Colors are not accurate.
Loreal discontinued my favorite lipstick (405 - Doesn't Matte-R) and I came back to the website to look for an equivalent. Despite using the "try on" feature and comparing colors, both of the lipsticks I ordered (303 and 766) were much lighter in-person than they were on the website, which made them un-usable. I'm sure the colors look nice on the right complexion, but it was very frustrating to do my due diligence and still not get what I wanted.

Color Riche’ 444 has disappeared from stores!
I have loved L’Oréal Color Riche lipstick for many years. Now I can’t find Tropical Coral 444 anyplace. I don’t want gloss or a lot of pearlescence. I liked the Color and Richness of this lipstick. I am 81 and I don’t want to go lipstick shopping.

I absolutely love the Colour Riche lipsticks. I have so many of the shades, but 8 are in my daily makeup kit. I love that even the metallics have great pigment & the deepest creme shades are opaque. I'm still hopeful for more deep rich shades & deep metallics. The only issue I have is a recent one. I have three creme shades the are sliding off at the base. I only raise it enough to use & don't press hard, so I am not sure why it's happening.

unable to turn to reach lipstick
Purchased a new tube of Colour Richie #410 Volcanic. Trying to use to no avail. It will not turn…the tube turns but the lipstick does not come up. Totally unusable!! Very disappointed.

Bring lipstick color 711 at the drop of a matte
Why was color 711 at the drop of a matte discontinued? It was a beautiful color and no other cosmetic brand carried that exact shade. I don't buy any more cosmetics from L'oreal because I was so disappointed that they discontinued color 711. You really should re-introduce it in you color line again. I'm sure it would be a big seller. I had even bought several to keep and am on my last one. I'm very disappointed with the company.

Poor change in quality - broken lipstick after sec
Looking for a new lipcolor, I came back to Loreal and coincidentally picked the color is used to wear a few years ago. The color and moisture are fine, but to my severe disappointment, the product broke after the second use. it is winter (so didn't melt) and the lipstick is in my purse side pocket (Didn't fall); it Broke at teh base! I never roll it up beyond what i need to use. Now it is completely wobbly and useless. Also not sure why my CVS charges such a markup (almost $15). The newer formula may be touting new 'benefits' but it i useless!

Love them shades & colors, but smell needs to go!
I've bought these lipsticks rose tones for more than a decade. I love the colors shades for sure. But it never seems to amaze me that the smell of it is not so pleasant. You would think that they the years, they will improve the smell on it. Unfortunately, they haven't discovered how to get rid of the smell. Can you please make them odorless? Beautiful shades
The real test of a lipstick formula is the frosts, and they pass. These feel amazing now! They used to be more drying, but the color goes on evenly and moisturizing without bleeding. I'm so surprised at the updated formula. I'm going to buy more.

Very disappointed and I love L'oreal's products.
From the first day I bought it, the lipstick became too soft, broke off, showed signs of melting. I carry it with other brands and they have not had that problem although it's been hot. I take the top off and it's a mess! lipstick everywhere!

Cant Get over the smell
These lipsticks come in very pretty colors but after I bought a few I applied them, I instantly smelled the perfume and my lips started to tingle. Not like a usual lip flavor (like fruity) but like grandma's perfume. As someone sensitive to smells, I just dont understand the point in making your lips smell that way. I also tried the powder compact and the same thing, which gave me a headache. I loved your mineral loose powder foundation which is now discontinued - why so much fragrance with these new products?

WHY Did You Change My Lipstick Color???
I've been wearing the color Nature's Blush for YEARS! I bought a tube a few months ago and it was still the same, loved it, so I went to buy another tube. It was no longer in the light bronze tube but in a garish gold tube. I bought both tubes a week apart and the color was changed! And it's HORRIBLE!!! An awful orange color. What the heck happened??? Going to find another manufacturer.

This broken lipstick!
I've used this Colour Riche lipstick for years. I'm 85 yrs. young. I purchased "saucy mauve 560 recently. The first time I used it, it immediately broke! This is absolutely ridiculous for the price I paid.
The numbers on the tube are:071249 04582. There is no way I can return this product nor can I use it. Completely useless!

Mushy and keeps breaking
I have been wearing this lipstick (Mica) daily for close to 25 years. Always my favorite lipstick with no complaints. The last 4 tubes I purchased were noticeably different. They are all soft and break in the tube. It's almost impossible to put it on without breaking. I have thrown away all these tubes after just a few uses! I keep hoping it will go back to the way it used to be because I love the color so much. So disappointed that I have to find something new after all these years of loving this product!

Your 2021(?) colors are good*; I like 892, HOWEVER: This 'season's' set is VERY FLAWED bc they do not have any longevity - they do not 'stay on' much more than perhaps 1/2 hr; the slightest contact with anything; eg, 'brushing' of lips via tongue, light contact with brim of cup, etc, removes it. This is very frustrating, esp. in light of your recent price increase! For future purchases, I will hv to consider my other favorite brand.
*A comment on 788: the novel luminescent gold effects are excellent(!), but this characteristic renders the color as nude against my skin color ('medium' brown), so is very unflattering, and so useless as a bottom coat- only slightly useful as a very-temporary top coat. And, as discussed above, this stick has the overarching problem of 'no longevity'.

