I always use the telescopic eyeliner, but this time when I bought it, it was watery and leeched to the lines on my eyelid like a spider. It would not shake up, I tried to stir it with a long thick stick, nothing works. HELP Loreal. This is watery thin, not what you want an eyeliner to be.

breaks apart too easily and smears

I bought this because when tried a swab it was super dark and dried in a beautiful matte black. Shortly it started breaking apart from the wing and the crumbs smeared all over my face. This is not long lasting and with a little sweat or too much movement is going to fall apart.

if i'm feeling spicy & want a dramatic eye look, this liner does an amazing job! it's not overly runny, very pigmented and easy to control the tip of the liner.

Recently tried this liner as the L'Oreal Lineur Intense brush tip liner #790 is becoming more difficult to find. This Telescopic liner is difficult to apply. Thick in some spots, thin in others. I have been using Lineur Intense brush tip for years and LOVE it! Will try to order on line as I'm quite dissapointed with the Telescopic liner. Feel like it is money wasted.

Sharp liner

This liner is super easy to apply and control to get that very precise and sharp detailed look! The liquid is dark and inky and gives this very defined eye look. I liked how easy this was to work with to apply makeup!

Love the application but smudges

I really like this eyeliner. The control when applying is great as the brush is a fine little point. The only thing is that it smudges. It leaves a bit of a print above my eye (like a stamp) throughout the day. I don't wear primer all the time, so that may contribute to it. Great for an everyday eyeliner.

The eyeliner is okay. It's well pigmented and easy to apply. I prefer a brush tip to a felt tip so this wouldn't be my go to liner. The liner does also fade through your the day

Not a pencil shape

I typically use a pencil shaped liquid eyeliner that you just remove the cap to apply. It felt awkward trying to apply this eyeliner, the shape and the tip just weren't my norm. It also felt short and the lines looked skinny during application. Had a nice color and wear throughout the day but I wouldn't purchase due to the design.

This product is perfect for when you are practicing to get that perfect wing eyeliner, and for a quick touch up. It flaked off quite easily so I don't recommend if your looking for a strong long wearing eyeliner. It was easy to wipe off and start over again without ruining your entire look.

I don't typically like liquid eyeliner and I can't do a straight line to save my life…but surprisingly this eyeliner was very easy to use and forgiving. The angle of it worked so well. I would definitely purchase this again.

It glides easily for precision and will lasts all day without any fading, smudging, and transferring. This has a super short spiky felt tip applicator, not a huge fan. I wish the applicator was softer and a bit longer.

Striking, but Awkward

This liner has plenty of pros and cons so I'll break them down accordingly. Starting with the pros: this is a DARK matte black liner. The actual formula is fluid and glides easily for precision. This lasts all day without any fading, smudging, and transferring. Now for the cons: for everything this liner formula gives, the applicator takes away. This has a super short spiky felt tip applicator. Can I get a super sharp wing with it? Yes. Is the process awkward and uncomfortable? Yes. If the applicator were softer and a bit longer this product would be a 10/10.

I received this product in exchange for review.
This is a fairly nice eyeliner for the price. The applicator is a little funky, but applies ok. It's a bit difficult to do fine lines with it. As long as it dries, it has good staying power. It will wash off most of the way with just water.
Good eyeliner for the day two raccoon eyes look!

I've tried different L'Oréal liners but this one has me forsure! The way it lays on the skin is soooo nice and the amount of pigment is perfect. I'm usually a brown liner girly but i wouldn't mind this on night outs! Price point is doable! The wear on it is pretty good as well and that's coming from someone with allergies.

I loved this applicator! It isnt a brush, but isnt a super thin tip which makes it easier to apply and correct which is often needed with liquid mascara. It wore well and stayed on througout my day!

Good formula, unideal applicator

I love me a winged liner. I had high hopes for this carbon black liner, but it wasn't necessarily what I expected. As far as the formula goes, I love the matte carbon black! It looks very concentrated and makes your eyes pop. What I didn't like was the applicator. The felt tip is very inflexible and hard to apply smoothly onto the eyelid. I need a tip that allows you to control where it goes. This does not do that so I had to clean up the line with a cotton swab, but it did not look as sleek. If this applicator changes, I believe it would be a 5 star product.

Enjoyed this product but would buy again

I use liquid eyeliner everyday and tried this product recently. I typically prefer a pen type applicator with a brush tip. This eyeliner was in a pot and had a stiff applicator which made it harder to apply a thin line. I liked the pigment that the product offered and the matte finish of the eyeliner.

Amazing liquid eyeliner

First off, the pigment and precision tip is what makes this liquid eyeliner rock! You can use one stoke to achieve a good line, you won't find yourself filling in missing gaps. The tip is great once you get the hang of it, takes some practice like all good things. It stays on all day and does come off quite easily with micellar water.

I have such a hard time with eye liner and this is the first one that actually worked for me. When I say it's DARK it's dark which I love for dramatic eye looks. I got a lot of compliments on my eye liner whenever I do my full makeup looks.

Accessible and affordable

The L'Oreal Telescopic Precision Liquid Liner has become my go-to liquid eyeliner. It has great pigmentation in carbon black color and it glides on really easy. It is very well-crafted to be user-friendly as well as affordable. Also the applicator is very percise, leaving behind bold and fine lines. There has been no fraying on the brush so the lines remain smooth even with heavy use. It is a convenient purchase since L'Oreal is carried in drugstores so it's easily accessible.

This eyeliner works great and lasts, if you don't have oily skin. It doesn't dry as well if you have oily eyelids and therefore will smudge easier. I assume if you used a primer this issue might go away though.

Thank you L'Oreal for sending me a free Telescopic Precision Liquid Liner. My eyes sometimes get sensitive to eyeliner, so when I saw that this eyeliner was fragrance free, Ophthalmologist-tested, and allergy-tested, I was happy and excited to try it. I really liked the applicator and how easy it was to apply the eyeliner. My biggest issue was that I had to apply the line 2 times in order due to the liner coming out patchy. The liner stayed on majority of the day, but I did notice it got smudgy after a while.

The applicator is too thick, too big and it does not allow to make a fine line. it is more of a medium, at best, and a think line to make bold looks, not the best applicator for an every day subtle look. It is a little difficult to remove when make up cleaning and removal process. small quantity so it will not last long. i would try other options. it takes a second to dry.

I was given the chance to try out this beautiful eyeliner in exchange for my honest review! Hands down didn't think it would replace my high end eyeliner that's twice the price of this one that works just as good … if not better! It's pigmented, glides on smooth, and lasts all day for my oily skin! At this point anything telescopic is worth it! It hasn't let me down yet!
