i have worn this mascara 2x after purchasing a tube at ulta and have had severe reactions both times, eye watering, redness,itching. i have used other mascaras like the essence lash princess, too faced better than sex, and even this brands lash paradise, unfortunately i just have read other reviews and have since tossed my tube of this mascara, with hopes my symptoms will be relieved over time and i will not develop an infection. this is extremely upsetting

EXTREMELY difficult to remove
Tough I loved how it looked when it was applied & it looked great...then came the disappointments. First note this is waterproof mascara. I was outside in the wind and I ended up looking like a raccoon. So on that note so much for waterproof in wind conditions??? I don't understand this? My 2nd, is the biggy. It was noted this mascara to be easy to remove from your lashes. This is NOT easy to remove at ALL! Even after the wind made me look l like a raccoon :/ I used eye makeup remover pads and had to scrub & scrub & scrub and it still wood not come off completely. This meant treating my eyelashes harshly & my delicate eye area as well. Not what anyone desires. Then after failing to get off after multiple attempts with the eye make up remover , I washed & rubbed with soap and water causing much harsher removal than anyone should be doing to clean their eye lashes or eye area making pulling and etc. I had to spend so much time & effort trying to remove this mascara it was unbelievable! I can't imagine what shape my eye lashes & eye tissue area would end up if I continued to use daily just trying to remove in such a harsh manner. Very disappointing. I have used Loreal products for Many many years and never had so much trouble removing waterproof mascara before in Loreal or other brands as well. You should not have to aggressively scrub you lashes or eye area ever its not good for them.

really dislike the "brush"
I really really dislike this mascara -- especially the "brush" -- and I use that term loosely.( I wish I could find Voluminous waterproof very black in stores. What has happened?) I bought two this type and I won't even open the second one. I guess I'll try Panorama since there is a waterproof version AND it actually has a brush. I've been using Voluminous for probably 20 years ... or more?

Waste of money, throw it away
This mascara was horrible in my opinion. It made it look like some of my lashes were way shorter than they normally are with no mascara on. It clumped, made my eyes extremely dry and itchy, and felt very heavy on. I never wrote reviews and typically love L’Oreal but this one is unwearable for me.

Loved the look, not the reaction that followed
I bought the waterproof version of this mascara for a wedding since I really loved the non-waterproof, but wanted to make sure I had longer use with it. However, after 2 consecutive days using this mascara (and fully removing all product after both uses), I have developed a chemical burn or severe reaction across both eyelids, and they have been very uncomfortable to the touch. They started out by being puffy, and have now decreased in swelling, but have very scaly/dry/irritated skin along my lash line. I have never had an issue with the other formula, so I am not sure what happened with this one.

Bad product
My daughter and I were excited to try this product. We each purchased this mascara Within a week of use my daughter developed an eye stye. She has never had an eye stye before, neither have I. I took to the doctor to get some eye ointment antibiotic. About a week later I also go an eye stye. We both we use this product and do not share any make up products. We both wash our face twice a day. I’m 50 years old, this is the first eye stye I have ever had. I attribute our eye styes to the use of this product. So now I’m out almost $100 for the purchase of this product x2, a doctors visit and prescription medication for the stye. Don’t waste your money on this product.

Love this mascara! The best!
Absolutely love this mascara. I love the brush. It coats the lashes really well and really lifts up the lashes to make them look longer and full I’ve used a lot of different mascaras and this by far is the best one. I really hope this particular mascara will be staying for a long time

Love this but the wand is broken
I love this mascara especially for my stick straight eyelashes that I pre curl before I put my mascara on and I never have to re curl them afterwards.
My only issue is that the mascara wand it’s self that I just took out of the package wouldn’t open it would just twist and then I realized that part of the wand was shattered inside the blue cap. And even looked and felt dried up.

MY ABSOLUTE HONEST REVIEW! when this mascara says waterproof, it means business. even when i try too remove this with waterproof removing micellar water specifically it has a very hard time coming off, you really have to rub and irritate your eyes a ton, and even then there’s still leftover on my eyelashes. another thing too add is it doesn’t melt off it comes off in flakes, and these flakes get stuck in the back of my eyelids and won’t come out causing me too tweak out. the apply is awful as well and gives me fat clumpy lashes. i don’t like this at all.

Great brush, goopy mascara
I have used this for years, ever since the last version came out. I have deep set, hooded eyelids and it is the only mascara that have found with a brush that doesn't get mascara everywhere. The last two tubes that I have opened have already been dried out and goopy, which is messy and disappointing.

Amazing mascara
The best mascara I have ever purchased, I am 58 and have been using mascara since I was a teen back in the 1980’s and I have never had one that makes my lashes look so long. Just beautiful. I don’t use the waterproof and find that the regular one stay on amazing even when I cry. Great product and great price! Now all my friends use and love it too.

