DONT EVER DISCONTINUE THIS!!!
This has been my holy grail for 8+ years.. People always complimented my skin and every time I point them to this moisturizer! It’s light, it absorbs immediately and gives a glow I can’t compare to anything else!! I absolutely love the scent as well and it doesn’t seem to irritate my sensitive skin. Please please please consider bringing back the oily skin version of this and please never discontinue this line!!

Love it!

Love the product, but so hard to find
So, I don't see a normal to oily version on the website. That's the best version, but this one is ok.
It's really hard to find though. I used to get it anywhere and then I could only find it on amazon and now... disappearing.
But it's the best moisturizer for oily, acne prone skin. I tried an ELF dupe and it did not deliver. You need this. And they need to stop playing games with their distribution.

I have been using this moisturizer for 7+years and refuse to use anything else. I have never broken out from it and and it provides the perfect amount of moisture without feeling heavy or greasy when dried. Please don’t ever discontinue this and if you do just give a heads up so I can buy more lol

Perhaps just a bad batch? Super bummed.
Great packaging, love the pump but the formula itself was so heavily scented, and burned my skin worse than rubbing alcohol. I do not have sensitive skin and don’t mind a bit of fragrance in moisturizers. However this was so overpowering that I thought perhaps I purchased a counterfeit product. It is genuine, I just can’t get over the burning and strong smell like cheap hand sanitizer.

Nice lotion that works, but off-putting fragrance
Love the moisturizer. It feels great on my skin, but the fragrance is more than I can bear. It's a shame because I would continue to buy if not for the fragrance. An unscented version would make me happy, and I know I'm not alone!

Cant find this anywhere it’s the only moisturizer that doesn’t break me out and that includes all of loreals others . If it’s discontinued I’ll be greatly disappointed since nothing else loreal makes works for me

Works Wonders!
I bought this about a month ago. I have this miserable, deep line up by my eyebrow. I used this the first time and the next day, that line was almost gone! I love how it feels on my skin and the very light fragrance. My skin feels as hydrated as if I had just gotten a facial. I recommend this to everyone!

The best results I’ve seen!
I’ve had terrible skin this year. I blame masks! My spots were so sore and I couldn’t keep them away. Since I started using this 3 months ago, my skin is glowing and my spots have disappeared. I’ve recommended this to EVERYONE! It’s so light and doesn’t clog your pores like other moisturizers. I love it!

Hate the smell

Favourite product but pump broke
Hi there this a great product that is amazing with my oily acne skin and is keeps moisturised, but my pump broke and the product is 3/4 full and now i don’t know how to fix this issue or what you can do to help me? It just stopped pumping and now it won’t work. Unsure if maybe it was faulty product? Works with acne prone skin!!
Literally my fav moisturizer, I’ve tried other more expensive brands (clinic, lancome, REM) and this moisturizer is the only one compatible with my acne prone skin and never brakes me out, plus goes well with the L’Oréal Matte foundation, hope they never discontinue it!

Great product but CAN not use all of product...
Great moisture provided to face area and makes my skin look nourished.
Gave 3 stars only because wasted product:
Very large bottle and looked like I had tons of product, however when I got near the bottom of the bottle there is a good inch of product left behind in bottle that I can not use. This amount would have probably lasted for another week or two for me. I use product 2x/day and apply to dry spots. Because it's a glass jar and I can not remove the top the product is wasted. This is not environmentally friendly I am afraid. I may look to other products for this reason, sigh...

Pump broke and bottle is 3/4 full
I love this product. The scent is incredible, and I keep it on my nightstand for use multiple times a day. I went to use it yesterday and the pump wouldn’t work, and then completely fell apart. It literally broke in thin air. The rest of the pump is stuck in the small bottle neck and I can’t get the rest of the product out of the bottle. It’s still more than half full, so now I feel like although I love this, it’s a waste of money.

The only moisturizer i’ll ever use!
I bought this once to try it thinking that it will just be like ever moisturizer. I was wrong. I have the most sensitive skin ever, and this is the only one that works on me. When I started using it, my acne went away, my skin glows, and it just overall made my life so much better. It’s a little on the pricey side for a drug store moisturizer but I can promise you, it’s worth every penny. Definitely give this a try!

Very strong fragrance- high alcohol content.☹
I was so excited to find this and intended on replacing one of my serums with this. While the packaging is lovely, the strong fragrance and alcohol content actually burn my face! I had to apply a healing ointment over to calm it down. I cannot understand how this could be recommended by anyone with sensitive skin. I feel like I just threw my money away. Very disappointing.

Hydralicious!!!
I have extremely sensitive skin, AND as a 58 year old, I am in preservation mode as well! This formulation is the ticket for me. Only one criticism : I do feel that it is overly fragranced, and it actually overwhelms in that regard! Yikes!!!

Product is great, pump is broken
This was my daily go-to moisturizer. That is, until the pump broke with over half the product still left in it. I would prefer a jar or perhaps a squeeze bottle so that this problem could be alleviated. It’s pretty expensive after all.

