HOW TO USE
After shampoo, apply balm to wet hair and massage through ends. Leave for 3-5 minutes. Rinse. For continuous visible repair, use every day.

It depends on how you use it..

This is not a miracle working conditioner but I believe it does a good job conditioning very dry hair. I had a terrible experience this past summer getting my hair hilighted by a so called professional who insisted that the lightener she was using was vegan and wouldn't harm my hair. HA!! My hair is fried. Anyway, after that, no conditioner would even get through my hair no matter what I did. Out of desperation I thought I would try this and lo and behold I was actually able to get my fingers through my hair when working it in. I was so happy I almost cried in the shower lol. I am able to comb it through and I leave it in for a few minutes and it's good to go. Like I said...it's not a miracle worker but at least I don't dread shampooing my hair as much as I used to while I deal with growing this mess out. I don't use it every time I shampoo, but I do notice best results after I use a build-up removing shampoo (I use a lot of styling product so I need to do that from time to time.) I hope this helped and good luck!

Great at home hair improvement.

My hair was breaking off from using a popular styling product. I applied this last night, wrapped it in plastic wrap and rinsed it out. My hair feels like silk. Beautiful, looks great and has height. Well worth the purchase and I will do this again every week. My hair will now be easily managed and look moisturized.

This product is amazing! My hair was like straw and fried spit ends after having highlights. My curls were gone also. I applied this balm after shampooing and I could immediately see curls coming back!. My hair is soft and very manageable! Thank you L’Oréal Paris for a small price giving big results! Love it!

    Why did the scent change? It makes me nauseous now. I've bought this product for the last 4 years and religiously used it for every wash. Now I have to find a new product that does the same amazingness as this that doesn't make me feel sick. Ugh.

  2. Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm

    Why did you change the smell. I recently bought a new bottle and the smell is disgusting.I had another full bottle of the old version at my beach house fortunately because I could not stand the new smell, the new scent does not work the same it is drying.

    What is the difference between the Total Repair 5 Protein Recharge Treatment & the Total Repair 5 Protein Recharge leave in treatment? I know one says leave in & my husby bought the other instead, can I use it as a leave in as well? Why similar look?

    GREAT PRODUCT!! But can someone PLEASE ADVISE what you are supposed to do after you rinse TR5 out?? Do you rinse, then style as usual or add conditioner? I want to ensure my hair is conditioned but don’t want to over condition either.
