I LOVE L’Oreal’s EverPure line! I started with their purple shampoo, and have used the glossing, clarifying, moisturizer and bond repair shampoo and conditioners. I find them all to perform exactly as promised and the Iron Sleek conditioner was no exception. I didn’t love the smell as much as some of the others, but it wasn’t very strong and certainly wouldn’t keep me from repurchasing. I found the conditioner consistency to be thick enough to nicely coat my hair, but not weigh it down. Due to the very dry weather, I can speak to how it does in humidity. I can say my frizzles were far less pronounced, as I have a lot of new growth. I think this would be a great buy for someone in a humid climate or for me to rebuy in the summer. I’ll definitely circle back around!

It really does make it soft, sleek, and oh so shiny! One of my sons friends told me my hair looked like glass! Love the fresh floral scent. It is a little expensive for a drug store conditioner ($10 each at Walmart) but what isn't expensive nowadays!

I prefer to add more conditioner if I need it rather than using too much to begin with. The product was sometimes a little difficult to fully rinse out. It made my hair, when wet, sleek enough that it still felt like it had product in it when it was fully rinsed. Packaging was nice but nothing innovative or unusual or new. This is definitely a product I personally can’t just slap on and rinse out and call it a day; I think someone with drier, more damaged, or frizzier hair might have an easier time with this conditioner. Good product but might just be a little too much for my hair!

This shampoo definitely helped with my frizz prone hair and kept it frizz free all day in my high humidity location. It didn’t weigh my hair down and was lightweight. The only issue I personally had was the scent was off putting to me. It was overpowering and I didn’t care for it. My hair was shiny and my scalp clean and much less oily.

It helps with frizz and leaves hair looking more polished, especially if you’re going to straighten it or do a blowout. The first thing I noticed was the scent…lovely scent more like the salon products I sometimes buy and it lingers on my hair for days! The conditioner is nice and thick, its more like some of the conditioning masks I have used which I appreciate as I need a thicker conditioner for my hair, especially in the winter when everything is so dry. However, it doesnt weigh down my hair at all and I noticed my curls more pronounced when using it because of this. Love how soft my hair feels and it did a great job making it sleek. I dont have a lot of issue with frizz this time of year, but I really look forward to trying it out when the humidity gets so out of control around here and seeing how it performs then.

Aside from the very convenient packaging, this product really disappointed me. This system is specifically FOR FRIZZ and yet, my hair has continued to look just as puffy without any noticeable improvements in frizz, shine, or softness. It is currently winter in New York. There is no humidity to speak of. I am not expecting a miracle, just for the product to do as advertised. Also, I noticed my hair tangling more frequently than usual. It’s not as bad as the Not Your Mother’s Anti Frizz system, but this duo disappoints me significantly more just because I expected better from the Ever Pure line. The shampoo lathers well and rinses out nicely so I don’t have any problems with it beyond the fact that my fly-aways are still very present. The conditioner leaves much to be desired. I’ve even taken to using a leave-in conditioner after I wash my hair because I am convinced the conditioner Does Nothing. At one point, I tried using it as a hair mask and leaving it in for 15 or 20 minutes as I shaved, then in case that wasn’t enough, after rinsing it out the first time I did a second round as a normal conditioner. There was absolutely not a single sign that my hair was “improved” by this product. At least it smells good.

Wonderfully thick and creamy formula smells great and detangles my fine and knotty hair easily. Washes out well with no left over residue to leave your hair heavy feeling and oily. Usually I flat iron my hair after blow drying and with this shampoo and conditioner I barely have to use it. Keeps my hair frizz free and so soft and shiny all day long no matter the weather! Definitely recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by GabrielleA from A Delightful Conditioner This product is great. I’ve been using it as part of my routine after shampooing with the EverPure Iron Sleek Shampoo. The first thing I noticed was the size of the bottle which in my opinion is great for the price. I like the color chosen for the bottle too and that it is a squeeze tube as I prefer those over pump style conditioners. The product easily comes out of the tube with minimal effort. The consistency is perfect - not too thick and not too thin. I also really like the smell of this conditioner although the smell doesn’t last long on my hair when dried but that’s okay. Not a lot of product is needed to be able to clean my hair. The product lathers up nicely and does a great job cleaning my hair and making it look nice. I’ve been using L’Oreal for years and this is yet another great conditioner from them. Would recommend!

