In the evening after cleansing, apply 2-3 drops to clean, dry skin, avoiding eye and lip areas.

So far amazing

Been using it for 2 weeks started with doing it once a week up twice a week all over my face but have used it every other night on my problem areas ie forehead wrinkles and large pores on my nose. Then I moisturize . I’ve seen amazing results am taking pics will update this once I hit the one month mark and add pics from day 1 & day 30.

I am not sure how many stars give to this product because I am not sure if it is the cause of my problem. I used it a couple of times I have develop a dark pigmentation on my forehead and top of my brows. Is that a side effect of this product?

I had no problem with this product until I used it around my eyes. There is no warning on it to say it shouldn't be used around the eye area. I've been experiencing eye dryness and redness. Is this normal? It's been 2 weeks already and the symptoms are not going away.

Have used this for several months and I see no improvement in my skin at all. It would appear the amount of retinol and other greatly needed ingredients are in very, very low quantities. I’ll not buy again.

I have sensitive skin and this does NOT bother my skin. I've been using Pure Retinol for 5 months. Along with Revitalift day/night face cream unscented. Both have done wonderfully. Except for my lips. I put both all over my face. My eyes are no longer puffy and my cheeks feel tighter. Plus, my face has stayed clear since I started. Love it! I'm due for a new bottle.

  It's because retinol makes skin very sensitive in the sun. You MUST pay attention to the directions on the back and SLOWLY introduce the retinol serum! Start by using one drop on entire face ONCE A WEEK then upgrade to two drops twice a week and then see if your skin is warming up to the product! Remember to wear DOUBLE the amount of sunscreen in the day to minimize the side effects of this powerful serum! Enjoy!

I wasn't sure which one was making my skin look so youthful! It was smooth and youthful! My fine lines and wrinkles were visibly diminished. My skin tone was much more even as well. I slowed my use of this product and my skin didn't look as great anymore. So obviously it was this product that was responsible for the improvement in my skin. My beef with it comes in with the company itself. I can't get in board with animal testing. That's why I took off a star. From now on, I won't accept products that aren't cruelty free. But I accepted this one without thinking about that so I decided I'd still review but decrease by one star.

Rated 4 out of 5 by roosha from smoother and clear skin I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I used it almost regularly for over 2 months. It was smooth to apply. Only caused redness a few times when I used twice a day and applied more than normal quantity. Once I saw the changes in my skin I was even more motivated to enhance my skin care regimen and added vitamin c. This product comes with a dropper. No smell. Don’t forget to use sunscreen afterwards.

It seems to definitely be helping keep wrinkles and spots at bay. I love the packaging of the product and that it comes with a nice dropper. I definitely think I will repurchase this product once it's all done.

However I don’t like it improved my skin much overall. I don’t think I would replace it with my current serum but if you’re looking for a good one it would be a nice try

I'm still new to them but this one was a bit drying on my skin and I didn't really notice it improve my skin all that much. If you get it, I'd recommend using a moisturizer after. I plan to continue to use it to see if I notice any results.

It’s a little tacky, which put me off, but honestly when paired with the cleanser it’s a one two punch! I got many compliments on my skin - which says a lot as a sleep deprived breakout promise new mom!

There is a lot of product in the bottle, that you use maybe twice a week. However, this seemed to dry out my skin, and made my face more red and blotchy using. I would not purchase this in the future.

Within 30 days of use, my skin looked brighter and smoother than before. The only issue that I had was that it smelled very strong of alcohol and that was a little difficult to get past. The smell does go away after 30 seconds to a minute so if that doesn't bother you then you will absolutely love this product.

Its listed as the most powerful retinol you can purchase in stores. I have crows feet, and wrinkles from weight gain and loss over the years. To be honest I didn't notice too much of a difference. But, my face was fairly smooth after using. It does state that it could dry out your face, and that is very true. I highly recommend getting a good moisturizer.

In the past year or two, all that stuff that is said about years of sun damage came true. Suddenly my wrinkles are etched and I’ve got crepey skin dripping off my bones. i wasn’t expecting a miracle but I think I might see one With extended use. Thank you.

I used this product at night only and I only used it only a 3 times a week. I first started with 2 times a week and then gradually increased the days. retinol shouldn't be used daily if your skin is sensitive. you have to get your skin used to it, also you must make sure to use sunscreen when using a product with retinol. you should use sunscreen daily as well . I would recommend this product. I love the way my skin looked after using this product at night.

With all retinols, your skin will experience some peeling when first starting to use the product and this one is no different. The peeling will subside after using it over time. The texture of the serum is lovely and sinks into the skin without being thick. Definitely recommend this serum if you’re looking to start or continue your retinol journey!

I started out using this serum twice a week but had to drop it down to once a week because I notice dryness and flaking on areas of my face. I have really sensitive skin. Once my skin got used to the serum I really enjoyed it. It is really important to properly moisturize your skin while using this product. I would probably repurchase this item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by muadifiziert from It’s a pretty nice retinol serum! This was the first retinol product I’d ever tried (that wasn’t an eye cream), so my comparisons are nonexistent. While it was a nice formula that absorbed into the skin quickly, it left my face feeling a bit tacky, and after application of moisturizer it felt slightly oily to the touch. The packaging is nice, heavy, solid, and it doesn’t smell weird or off-putting. All in all I would recommend, but the bias of it being my first retinol product is there.
