I have low porosity and fine hair making some products difficult to absorb into my hair and do its magic, but this worked beautifully. Rated 1 out of 5 by jronan from disappointed with the skin effects I used this shampoo 3 times in one week and it ended up causing a very bad reaction to my scalp and skin. the skin on my back and chest started to peel and flake, causing me to have to make a dermatologist appointment to be treated. my scalp was very itchy and flaky after the 3 times i used the shampoo and over a week later i am still feeling the effects from the use. i have to say my hair was shinier than every so i will give it credit there, but the skin issues it has caused outweigh the benefit.

I have thick, long, curly/wavy hair that gets frizzy and tangled easily, and the original sulfate-free glossing shampoo worked wonders. It made my hair soft, shiny, easy to manage, and the smell was amazing. Unfortunately, the new formulation dries out my hair badly. I can’t even comb through it after using the conditioner. My curls feel stiff instead of soft. This has been so disappointing, especially after how perfect the original was. L’Oréal, please consider bringing back the old version, it truly made a difference for those of us with curly, high maintenance hair! L’Oréal, please bring the original version back!

I did not like it as it felt like there was a coating on my hair, even when rinising it out the next day. My hair felt less moisturized than usual and after a day, my scalp started to itch. I only tried it once since I had a reaction to it and I do not have a sensitive scalp.

The shampoo was easy to use and had a simple clean scent that I enjoyed. I think the product that has the strongest glossing effect was the mask itself but love that the system probably has results that were achieved used together. Altogether it helped my hair have added sheen which makes hair look loads healthier. Two thumbs up for sure!

I felt my hair feel different right after I rinsed it off and it made the feel of my hair after the whole treatment worse. I found that I could use the conditioner and treatment for my bangs and it wouldn't make my hair feel too differently or the "waxy" feel. But the shampoo was where it felt that way even if I paired it with my regular conditioner. Not a fan. It did nothing for my wavy/curly hair. I would not recommend this for anyone with my type of hair.

Even though I use this with other products in the line, I like it as a regular shampoo to pair with my other conditioners. It is a thicker cream and smells like a salon, not in a bad way. It was easy to incorporate into my hair and left it feeling clean and very shiny. I will say that it does not leave an oily residue however I did need a break from using it every day. It moisturizes well but my scalp needed a break from build up.

I feel like it cleans my hair and scalp well and leaves it feeling soft after as well. The packaging is a good thick material so it doesnt feel cheap. Def recommend using in conjunction with the mask!

I would 100% us this with L’Oreal EverPure Conditioner! It’s a winning combination that makes your hair look and feel

Rated 5 out of 5 by emilyd89f8_1243 from Cleans effectively without harshness Can clean hair that hasn’t been washing in three days in one go and doesn’t seem to strip color from toned, bleach hair. Scent is great for a glossing products smell and great value too.