It’s been hard to wash off.
I love the product, but I recently bought the same Telescopic mascara in the black container in carbon black, which I’ve been using for a while. Previously, it was easy to wash off, but now I’m finding it harder to remove. Has something changed?

Bad Packaging
This is my favorite mascara and the only one to keep a curl, but I hate the packaging. The blue foil on the last 2 bottles I bought has rubbed off and got onto all my other makeup. This has caused me to get little blue specks all over my face every time I apply makeup. It’s pretty much ruined everything in my makeup bag as I have tried to clean everything and still end up with blue specks all over. Would love this mascara if it didn’t have the blue foil

Lengthening mascara!
The mascara has a strong smell ( it's hard to describe what the smell is like, but I think most of the mascara from the drugstores has this smell). When I applied the mascara to my lashes, my eyes felt burned for a second. This mascara is more lengthening mascara than volumizing. My lashes looked longer when I had it on. The best thing like about this mascara is the brush, it's a small brush so its very easy for me to curl my little lashes!

Lash perfection
I'm in love with this mascara. It does wonders for my lashes, making them look long and well-defined. Pleasantly Surprised - Buy It!
This mascara is the holy grail of targeted long lasting perfection! We've all been promised a skinny mascara wand that will target even the thinnest smallest lashes, well look no further. I was pleasantly surprised at how thin the wand was and thought before using it that it would be flimsy like others, but with how thin the wand is sturdy. It covers each individual lash flawlessly! My only (tiny) complaint was for my eyes and shape of my eyes, the wand was a tad too long, but that's just a personal preference. All in all a perfect, everyday go to mascara.

Okay, I know L'Oréal is a well know and extremely reputable brand but, for some reason, I've never purchased mascara from them. Boy am I glad I got this sample because the product is incredible! I highly recommend. The product is sleek looking and designed so well that my lashes pop after use. They look fuller and longer and the color stays on without fading all day.

The length!
I receive this in exchange for my honest review! I really love this mascara. It separates each of my lashes and applies an even coat to each one & really makes my lashes look super long. I really like using this one for pool and lake days since it's waterproof I don't have to worry about it smudging when it gets wet. I also have sensitive eyes as a contact lens wearer and this one doesn't bother my eyes at all!

Buy it!!! This is better than any other mascara!
I've used this when I went to the pool and beach and nothing moved or smeared. I had a few complaints and people asking what lashes I used. When I told them they were mine and only mascara they took pictures of it to buy some. You won't regret it, I promise!!

Great Mascara!
This mascara is so amazing! It makes your lashes super long and adds some volume to them, as well. It isn't super clumpy and it seems to be a very smooth formula. It is easy to use and apply, and with the right remover is easy to take off. A great addition to any makeup routine!

Definitely buying this mascara
I love the shape of the brush and how I feel like I am not wasting product with it since I'm still able to see some of the original pink brush color. It definitely makes my eyelashes pop and gives them more length and volume. 100% waterproof I used it while in Vegas in 120 degree weather and it did not smear even while I was in the water. Only down side is it does clump a bit but brushing my lashes with a clean brush fixes it right away.

What I absolutely love about this mascara is THE WAND!!! It is super thin and has tiny bristles looks like a silicone material. It gave me precision and clean application. The formula is sleek and not clumpy, definitely gave my lashes length and is also perfect for defining bottom lashes. Holds up throughout my workday day pretty good without flaking off or smearing. Just okay for me
The Telescopic mascara is not my favorite if I'm honest. The biggest pro for this product is it is lengthening, so if you seek a mascara that is only going to lengthen the look of your lashes, this is totally for you. I tend to like a little volume as well, and I felt like this didn't offer that. It also had a tendency to be clumpier than I would have liked.

Very nice mascara
Thank you L'oreal for the free Telescopic mascara to try. I honestly like this mascara. The wand is what I like for my mascara, it helps like separate the lashes and makes my lashes look longer. I took pictures showing the 1st coat and 2nd coat on my right eye, the left does not have any mascara on it. You can really tell the difference. It made my right lashes longer.

Absolutely stunning lashes
I absolutely love this mascara. I got it as a sample in exchange for a review and I had no expectations going in, however this blew me away! I love the brush, it feels like it's dripping every lash. I get a brighter fuller looking eye immediately. I've tried it in extreme heat, I've tried rubbing my eyes, and my lashes still looked great! Will definitely keep this as my main mascara

Really long lash effects but had some flaking

LENGTHENING AND NON CLUMPING
This made my eyelashes a little bit longer than usual, really easy to apply with no smudging, it separated all my lashes and I was able to easily apply multiple layers without any clumping. I had no issues with smearing all day and only had to reapply once,but just one layer.