Extremely Hydrating
I found this product last year while trying to find a better face moisturizer. My face is mostly oily but my nose gets dry and flaky. A little bit of this in the morning and before bed gives my skin the extra moisture it needs. Living in Florida I'm always out in the sun and this product actually helps soothe my face when it gets burned, and seems to heal faster. When I ran out I tried another hyaluronic serum but its not as soothing. Since this is not available in a store near me I have to go the online route and buy extra.

Should not contain alcohol
I love the look and smell of this product and was excited to try it, but immediately felt the alcohol on my skin. Any HA product shouldn’t contain alcoholic as it counters the moisture benefits. I’ll buy again should the ingredients change.

Absoluting wonderful!
This is just a wonderfall product. When I put it on, my face feels like I just put cooling and soothing water on my face. I now have a glow to my skin and it feels totally hydrated. I put it on 3 times or more a day and my skin does not look dry anymore, especially around my eyes!!!!!

The best moisturizer I have ever used!
This moisturizer is so gentle on my skin. It doesn't leave an oily finish. It's just a soft and soothing layer that feels like a second skin. Many moisturizers make my skin feel greasy and some make it feel itchy. This product smells amazing with it's subtle and fresh scent. I have been using this product for a couple of years now, and like it so much I have a subscription with Amazon to send me a bottle every 3 months! I pray this product never gets discontinued, as it makes my 67 year old complexion look smooth and bright.

Works so well!
I bought this 1 week ago and have been using it each night (after face wash) and I love it, it is light weight but still hydrates my skin. Normally after moisturizers I tend to feel oily but this does not do that! Plus because of the aloe and hyaluronic acid, I know it is actually good for my skin!

Super Hydrating

Mediocre moisturizer. Overpowering fragrance
I'm on my 2nd bottle only because it was buy 1 get 1 1/2 off. I will not be purchasing again. I was using Neutrogena Hydroboost until I realised that it was pilling up under my makeup. This product does provide somewhat decent hydration and sits well under makeup. However, the fragrance is so strong and floral scented that I just can't stand it. Please cosmetic companies, stop adding fragrances to your skincare and makeup. No need for it. The other problem with Hydragenius is that pump does not dispense all the product and you can't remove the top to get the remainder out. I feel like I'm throwing money in the garbage. Will not buy again.

I’m In Love With This!!
I’ve used this for a couple of years now. I found some on CLEARANCE, so I thought it was being discontinued. I bought all they had - I’m set for a year!
A bottle of this lasts a long time. It makes my skin feel so soft and supple. I’m 57 and after many, many years of sun exposure, and unfortunately, when I was young sunscreen was very new and NOTHING for your face. I looked much better with a tan, as I’m fair complected, I now show my age. I don’t know if it’s “healing” my face, but it feels amazing on my skin.
I highly recommend this! I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SUNSCREEN ON YOUR FACE EVERY DAY. This doesn’t have a sunscreen but it sure feels smooth. Use BOTH!!

First Impressions
I purchased this product today and I already feel a drastic change in my appearance and skin. My skin feels nourished and plump. It also has a really nice glow to it and it doesn't look greasy. I love it because it's keeping my skin hydrated and it's been hard to find a moisturizer that does that for my dry skin. I love this product so far and I'm excited to keep on using it!

I received a sample of this and a coupon a couple months ago. After I tried the sample (2 uses worth) I liked it, and since I had a coupon I thought I should just buy it so I did. I never really liked moisturizers because of the traditional cream, I always felt like it was too heavy and would break me out. I really like how moisturizing but not heavy it is because of the gel formula. I know there's other gel moisturizers and I've tried them when I would go over to my sisters, like the Garnier Moisture Rescue and Clinique Moisture Surge, and I personally like this better. I also have had other people try it and really like it too and ask me where i got it and for how much. I also really like that there's hyaluronic acid and aloe water in it because both are very good for your skin.

After receiving a small sample in the mail, I went looking for this product. I love the light feeling. My skin feels so hydrated and fresh. I am adverse to strong fragrance; the scent of this product is light and fresh. My only issue is that I dropped it the first time I used it. While the bottle did not break, the applicator pump did. Can L'Oreal provide the pump device?

Really Great, Wish it was Fragrance free
I love using this Hydra Genius Moisturizer! As soon as I put it on my face, I can see an immediate difference to the skin, a fresh dewy glow and radiance! My only negative thing to say about it is it has fragrance in it, which I can not stand to put Fragrance on my face! I wish that Loreal would make a Fragrance Free Version of this and Extend this line as well, like an Eye Cream and Serum to go with! That would be wonderful!

I love this moisturizer so far. At first I was Leary because it smells so good. I was worried it would dry my skin out instead of moisturizing it. I love it. My face is so soft and hydrated when I use it. Now I find the fragrance is a huge plus for me! Definitely will be trying it and some of the other products in this line.

One of the best moisturizers I have tried
This was given to me as a gift and I love it. It doesn’t feel heavy and is very light. I have definitely noticed a difference since I have started using it. The only downfall is that it burns for a minute after I put it on. I don’t have sensitive skin so I’m not really sure what’s causing that. Overall, I will continue to use it and recommend it to others.
