Really gone down hill in the last couple of years
Been buying this product for years now. Last couple of times the tubes have dried out really fast and product has been clumpy. Wrote to L’Oreal about it 6 months ago but never heard back from them ! No customer service ! I'll be switching to a different brand from now on !

Clumpy
This left my lashes looking shorter and clumpier. I've used L'oreal mascara for over 30 years and I feel this one is the worst. Also the wand is very stubby at the end so it's hard to get on inner lashes. Not a fan, I don't really want to even continue using.

Your ads are fake on all your mascaras. All your models are wearing fake lashes. Its more an ad for false lashes than mascara.Come on! If you don't believe in your product, then why should I? Do you really think the one girl suddenly grew 200 more eyelashes?! No! She has false mink lashes on or something like that. You did just sell me on skipping your product and buying fake lashes tho. I havent bought them in a while, but you are right... they do look better than mascara and dont end up under your eyes! Thanks!

Bring back the old formula!!
This was my ride or die mascara for many years, it was the only mascara that kept my lashes curled and made my lashes look so full. It’s so unfortunate the formula has changed and now makes made my lashes so clumpy, and leaves residue of mascara on my eye lids when wearing for a few hours. I honestly thought I was going crazy noticing this difference, but seeing how a lot of people noticed I’m glad to know I’m not the only one. Please L’Oreal bring back the old formula :(.

Maybe I got an old batch
Hi, this is my 1st time with lash paradise and I'm wondering if it should be almost dry? It's kind of waxy. I didn't have the glide buildable texture of other mascara that I have used.
It definitely made my lashes longer but it seems like I know exactly where it's going to crumble off.

Fantastic until it becomes clumpy
I love this waterproof masacara HOWEVER, after 2 weeks it gets sooo clumpy and goopy that I throw it out and open a fresh one. When I take the wand out of the tube, I always wipe the extra goop off of the end of the wand onto a paper towel. I found that wiping it onto the top of the tube, adds to the mascara getting clumpy quicker. I only purchase it when it's on sale since a tube only lasts 2 weeks, but it is still my favorite mascara for the volume, length and curl it provides my straight lashes.

Formula change isn’t it
This used to be my go-to mascara, but the formula change has made it much flakier and it transfers a lot onto my eyelids now. I’m bummed that it changed!

Not a great change
I had switched to the Air Volume for a little bit and then decided to go back and try this product which I've loved in the past. First time with this new package. The mascara does seem drier than before and also like the brush changed. I remember it as being a full brush but this one seems to go skinnier in the middle. It was also bent. Bummed that I bought two tubes since I didn't know there had been a change.

Waste of Money
Run Run fast in the opposite directions. Lash Paradise waterproof clumpy sticks your lashes together. The smell is terrible. It seems recently there has been a formula change this has caused us both to be left with burning surrounding the eyes and dry flaky skin.

Bring back the original PLEASE!!!!
I have used the water proof for years and absolutely loved it. You guys changed the formula and now I have eye irration, it flakes off and is more rubbery when trying to remove. This is disappointing when the old formula was absolutely amazing, don't fix something that's not broken! Please bring back what we loved!!!!

Yes, the formula did change!! It flakes off now.
I loved the product for many years. Have not been able to find the original pink tube in waterproof and tried the blue waterproof tube. It flakes after only a couple of hours. The “tubes” break off and lay on your skin. . I know you said the formula didn’t change but it is not the same!!!!! I now have to find a new brand. UGH

Please L'oreal, I should not have to explalin based on the thousands of 1 star reviews since the formula change. So much lost business due to this and it could be easily fixed if you listen to your customers! Please pass this message to your board so you can get your customers back,

New formula is awful.
I have LOVED this mascara for years, it was my holy Grail, now all of a sudden the formula is awful. Goopy, clumpy, awful to work with. I have to meticulously comb out each lash after with my comb. Looked it up, and sure enough, formula has changed. This was my go-to for clumpy free now it's back to the drawing board. Why change it???? Put out a different product if it's a different formula?

PLEASE bring back the old formula. I used the original waterproof formula for years and years. Never smudged, people thought I wore falsies, etc. The new formula crumbles, smudges, doesn’t build, clumps… I’m back at square one having to search for a new mascara. New formula- new problems
Better than some mascaras and the wear lasts, so I was using as my go to mascara. HOWEVER, I just went and bought two more wands to replenish my mascara and immediately noticed something was different about this “new look, new formula.” The wear is different, and my eyes are completely irritated from wearing this mascara. I didn’t realize at first the formula had changed so it took me a few days to realize it was the mascara causing eye irritation. So disappointing to know this product will no longer be something I can use.

