Usage
Expert Application Technique: Shake well before each use. Glide tip along outer lash line, using either the angled side for a think line or the pointed side for a thinner line. Replace tip in ink well to remoisten if desired.

To whom this may concern, I read the reviews on this product before I purchased this item. I’ve always used L’Oréal products. This eyeliner was new to me use and everytime I use it smears within a couple of hours.

Precision Liquid Eyeliner
Has the formula recently changed for this eyeliner? I've been using it for years & it has always been my favorite, but the most recent new one I bought does not work like they have in the past. It goes on streaky and is not pigmented like normally.
