Love/Hate Relationship

I loved this product at first.. it truly was a lifesaver for me. But then, things started to change. The product started coming out blotchy and I'd have to remove it and start all over again. Sometimes this happens up to three or four times and it takes me up to an hour to get things just right. Also, the cat pops off and dries out the product. I only get two or three applications out of each tube of product. You really need to address this and fix this or your customers are going to stop buying this product! The idea is great but YOU MUST ADDRESS THESE ISSUES. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!! By the way, a screw top cap is a brilliant idea.

Good application, blonde colors too red

I love how this product works. Unfortunately I must agree with the other reviewers. Both Blonde shades are extremely red and unusable for me and the Light Brunette is much too dark. So I'm once again stuck searching for another brand to find a color more appropriate for me hopefully in a pen(cil) that works as well as this one

I like the product.

I really like the product. It is easy to use and does a better job than any other pencil or liquid I have used in the past. Note, I am using Dark Blonde and it does tend to red. While I like the product, I am disappointed that I was unable to use it for only a few times because the spring cap kept flying off and the product quickly dried out. The spring cap is ingenious but only if it works. I will try again but if I experience the same result I will not try a third time.

Fake looking and poor blonde color.

I agree with the other lady this blonde should be more light taupe not so red.
The application even using it lately looks very fake versus using a nice cream pencil.
Too late to return it, but I won’t buy this product again. Your mascara is pretty good though.

Has potential, but bad color options

I want to like this so much. I bought the blonde, and it is VERY auburn on me. I had to double check that the lady at the store gave me the correct one, because it is such a deceiving color. It’s going back, unfortunately. Please, bring out more blonde options! We are always overlooked in the brow department. Frustrating
