easy, though the formula was a bit runny and had a strong smell. The conditioner that came with it was amazing—made my hair really soft. The downside? The color started fading after about 3-4 weeks, so it’s not the longest-lasting dye out there. But if you want bold, dimensional color without spending a ton at the salon, it’s a solid choice. I’d use it again!

So my roots were natural, my mid lengths looked like they still had old dye in it, and my ends were bleached from forever ago. I think this would be amazing for people with darker hair. On me, it turned more copper than caramel. It does specifically say not for highlighted hair. As you can see in the picture, it didn't do anything to my bleached ends which was interesting. The dye left my hair pretty dry but the included conditioner did wonders and made it silky smooth. I have fine hair and I used the whole bottle which isn't typical for me. So if you have thick hair, you'd probably need 3+ boxes. Each box is around $12.99 each. So it can get expensive. Its definitely a good option for the drugstore since it's for dark hair and the shade is pretty unique for a box dye! Am I in love with my hair? No.. but it didn't ruin my hair and it turned out better than expected.

Also it comes with a shimmering conditioning gel that reinforces weak hair bonds to make hair up to 40% stronger. There was no harsh smell. After dyeing it conditioned my hair so well I didn't have to fight with any knots and easily detangled. The color and vibrancy is beautiful. I would definitely use this one again and reccomend to others. If your hesitant don't be try it the results are great!

I've never dyed my hair a lighter color so when I would dye it black I can't really tell if it's patchy. In my opinion you should try sectioning out your hair so you can make sure the color really gets in there. I don't recommend massaging the color into the scalp because it might burn.

The shade range is good but the 65 Honey Brown turned my roots that weren't dyed yellow and towards the end of my hair that was already dyed it looked ok but still nothing like the picture. It is priced good but I would not buy hair dye from Feria again. The scent was pleasant though.

I chose the Honey brown color as it gives my hair a nice hue! This hair color has good pigmentations and covers my few grey strands too. I like that Feria offers vibrant colors without bleach. The directions on the box are very clear and easy to understand. Some people say the color lasts them for 8 weeks but honestly it lasts me for 4 weeks but that is good enough for me!

I applied the color myself one week ago and so far this is how it looks. My ends did get dried out a little bit but I really like the color!

The color is so beautiful, not to neutral not too warm. Perfect honey color that will make anybody’s skin tone stand out. The price point is also a plus so affordable. I will definitely try it again when it’s time to retouch.
