Despite using the "try on" feature and comparing colors, both of the lipsticks I ordered (303 and 766) were much lighter in-person than they were on the website, which made them un-usable. I'm sure the colors look nice on the right complexion, but it was very frustrating to do my due diligence and still not get what I wanted.

I love that even the metallics have great pigment & the deepest creme shades are opaque. I'm still hopeful for more deep rich shades & deep metallics. The only issue I have is a recent one. I have three creme shades the are sliding off at the base. I only raise it enough to use & don't press hard, so I am not sure why it's happening.

It was a beautiful color and no other cosmetic brand carried that exact shade. I don't buy any more cosmetics from L'oreal because I was so disappointed that they discontinued color 711. I never roll it up beyond what i need to use. Now it is completely wobbly and useless. Also not sure why my CVS charges such a markup (almost $15). The newer formula may be touting new 'benefits' but it i useless!

The last 4 tubes I purchased were noticeably different. They are all soft and break in the tube. It's almost impossible to put it on without breaking. Your 2021(?) colors are good*; I like 892, HOWEVER: This 'season's' set is VERY FLAWED bc they do not have any longevity - they do not 'stay on' much more than perhaps 1/2 hr; the slightest contact with anything; eg, 'brushing' of lips via tongue, light contact with brim of cup, etc, removes it. This is very frustrating, esp. in light of your recent price increase! For future purchases, I will hv to consider my other favorite brand. *A comment on 788: the novel luminescent gold effects are excellent(!), but this characteristic renders the color as nude against my skin color ('medium' brown), so is very unflattering, and so useless as a bottom coat- only slightly useful as a very-temporary top coat. And, as discussed above, this stick has the overarching problem of 'no longevity'.

I could deal with them being a little too soft and getting messed up in the tube, but they tasted like soap! I thought maybe it was a bad one and got a new one at another retailer. Nope, still that horrible taste.

About halfway through the tubes the lipstick for both is now stuck and won't work. Feel like I've wasted my money. I've been buying these lipsticks forever but they seem different now - softer and break easily. I like the colors so it's really disappointing that I need to find another brand.

They are much too soft, and I cannot get the lipstick on without it getting all over my hands. I purchased one that I thought was defective, so I purchased another. It did the same thing.

Specifically 810 Sandstone is the only color and you are the only brand I will wear. I love that there is no taste or smell to this product and it wears so well! Recently the packaging changed from a satin finish to glossy. At this time I also noticed that the lipstick itself seems to be softer. So much so that after one or two uses the lipstick breaks loose from the base and starts smearing all over the inside of the tube. It also seems to be messier after applying on the lips. Why the formula change to such an already amazing product??!!

The formula has been changed so that it does not have the bit of frostiness that it used to have. That is one of the things that made this color so wonderful. I am so disappointed!

I've looked to see if I can find something similar to Wild Plum 640 and have found the colors are either too pink or bright. This was a perfect blend of pink giving the right pop of color without it being overbearing. If you're keeping track of which colors people are clamoring for, please add this to the list. Miss Magenta I believe is supposed to be its replacement, but it's much too bright.

I was kind of bummed out but remembered that one of the colors I tried was Nature's Blush but couldn't remember the company name. Then after GOOGLING I came across Mica. I decided to give it a try. I love this color. It is a nice neutral shade with the right amount of shimmer. Not too pale and not too dark like Gwen Stefani Very flattering and it even brings out my eyes and wakes up my face It goes well with everything. Heck, I even wear it to bed sometimes or on those days when I don't wear makeup at all. And the color is long lasting and doesn't dry out my lips or settle in the fine lines. The color looks very natural for my skin tone. A couple of swipes and you're good to go. I will be very disappointed if Loreal discontinues this color because this is the only one that works well enough for me.

My only complaint is that there is no sanitary wrap on the tube to prevent people from contaminating it. With all the germaphobia in the world now this would be huge! I chose another lipstick over my favorite of yours because the tube of the other brand was sealed. Please consider the health and safety of your customers. I want to buy L’Oreal again

Once in awhile I try another color or brand but then I realize the error of my ways and return to my L’Oréal Caramel Latté. It’s the only lipstick that goes on smoothly, keeps my lips moist and soft, retains its color and doesn’t have an awful smell or taste like so many others do. Also, I’ve gotten so many compliments on the color. Please don’t ever discontinue this one!

I wore Mulberry 710 for years and since it has been discontinued I have bought numerous other shades to find a close match with no success. The lipstick is sold on Amazon for triple the price. I called customer service to see if a close match could be recommended and the offered isn't on your website, and the Agent seemed annoyed to be helping me at all. I really like L'oreal lipstick in general, but will have to find another brand since a close match to what I previously wore cannot be determined. .
