My hair is noticeably softer, shinier and less frizzy. Love using this conditioner because unlike other brands it doesn't leave my hair greasy or weighed down.

Changed formula / Will not purchase again

My entire household has used this product for years. We bought it in the large pump bottles as we went through it pretty quickly. The old formula was yellow, thick, and made our hair feel amazing. The new formula is white, doesn't feel anything like the old formula, and feels like it washes out completely with water leaving hair dry and tangled

I actually thought I bought the wrong thing the smell was so bad it used to smell amazing and then after reading some other reviews I guess I'm not the only one who's the same way

Disappointed... Bought it and is not the same

Disappointed... Bought it and is not the same as my last purchase! They reformulated the shampoo and have taken away the beautiful fragrance which is why I chose Elvive Total Repair 5. In addition, I tried the orange bottle Dream Lengths, and it has a toilet paper scent to it.

Disappointed

Used this product for years, but the new formula is horrible. The smell makes me sick and I have to reach my hair to get rid of it. It doesn't work like it used to. Quit changing great products. Not an improvement. I had to switch to a different product.

Disappointed

I hate the new formula called "Damage Reversing." I have been using Total Repair for years, they changed the formula like 2 years ago and I was disappointed then...but now this product is Awful. I have had to switch brands all together. You have lost a long time customer.

New Garbage Formala 2025

I’ll been a long time user of this product. There was another formula change a couple of years ago, and I wasn’t happy with it but still close to stick out using the product. However, the new formula this year is awful. The texture is much thinner and does not moisturize the hair like it used too. Also, the smell is awful and it lingers well beyond the shower. Hoping to stock up on the old formula or I’ll be switching to another product. This new stuff is unusable. Please revert back to a prior formulation!

Conditioner has changed formula

New conditionor formula is bad. Smells very bad. Made me feel sick. The old version was way better and many would agree. Not sure what happened but this is not it. Sucks because I was a long time user. Time to say goodbye.

First time trying it an the results are extremely fabulous I have really damaged hair that been Tru alot. For hair coloring and bleached and straighten hair I never told my hair can't feel this good is soft healthy