I liked that it added length to my lashes and it was accurate that it was extremely waterproof but no matter how few or how many layers I put on it always made my lashes clump together. I would also say it was too waterproof, my usual makeup removers and makeup removing cloths struggled to get it all off my lashes.

I used to have false lashes for years. I was almost down to no lashes and have been focused on lash health the past year to replenish and grow them back. Quality Mascara is a MUST for my every day! There was no smudging which I loved. Easy application and the tooth's on the brush are small and fine which I love as well. I was able to use what was on the wand in one dip on one eye. I love that it doesn't require a bunch of mascara product. I do recommend this product! I would compare it to the tarte mascara.

Never used before, would buy next time for sure
Honestly I've always been a maybelline girl. Never could find a mascara that gave my lashes the natural lift and separation that I was looking for. I found one I liked with the other brand and stuck. However I think I will make the switch. It stayed on all day, no smudges. It had great separation of lashes and made my natural lashes look amazing.

Pretty nice build but is clumpy
I'm picky when it comes to mascara because I don't like clumpy ones and this one is a bit. The brush didn't do much with the amount of lashes I have. It did bring them up pretty quick with just 2 passes but is gonna be a no for me.

Thanks l'oréal for sending me this mascara to sample. This mascara is really great for lengthening, so if you want both length plus volume you'll have to use two mascaras which is fine, that's what i do! It tops other mascaras for the amount of length it gives, but it falls flat when it doesn't hold a curl and it is smeared under my eyes by the end of the day. But, I do like it and will finish it. I would purchase it in the future!

Great product for the price
This product is good for the price. If you put on a layer then let it dry it allows for the next coat to make the lashes longer. I do however prefer the brush that has longer bristles but overall this is a good product.

Cute mascara packaging, the product not too much!
First of fall, really cute packaging. I really like how you can leave it standing while applying mascara. The wand have tiny bristles, great for lower Lash, but upper not too much. I feel like I need to apply it over and over again and it clumps. I didn't use any primer, so I don't know if that will make any difference. I wish the wand's bristle is a bit longer and more sturdy for easy application. It may be great for others though, so give it a try! It may not have worked well for me; but it might for you!

I love the brush on this since it is very thin, firm and works well to coat each lash without getting all over my lids (which is a problem for me). The formula separates, lifts, and adds a ton of length to my otherwise coarse straight lashes. Also, when they say waterproof they really mean WATERPROOF. This did not budge all day through tears (it's been a lot recently) sweat and my oily lids coming at the end of the day --- it stayed. I did have to double wash to remove with soap but I have found that using makeup remover is much easier since this formula has that super extended wear power.

Solid drugstore mascara
When L'Oreal says that this product has unique lash by lash separation, they weren't lying. This is the first mascara that is said to have "buildable coverage without clumping" that I actually believe, and that is because of the amazing lash separation. This is a solid drugstore choice that makes my lashes look great on a budget. It only minimally lengthens, and does not lift at all though, which is a bummer. L'Oreal makes a separate lift mascara instead of including both benefits in one formula. However, you cannot do better at this price!

The L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara is a new favorite of mine. It coats each lash almost separately. It glides on so smooth and separates my lashes for an even look. No clumps here!
It withstood the New York Heatwave test without running or smudging and I am very pleased with it. I'll be purchasing another one when it's time.

This mascara outperformed anything I've used in years when it comes to adding length. The brush gave good separation, although it was a bit bendy for me personally. It didn't give any issue in application regardless, and a second coat really gave the full effect!

No mess mascara!
Great Mascara! Although it doesn't seem to last as long, it doesn't leave a mess under your eye lids and doesn't go on real thick/heavy/clumpy/messy. Was very smooth and done a great job spreading out my lashes for a nice subtle look. Great for people who don't wear heavy makeup and enjoy simplicity.

Great for short lashes!
I have short, sparse lashes and it has been incredibly difficult to find a mascara that works for me. The L'Oréal telescopic mascara works perfectly! I have not experienced any clumping or application issues. It glides on super easily. Highly recommend!

Great very dark mascara
I love this mascara. Most of the ones i try leave dark circles on my face after a full days wear. This mascara is very dark, and lengthening without smearing. Only downside i think is the brush. it doesnt do well separating lashes and if youre not careful can leave you looking clumpy, but if you take your time applying carefully and letting dry between coats it looks wonderful

I put this product on before going to a kids birthday party that had water balloons and water guns they were toddlers so they were ruthless and sent straight for the face my mascara lasted all day and the water didn't ruin it even a little the best mascara I have ever tried I definitely recommend

Great waterproof mascara
I thought this was easy to apply and made my eyelashes look great. It is definitely waterproof so you will need some kind of make up remover to take it off at night. This is of course good if you would like it to stay on all day. I received this for fee from buzzagent.