Rated 3 out of 5 by LisaN from Not impressed I am not super impressed with this product. The conditioner is very ordinary. I was hoping that it would be moisturizing and would leave my hair sleeker. It feels like your average conditioner. I have long hair and have to use a large amount of product. I assumed a little would go a long way however I ended up using more product than I normally use. I have not noticed a difference in using this product versus other generic store brands. The bottle itself is quite small. For the amount of product I have to use, the bottle will not last long. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

The packaging is so pretty and the conditioner has a lovely, thick consistency. You can feel how soft your hair feels after using it. It locks in moisture and helps prevent frizz from humidity. Hair feels soft after drying, but not weighed down.

I tried the EverPure line for a few weeks and there was a noticeable change in the amount of frizz I experience when air-drying my hair. I would definitely recommend this product if you have wavy hair like mine as this product is not too heavy. The fragrance is light and clean smelling and leaves your hair feeling very clean.

It has a nice thick consistency and really cut the frizz from my wavy hair. The only downside was it made my hair so sleek that I also lost all my volume and body. I don’t think I’d use this every wash but could see throwing it in a biweekly rotation to help maintain hair health. For serious dryness and damage this could be a game changer. Wish it weren’t in a squeeze tube—a bottle would be easier and more hygienic/less prone to trapping water. The shampoo smells great and while the conditioner doesn’t smell awful, there is something a little chemical-y/yeasty to it while applying. The smell left in your hair after rinsing & drying is pleasant though.

They leave my hair soft and manageable. I have long straight hair down to my waist and to play it up I always strive for shine over everything. This shampoo and conditioner gives me the most beautiful shine, no damage in packing and smells great.

I did not like the smell in the shower neither did I see any help for my hair from using it. The conditioner was not very thick. It looks a little thick. Might be good if you have thin and straight hair.

I have been recently looking for more affordable hair care to save money. For the record, my hair is very oily at the scalp and tends to get dry at the end. I have colour treated hair it is a little past my shoulders. My hair does tend to get very frizzy and also static-y in the winter time. I was quite impressed with this conditioner. It did make my hair very nice and I did not notice any issues with my colour fading any faster while using it. It also worked very well with my styling products. I will say it did dry out my hair a little more so I had to be careful where I used it. I had to stay away from the bottom half of my hair where it tended to dry out more however this is definitely a product I would purchase again.

My hair is wavy and it can be prone to frizz but these products do deliver on the sleekness and smooth my hair out nicely. I really like that they do this without interfering with my volume, since I feel that hair volume is an asset. It is easy to rinse out and has a pleasant smell also. My hair is easy to manage with this set.

Using both the shampoo and conditioner together makes my hair stronger and gives it volume. A little goes a long way. It is not strongly scented, in fact I don’t smell anything from it.

They helped de-frizz and smooth my hair, and they helped detangle a major knot that I had, that I could not brush out. I was recently very sick and in bed for a week. So, I was unable to wash my hair for at least 5 days, and I had developed a major knot in the back of head. It was pretty bad and tangled up around my ponytail from all the tossing and turning I was doing. I tried to use a detangling brush before washing my hair, but it hurt too much. So I decided that I would just wash my hair with the knot and try to brush it again afterwards. The shampoo did help get a lot of the knot out, but the conditioner helped seal the deal. As soon as I started rinsing the conditioner out, the rest of the knot just effortless came undone. I was so happy afterwards to be able to brush my hair without any pain. Plus my hair looked and felt so soft and smooth. It also smelled really good. The only minor issue that I had was when my hair dried, it had some static, but this could also have been due to the winter weather. Either way a little hairspray helped fixed that issue, and since the shampoo and conditioner both block out humidity, my hair stayed looking nice throughout the whole day. Overall, I am very satisfied with this conditioner, and I will definitely be recommending it and the shampoo to all my friends and family.

Just leaving it in your hair for a few minutes goes a long way. It's very easy to rinse out and it definitely decreases hair breakage after several uses. One thing I did notice is that it does not have an obvious scent to it that lasts a long time.

After using it, my hair feels soft, sleek, and looks noticeably smoother. It really helps tame flyaways and gives my hair a more polished look. That said, it is a bit on the heavier side for my fine hair. While it looks great on wash day, I do notice my hair gets greasy by day two. I’ve found using a smaller amount or keeping it just on the ends helps a lot.
