i wish i had this sooner
my hair smells AMAZING, i noticed a really big difference in shine as well. my hair is super soft and healthy looking. i’ve struggled with dead ends and non-shiny, dry AND greasy hair before and this shampoo AND conditioner did literal wonders. i recommend it to everyone i know!

The Product formula has changed for the worse.
This used to be a good shampoo but the formula has changed. This "moisturizing" shampoo is actually drying my hair out. The consistency is very thin and the first time I used it, the shampoo just ran out of the tube I have used different types of Ever Pure shampoo and conditioner but I am switching to a new brand.

Disappointing new vegan formula - go back to cheap
Nee Vegan Formula: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have sensitive skin, used the original formula at least 12 years. My scalp never itched, I received compliments on texture and scent of my hair, including every time at the hair stylist. I used new Vegan formula a total 2 times (every other day), and scalp is crusty, itchy, just like with every cheap shampoo I stopped using 12+ years ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasted hard-earned money with last purchase.

Once great. Now one of the worst shampoos.
For several years this shampoo has been my go-to for reliability. Sometimes I alternate products but have consistently returned to this one. My most recent purchase is a huge disappointment. The shampoo is so thin that when I uncapped it in my usual manner it flowed out without me even squeezing the tube. In addition to this, the shampoo is not as effective as before. My hair is limp after using. Previously, the shampoo made my hair feel luxurious and gave it more body. I wish I'd read some of the reviews here before repurchasing.

No longer something I would recommend.
I have been using EverPure Moisture shampoo and conditioner for 10 years and have been happy with the results including the sun protection. With the new formulation, my straight hair does not style well and I have been having an itchy scalp. I am allergic to many fragrance formulations and have had a difficult time finding a shampoo/conditioner in the past. I really do not want to go through another hunt for products again, but it looks like at this point, it is my only solution for this problem unless you all have a different one to offer.

Loreal Moisture hydrating. A 1
I have used the "old" formulation (solid red tops, not the pinkish new one) for over 10 years. This new formulation fo increase moisture is very disappointing Itleaves my hair somewhat lank and doesn't hold the style the way it used to. seems heavy. I have looked everywhere for the old formulation and can't find it. unfortunately will likely need to change shampoos and conditioner now. Note: this is only the second time in my life that I wrote a product review, which should show something!

Causing Itchy Scalp
I have used L'Oréal Shampoo for years and have never had any problems. I currently use EverPure Moisture Shampoo for Color treated Hair. For the last several months this shampoo has made my scalp itch really badly.

Very unhappy with the change
I came here to say I am so unhappy that you changed the Ever Pure Frizz-Defy conditioner. I need to find another brand now. Ive been using this for so long. I.found 2 of the old conditioners, after these I cant buy this anymore. So broken hearted.

Worst Shampoo
This shampoo is a disaster for Indian thick hair. My hair feels too greasy and heavy. My scalp never felt clean while using this product. I couldn’t do styling to my hair because of the greasy texture.
Avoid this product at all cost

You changed formula now I don't like it.
I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for at least 10 years or more why did the formula change all of a sudden. It leaves my hair feeling dried out not mosturized. And their both runny.

Ruined a great shampoo
Lost a customer. I couldn't find my regular Rosemary Shampoo so I purchase the Vegan Rosemary Shampoo. With first use, it burned & irritated my scalp. Throwing it out. Hair didn't look so good either...

Formula change is bad
New formula is horrible. I have used Everpure Moisture since it came on the market. Loved it, was amazing. This new formula with the pink cap instead of red weighs my hair down and I no longer have volume. It feels coated and stringy. It is not more moisturizing, if anything my ends are more dry. Why did you change a great product?

Very bad; thin watery and does not moisturize
I’ve used the Everpure shampoo and conditioner moisturizing formula for colored hair since it appeared on the market. Recently I purchased a two pack with both shampoo and conditioner. Upon opening the shampoo, I immediately experienced a change; it was watery and smelled different than the formula I was used to. The conditioner was the same; thinner and poor smell. Why would you change a great formula? I thought it was a fake product at first, but then read the other reviews reiterating my thoughts about this product. If you changed it for profit reasons, that’s not going to work because you’ve lost a long time customer and many others from what I can see.

I used your EverPure Rosemary Volume Shampoo for years and absolutely loved it and how it managed my fine hair. But your recent change of formula leaves my hair more limp, without as much body and makes the blow dry less manageable than ever before. I had to return it to the store, as I was very disappointed in it. Whenever I find a product that is really exceptional, and for some reason you decide to change the product quality, sadly to to a lower bar, that just doesn't work for me. You have lost a customer...

The new pink cap one is horrible, it dries out your scalp after one use. The older red cap one was perfect, the new formula is horrible and wrecks havoc on your scalp. DO NOT BUY THE NEW VEGAN FORMULA ONE (pink cap now instead of red)

Hair loss
I switched to this because my hairdresser suggested a sulfate free product to help my color last longer. This product caused increased sensitivity to my head and my hair has been falling out in clumps.