Tried this mascara for the first time, horrible! I usually use volumous false fiber waterproof mascara, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. I usually curl my lash first which I did. Trying this made the lashes stick straight and stubby. Will not buy again or recommend it

HATE THE NEW FORMULA
I want the old formula back. Hate this new formula. It irritates my eyes so badly and flakes off onto my face. Please bring back old formula. You are going to loose a lot of money b/c I have used Lash Paradise for 5 years or so. My go to mascara but now I am returning it for another brand. Loreal- if it is not broken then don’t fix it. I am so disappointed with L’Oréal. Lost another customer.

Disappointed with a possible ingredient change.
I've used Lash Paradise waterproof for a few years. It's changed recently and it now irritates my eyes. I'm so disappointed because this has been one of those products I would've never veered from. I have to now, unfortunately.

Nothing but clumps, brush could be a paint roller
Despite the high ratings, the product that I received was possibly the worst mascara that I have used in +50 years. The mascara itself is clumpy, and the brush design is such that there is solid gunk covering it - to the extent that when I wiped it off with tissues for another attempt to apply, there was so much substance stuck to it that it went through the tissues and a large amount still made it to my hand.
I have no idea how anyone could achieve any degree of definition with this brush, let alone in combination with the tar in the tube.

More than the color of the tube has been changed!
I have used waterproof mascara almost always. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I started using Lash Paradise waterproof. Until I bought it in the new blue tube. It's like mascara I used in the 80's. - it just flakes all day until it's gone. I'm 71, so I've been through a lot of mascara. Actually, the tube I bought before the blue tube seemed to be less than perfect also. I don't know what you changed, but if you don't go back to the previous formula, I'm changing my brand of mascara again.

Worst waterproof mascara ever!
After researching waterproof mascaras I chose this one based on the reviews and manufacturer's description, but after the first use I completely regretted it. This product is thick, sticky, and impossible to remove, even with eye makeup remover. I'm still trying to get it off a week later!

Not for sensitive eyes
Bought it as ptev one was good. New formula irritates my eyes. I wake with a conjunctivitis feeling. Ive stopped and used another old mascara no probs, this new formula affects my eyes so much that I look ill the next day! Why change it from castor oil, its not cheap at £13 either. Not suitable for sensitive eyes in any way!

Bring back the original formula!
This new formula is the absolute WORST!! I have been using Lash Paradise since it first came out. This new formula has absolutely DESTROYED my lashes. Within days of opening up my newest tube of the revamped formula my lashes started breaking and falling out. I don't know what you changed besides the "flower oils," but this change is devasting and has caused me to seek out a new line of mascara. I no longer feel comfortable staying with L'Oreal for fear this change has infiltrated other mascaras within the brand. Additionally, it flakes off instantly like it's all dried out. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Best Waterproof Mascara I’ve had
I’ve had this mascara months now and let me tell you, this is my favorite one. I’ve always struggled to find a mascara that would actually hold my straight lashes up and this has been the one. I haven’t used the regular one because I’ve seen videos stating that waterproof mascara helps straight lashes so I don’t know if that really changed much but I just love it soo much. I literally work as a lifeguard and had to jump in today and my lashes still stayed up.

I loved it ....but....
I loved this product and purchased 3 or 4 of them over the last 6 months. Lately I have noticed when I buy the product from Walmart it clumps on my eyelashes. It is as if the sell by date has long passed or they had been sitting out in the sun somewhere. I have returned 3 mascaras. How can I tell when the product was made so I can ensure that I am not buying old mascara????

My daughter bought me a tube of this in December 2022. I have been wanting to try this for over a year. I absolutely loved it, but it does pull my eyelashes out a little bit when I remove it I will not be buying this again, though based on the reviews that I’ve read here. If they have changed the formula, then I do not want to use it any more. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it . Unless, of course, there was some ingredients in it that were a health hazard, which sucks because the stuff really does work very well and the old formula made my lashes looks so good without clumping, great separation, long lasting. Beautiful. When they return to the former or prior formula, I will buy it again. I’m not taking chances at having all the problems that people have listed here and these complaints are very consistent. I have learned that would multiple people complained of the same thing, it is true, and I avoid those products and services. What a shame.

Will not repurchase this item.
I purchased this product and it is NOT waterproof (or maybe wear proof). Before the end of the day, it had smudged underneath my eyes - not a pretty sight. I do use L'Oreal Voluminous Waterproof and it stays put.
I will appreciate a refund/coupon on the Lash Paradise.

