Great product but needs quality improvement

The product itself is amazing and I get a lot of compliments when I use it; however, twice now within several months, I have purchased this product & both times the cap broke. I didn’t drop it or handle it roughly but the cap develops a hairline crack in it and no longer stays on the pen and caused the pens to dry out as a result. It’s a lot of money to spend on a product when it’s poor design doesn’t allow you to get full use of the product. There are many similar products out there that are less $$ and while they only have a single tip, at least they last me a good 6+ months.
