Rated 1 out of 5 by Lynn from Horrible - does not work. I read all the negative reviews, and I bought the VOLUMINOUS PRIMER. IT DOES NOT WORK. Hardly anything comes out of the tube and after 4 times trying to get it on my lashes, I gave up. Maybe I got a bad one from Amazon, but I don't think so. It's very thin and doesn't coat at all. Will be returning it and will look for another company with thicker lash primer.

I'd gladly pay a bit more for it if it were still available. But it's not and this new soft white formula is straight trash. I don't necessarily care about the color as much as I care about the formula change. The pink primer was thicker and more nourishing; the white formula is drying and not as luxurious. I get the whole cleaner with better ingredients, but seriously, find a better excuse. Is it cheaper for you to manufacture while upping the cost? I'm looking for a replacement because this top notch product has crashed.

I was so happy to have found an affordable product that I could buy for years to come. My first tube ran out so I bought my second. I noticed the packaging had changed, but then quickly realized the formula had also changed. I used it a handful of times, giving it a fair chance, hoping it would get better and I have continually been disappointed by the results. The new formula is terrible. It's clumpy, weighs my lashed down terribly, and does not help to create any volume or length on my lashes. If it's not broken, don't fix it. Please listen to your consumers and bring back the old formula!!

I never had that problem with the millennial pink primer. I loved the consistency and everything about it even made my lashes curl this new soft white formula does none of that.

Or my straight lashes look like I got no lashes even with mascara on because they're straight. This primer adds volume really nice and evenly. However when I put on mascara, all the curl in lashes are completely gone. So my lashes are straight on and looks like I only got eyeliner. Doesn't work on straight Asian lashes.

This really worked well to coat my lashes with a base coat that was easily covered with a black mascara giving it more volume to the lashes and helped them elongate the lashes as well! It was easy to cover the white with my regular mascara- which was my only concern and it worked out well! Didn't make it too clumpy.

To be honest, it's not as big of a difference as I had hoped. Very minimally noticeable. Another drawback to this primer is that it made my lashes stick together more when I put on the mascara. I still like the product, it does look nominally better than the mascara alone, it just didn't have the effect I was hoping for.

I have tested a lash primer two times previously from other brands and didn't get why I needed them due to the fact that they flaked, were chunky on the lashes, or just so bad my black mascara couldn't cover up the white pigment. I have had a great experience with this lash primer and would highly recommend having it in your makeup bag. It doesn't irritate my eyes at all; it is not flaking or clumpy, and the consistency is perfect. I didn't notice much of a length to my natural eyelashes but the fullness is definitely there when using this as a primer. I have recommended this to everyone that has asked about my lashes. its a must buy and i will definitely purchase it again.

I used to be a huge fan of the dual headed mascara/primer from back in the day and I feel this is much better. It goes on very smoothly, doesn't clump up and really makes my mascara cling to my lashes as well as elongates them and makes them more full. Loved the way it separates and elongates the lashes before going in with mascara. But also don't like the way it feels as if i have to put a lot of mascara to cover the primer. I would say I will use it mainly for those days where i want a full eyelash look, since it definitely makes them look fuller. If that's your preference definitely get this! The brand of mascara that I normally wear is one that washes out with warm water and is very easy to take off. However, it does not give me the fullness that I am looking for. I'm very happy with how this makes my lashes turn out. I'm not a fan of overly full and long lashes, but this gives just a little bit of boost I need. The primer at self is a little thick and takes a little bit of work to get on which is why I'd only give it 4 stars instead of 5. I'm also not a fan of the brush style, but I still would use this product on a daily basis.

This primer goes on first, before you put your mascara on. It applies white on your lashes and stays white. I wait a few minutes for it to dry down. I'm the type of person who needs their makeup done in 5 mins or I won't do it. I usually spend 4 mins of that with an eyelash curler and my hair dryer to make my none existing lashes look like they exist after 3 layers or mascara. After using this primer I don't even have to use a curler and it looks like I have so many lashes!! It's a very natural look and it's so quick and easy to do! This works almost too well, it's almost the same as wearing false lashes for me as far as longer length and very voluminous. I wouldn't use it everyday since it was a pretty dramatic look, but for nights out/special occasions I would be much happier to use this than trying to navigate false lashes. It does have a little bit of a learning curve to not make it clump once you put on your mascara but you can work it out with a spoolie. I would recommend you wait for it to fully dry before applying mascara as well. It does seem to make my lashes longer too. Comes off super easy with regular micellar water!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Megs from Fake lashes in a tube I hate glue on lashes-- I never get them right and they look super fake on me. I love that this product gives me an alternative! My tips for use include making sure the primer coat is VERY dry when you apply mascara, or I ran into white patches showing. Other than that, I love the effect! My only other criticism is that it's not waterproof, so I looked like a raccoon at the end of a friend's wedding ceremony!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cece from Woowww! Holy moly!! This is a new must have for me! My eyelashes are light brown and stick more straight out than up even with mascara. I received the L'Oreal Paris lash prime for free for my honest review and I have to say I am so glad! The lash prime not only extends my lashes making them noticably longer, but also gives them a lovely curl upwards without having to use a curler. My lashes always hits my glasses when I wear them, but now the lift and curl stops the annoying tapping if my glasses are too close to my face. I seriously can't say enough about this and recommend to everyone. This is a absolute favorite of mine.