L'Oreal, what has happened? I used Sugar Plum and Tropical Coral for years. They were my go-to lippies. Now the last ones I bought were terrible! I could deal with them being a little too soft and getting messed up in the tube, but they tasted like soap! I thought maybe it was a bad one and got a new one at another retailer. Nope, still that horrible taste.

Lipstick stuck in tube
I used to love this product but the last 2 tubes I've purchased have not worked. About halfway through the tubes the lipstick for both is now stuck and won't work. Feel like I've wasted my money. I've been buying these lipsticks forever but they seem different now - softer and break easily. I like the colors so it's really disappointing that I need to find another brand.

Lipstick is too soft now!!
I have always used Loreal Color Riche lipcolour. The last two tubes of lipstick are terrible. They are much too soft, and I cannot get the lipstick on without it getting all over my hands. I purchased one that I thought was defective, so I purchased another. It did the same thing.

Recent Formula Change is Disappointing!
I have been using Loreal Colour Rich lipstick for over 15 years and I absolutely LOVE the product. Specifically 810 Sandstone is the only color and you are the only brand I will wear. I love that there is no taste or smell to this product and it wears so well!
Recently the packaging changed from a satin finish to glossy. At this time I also noticed that the lipstick itself seems to be softer. So much so that after one or two uses the lipstick breaks loose from the base and starts smearing all over the inside of the tube. It also seems to be messier after applying on the lips. Why the formula change to such an already amazing product??!!

The formula has been changed so that it
does not have the bit of frostiness that it used to have. That is one of the things that made this color so wonderful. I am so disappointed!

I see many comments on how consumer's favorites were discontinued and I have to jump on that bandwagon too. I've looked to see if I can find something similar to Wild Plum 640 and have found the colors are either too pink or bright. This was a perfect blend of pink giving the right pop of color without it being overbearing. If you're keeping track of which colors people are clamoring for, please add this to the list. Miss Magenta I believe is supposed to be its replacement, but it's much too bright.

Lifetime Lipstick
When I was old enough to “discover” that lip gloss quickly disappeared—I discovered lipstick. Real lipstick. I have been purchasing L’Oreal lipsticks for more years than any other makeup. The formula is perfection —I just wish that the L’Oreal team would bring back the staying power of the Endless Sands line!

My go to lipstick
For the last twenty years, my go to lipstick was Mocha Freeze from Mary Kay
But unfortunately Mary Kay discontinued that color. I was kind of bummed out but remembered that one of the colors I tried was Nature's Blush but couldn't remember the company name. Then after GOOGLING I came across Mica. I decided to give it a try. I love this color. It is a nice neutral shade with the right amount of shimmer. Not too pale and not too dark like Gwen Stefani
Very flattering and it even brings out my eyes and wakes up my face
It goes well with everything. Heck, I even wear it to bed sometimes or on those days when I don't wear makeup at all.
And the color is long lasting and doesn't dry out my lips or settle in the fine lines. The color looks very natural for my skin tone.
A couple of swipes and you're good to go. I will be very disappointed if Loreal discontinues this color because this is the only one that works well enough for me.

Love this lipstick but...
I love this lipstick and wear it most days. However, it doesn't come in a sealed tube so anyone can open and try it on in the store. There have been a number of times where I've been shopping at a retail store and found that the lipstick has already been tried on. L'Oreal - can you begin to seal the packaging? Especially during Covid-19.

Love it!
Love your lipstick! It is so creamy and wears well. My favorites are Bronze Coin and Bronzine! My only complaint is that there is no sanitary wrap on the tube to prevent people from contaminating it. With all the germaphobia in the world now this would be huge! I chose another lipstick over my favorite of yours because the tube of the other brand was sealed. Please consider the health and safety of your customers. I want to buy L’Oreal again

Long time love affair!
This is my absolute favorite lipstick. I’ve been using it for years. Once in awhile I try another color or brand but then I realize the error of my ways and return to my L’Oréal Caramel Latté. It’s the only lipstick that goes on smoothly, keeps my lips moist and soft, retains its color and doesn’t have an awful smell or taste like so many others do. Also, I’ve gotten so many compliments on the color. Please don’t ever discontinue this one!

I have used this lipstick, 810 Sandstone, since I started using lipstick in the late 60s. I don't know when this color first came out but I have used it exclusively. I have received so many compliments and have been told it gives me a whole new "glow" when I put it on. I absolutely love it

Discontinued lipstick with no close replacement
Disappointed. I wore Mulberry 710 for years and since it has been discontinued I have bought numerous other shades to find a close match with no success. The lipstick is sold on Amazon for triple the price. I called customer service to see if a close match could be recommended and the offered isn't on your website, and the Agent seemed annoyed to be helping me at all. I really like L'oreal lipstick in general, but will have to find another brand since a close match to what I previously wore cannot be determined. .

I purchased a tube of Raspberry Rush. I love the color and it's a great summer color but the texture is more like a lip gloss than a lip stick. I purchased it as a lip stick that I can wear daily. I have used this brand for years and I'm not pleased.