Doesn’t hold the curl anymore
I’ve been using this mascara for years! I have very straight eyelashes, and this mascara holds the curl after using the eyelash curler. But a few days ago, I started running out and bought a new one at Target. Used it yesterday, and immediately my eyelashes started to fall (in other words….it didn’t keep the curl and my lashes started to go straight). I thought maybe I was having a bad lash day. So today, I used it again. And again, my lashes immediately went straight. Like…what the heck! Did they change the formulary? I’ve been using this mascara for years and it’s just not working for me now. I double checked the mascara, to make sure it said waterproof on it…and it did. So disappointing! I’m going to have to find a new waterproof mascara that holds the curl.

Never buy again

Love it!
I absolutely LOVE this mascara!! It is just perfect...especially when you heat it up in a cup of hot water first! And when I want dramatic lashes, using the loreal volumizer with it is just like having false eyelashes!! My only complaint is they introduced a dark blue color that I adore but it was limited. PLEASE BRING BACK THE DARK BLUE L'OREAL!!!!

I needed a new mascara. And everyone was clamoring over this, i bought this and i completely ruined my eyelashes . Was clumping on them and to get it off wash horrid. Almost eyelash glue like in nature. I wear make-up everyday. And this is by far the worst product….

Recent purchase of L'Oreal Lash Paradise
I have used L'oreal Paradise mascara for years as loved it so much. However, in Dec 2022 I purchased a new tube at Target and believe I ended up with a totally different product as this tube is very thick and clumpy. It clumps terribly on my lashes with the lashes stick together and leaves flacks of mascara on my face throughout the day. I have cleaned the brush twice thinking that would help but it has not. The resent purchase is the same color, size and location that I have always purchased my mascara at Target. Was this formula changed and thus the difference? I hesitate to buy another tube if this is what the next one will like too. Pls advise. Thank you.

Just awful that you thought gee a great mascara lets make it worse by adding oil so it can run... Your marketing people should be fired. Now I'll find a new mascara.

Favorite Mascara❤️❤️
Best mascara ever, almost like the Better Than Sex mascara from Too Faced but Lash Paradise is way less clumpy and wayyyyy cheaper than that one but what I do is put on the original voluminous mascara as a base and then put the lash paradise on top, really makes my lashes pop, otherwise they’re stubby looking

Was my favorite mascara
I recently bought 2 packages of the Lash Paradise and for the first time am very disappointed. I love the brush design. I’m not a fan of the silicone brushes at all. This product has always made my lashes thicker and longer looking. The reason for only 3 stars is this tube seems dry and clumpy. I have to wipe off the brush before applying. I’d like to reach out to a rep about this but am having a hard time finding contact info. Hoping they haven’t changed anything in the ingredients.

Bring back the old formula please!!
This was my holy grail as it held my super straight lashes in a curl after using my eyelash curler. But the most recent (new formula) tube I bought is so disappointing. Looks like I have to find a new mascara. Please bring back the old formula, it was amazing!!!

Nice until you have to take it off
I really liked this mascara. It went on really nice and stayed on without any smudging for the 4 hours I went out for. I know when products say they’re waterproof but aren’t actually waterproof BUT this mascara is REALLY waterproof. Because of this, it was so hard to take off with my makeup remover and eyelashes were coming out trying to get it off. I wasn’t able to get all the mascara off my eyelashes because it was so stubborn.

Racoon eyes all day!
I loved this mascara. I recently purchased a new tube and it did not hold up well when wearing my mask at work. The mascara ran all down my face and onto the mask. I walked around like that for hours. How embarrassing.

New formula ruined product
When Lash Paradise first came out it was spot-on PERFECT! It would build well and hold the curl in the lash. It was the best mascara I have ever used in my 40+ years. However, in the last year(?) or so, the formula is so wet that no amount of curl in your lash will hold. And I kept buying it thinking maybe I didn't grab waterproof or maybe I didn't grab the right color black. Wrong! The product is terrible now.
I see I'm not the only one with these results.
5 stars for once being the best
1 star for now being like most other mascaras.
3 stars average since at least it does stay put....
I don't use mascara to look like chicken eyes! Disappointed for sure!
I'm not a once or twice user of Lash Paradise. I have purchased close to 30 tubes of this mascara, not only for me but for people complimenting my previous results with your former product.
Guess I will be searching for a new mascara.

The BEST
The regular mascara has been my go for YEARS. I recently had a funeral and bought the water proof mascara and it worked wonders!!! Cried all day and slept for two hours- nothing came off. Not even a smidge. I can’t recommend this product enough.