Great for sensitive scalp!
I have Eczema in my hairline. There are very few shampoo products I can use that don’t irritate my skin. This shampoo is fabulous. I love that it lathers and really cleans. I foil my hair and I can’t really tell if this protects the color but I’d like to believe it does! I’m on my 3rd bottle!

I have used this shampoo for about 5 years. It leaves my hair feeling clean. I sweat a lot so I use it every day. My hair does not dry out. I do use the conditioner every day too, so that probably keeps the hair from drying out. I color my hair with L’Oreal Light Golden Brown. The products seem to work well together. I do not use the product for color treated hair. The color of my hair lightens up a bit over the months, but that is OK with me because in the beginning when I color it is a bit too dark. Happy customer.

I purchased this product based on reviews and I am super disappointed. Never feels like I’m “washing” my hair. Doesn’t lather well to coat all of my hair (it’s not long, maybe to the bottom of my shoulder blade) no matter how much product I use. I think it causes more tangles and breakage than it’s helping, and consistently leaves a sticky feeling or film on my hair no matter how much I rinse. I had high hopes for this product but won’t purchase again.

My favorite affordable color-safe shampoo. I have coarse vibrant/fashion color hair. This is my fave affordable shampoo for moisture, cleansing and color protection. gets rid of build-up without stripping my color. Rosemary smell is lovely and herbal. Bottle is big and lasts!

Made my hair feel like horsetail.
I have been using this for quite some time now and have tried everything to make it work. But it leaves my hair feeling like sandpaper and horsetail. Very very very disappointed. Do not recommend at all if you love your hair.

After trying the Ever Pure Shampoo and Conditioner several times, I am not satisfied with the way it leaves my hair. It doesn't feel clean. My hair feels weighed down and a little greasy after just one day. I am very disappointed. I expected more from this company.

So disappointed
First time trying sulfate free shampoo and was very disappointed. First my hair never felt clean after shampoo and conditioning. After a month I noticed my hair started to fall out at an alarming rate. My beautician stated it was a common occurrence with sulfates free shampoo and conditioners. I went back to my old product, and the condition improved in time.

Love the shampoo but . . .
I love the shampoo and conditioner, but I probably will not buy it again. I have arthritis and the tube is so stiff that I have a really hard time squeezing it out, once I use over half of it.

Cap broke first time I used it.
I dropped this on the floor the first time I used it and the cap shattered into three pieces. It is made of a brittle plastic, unlike the Elvive I usually use. I've dropped that one several times with no problem! Of course there's no place to even contact L'Oreal on their site. You'd think a company as big as this could use decent plastic caps on their products! Not a happy customer.

Smell is fresh. Because it's sulfate free it doesn't lather as well and so sometimes I don't feel like it's cleaning well. But maybe it is cleaning just fine and I'm not used to the less sudsy shampoos. Price is fine for the product.

This product is amazing. The only fault I find is that once my hair is dry it feels like I added too much conditioner. This happens no matter how much I use either. However when I go camping or when Ive been in a pool, this is the type of shampoo I will use to help soften my hair.

I received this product from Influenster for free in exchange for an honest review.I love that this product is sulfate-free because I'm glad that I'm not using harsh chemicals on my hair. I have virgin shoulder-length fine hair so I cannot attest to how well it works on color-treated hair which is one of the benefits of this shampoo.I think this product might work well with someone that has drier hair. Because I normally wash my hair every 3-4 days, one application of shampoo isn't enough to cleanse all the oils from my hair. I normally have to shampoo about 3 times and even then, it doesn't feel 100% clean afterwards. I think it's best to avoid this product if you have virgin fine hair as it can weigh it down a bit since there's a moisture in the shampoo, but I think it'll work well for someone with thick drier hair.

Im happy I tried this shampoo complementary to @influensters, overall i won't purchase it because i didn't feel like it cleaned my hair & scalp as other brands have. One positive it did do was brighten up my dull hair. The night before i went to work i use this shampoo and my manager was asking if i had re dyed my hair, or if i had done something different!? I replied no, a little confused, & then realized it had to be the Loreal shampoo.

Worth the money!!
I've struggled for a few months with my hair being dry and shedding more than usually. I don't normally spend this much on shampoo and conditioner, but I am so glad i did. After less than 2 weeks of use my hair is so much softer and I don't shed nearly as much. I won't be using anything else. Definitely worth my money.

I refuse to switch back to any other type of shampoo Ive used before.... since switching to the everpure shampoo Ive been able to get away with not having to wash my hair for up to 5 days!y hair is so soft and smooth when I get out of the shower and then it doesnt get greasy for days! I love it!

Always leaves my hair super hydrated and soft. Feels like Im using professional hair products. But people dont always use shampoo and conditioner the right way. Whenever you use a lot of products on your hair you MUST shampoo twice. Then condition but leave in conditioner for at least 5 minutes. If you leave in the conditioner too long it might add a layer of film in your hair that you do not want no matter how good the product is.

Ive received this complimentary from Influenster. I color my hair quite frequently so I use this shampoo to hydrate my hair and protect from color. Follow by the conditioner. Not a huge fan of the smell but doesnt bother me too much.
