Loved at first, not so much now.
I purchased this product and LOVED the results. BUT the problem and reason for the 3 stars is because after about 2-3 weeks, the cap no longer stayed securely on and just popped off leaving the product to dry out. IF L’Oréal figures out how to keep the lid from popping off and drying out (maybe a screw top) then I will repurchase.

Best brow product I've ever used
I LOVE this eyebrow pen. I hated doing my eyebrows for years and this has literally cut the time it takes to do my brows in half. Very affordable too. L'oreal don't ever stop making this please!!!

Fabulous
I have been using this brow pen for +_6 months & absolutely love it! I can draw realistic-looking brow hairs that won't sweat off or rub off all day, yet wash off easily when I do my nightly cleanse. I just wish they sold the semi-permanent brow product in this country (available in UK)

Could be good...
Kind of loved the product, but it dried out after a few days because the cap would not stay on. I see that many others have had this problem. I've spent too much money on this to have it be a waste after a few days. Improve the cap, L'Oreal and then maybe it will be worth my money.

Need gray color
I love the way it goes on.
My problem is I have VERY fail skin, blue eyes and gray hail.
I tried the dark blonde but it does not look as natural as I would like.
Do you plan to come out with a gray version? I would buy multiples

I tried to love this eyebrow pen. It is absolutely wonderful for the eyebrows however the top pops off consistently and then dries out. I have purchased two back to back and have experienced the same thing. LOreal!!!!! please change the top dynamics this would be a great eyebrow pen otherwise. I dont think i will buy again unless the top mechanism change!

Dark Brunette color is wrong
The dark brunette appears reddish. Strange. Otherwise, the application and appearance of the brow hairs are as promised. So far, the fine pen strokes and lines I first applied on my hand as a test are holding up throughout a busy day.

Nope!!!!! Too hard to do and I lost some hairs.
It seems everyone else can make beautiful brows with it but I can’t. It just looks weird but I guess I can’t draw. Cap is a problem. Ink sometimes comes out too much or not enough. Also, I lost some hairs!!!!!! I seriously lost some I couldn’t figure out why there was a bald spot but this pen is the only thing I’ve used anywhere near my brows in a long time.

At first I thought there's no way this product works as well as folks are raving about. Yes, it does work and my brows look amazing! Helpful hints: look at some videos, do it when you have time to practice, and make up remover to take it off.

Good product but very drippy.
I love how this product really looks like hair like strokes. It also lasts all day, and sometimes even after washing my face. The problem is the liquid drips out and stains your clothes. I wish there was something that could thicken the product somewhat so that is didn’t drip.

Needs some work and improvements
Was really excited to try this and loved the idea of the super fine tips, I have previously been using the micro ink pen for a long time now. so I bought the Faux brow pen a few days ago. I purchased it in soft black, which matches my brows great.
My issues with the pen are when I put the cap on to close it, it keeps popping open like there is some kind of spring in the cap or something. So I cant store it in my make up bag, because the lid wont stay on. Which led to my other issue, with the cap not staying on the ink spilled in the cap and leaked in my bag. Now my new pen has already lost more than half the ink. For $13 I can only use half of he actual product, that's a problem. Another issue is that it says last 2 days and water proof and it is anything but. Overall, love the idea of the ultra fine tip but just wish the formula and functionality of the pen was better. I don't plan on spending money to get another one anytime soon or at least until some of the issues have been figured out.

Never again -rate it MINUS a million stars
This is AWFUL! DO NOT USE! Purchased 7/ 26/25, used twice, and most of the already scanty eyebrow hairs I had have fallen out! I'm in tears! Don't they test this stuff before marketing? I look like a freak! I was doing just fine for years with good old Maybelline eye brow pencil. I'm so sorry I tried this junk!

FIX THE LID!
Great at first until the lid wouldn’t stay on. I mean it does at first when you put the lid on & put it back in your make up bag, then the next morning you go to use it & boom it’s off & now dried out.

Fix the cap!
I love using this pen because my eyebrows look so real and they last a couple of days. It’s the best pen I’ve tried. The problem is with the cap. It won’t stay on, and it shoots off with such force it could be dangerous. When the company to fixes the cap, l will give this product 5 stars.

This will remove your real brow
This brow pen works amazing till you take it off not only does it clump it takes your eyebrows off with it! I have half of an eye brow on one side and a bald spot on the other! I never leave reviews but I figured this needs to be known. I’d warn everyone DO NOT BUY THIS! Do better L’Oréal

Extremely happy, I’m an older women & wear glasses
Being a woman in her 60’s who wears glasses I wasn’t sure I could manipulate this pen to do what its intended purpose was. The ease of the strokes while wearing glasses, was very simple. It is not for anyone who is heavy handed. You have to be very light with your strokes. But it worked, I’m excited and I was eager to try. I am happy I purchased this product..

Disappointed but not completely dissatisfied
The color saturated the brow well and it does allow for easy application with hairlike strokes. Unfortunately it did not meet the stay proof/water proof promise. Mine started caking and dripping onto my eye about an hour after application while out walking. I have combination skin and have used products from other makers that last much longer. I just thought id give your product a try given all the positive reviews especially on social media sites like TikTok. It is very hot where I live and I am prone to sweating but I was hopeful that it was a true water proof product. I love the ease of application though and will continue to use until I've used it all up but I do not intend to buy again.

Don’t bother
Horrible. No matter how hard I pressed it did not give me a consistent amount of product on my brows. For some reason it would either give me too much ink or none at all leave my brows looking incomplete with circles of no color. What a waste of money.

Really looks like hair but staying power lacked
Once you get the hang of it the brush strokes really do look like hairs! It didn't take very long to learn. I have the dark brown and does lean a little red but it's still a nice color. The staying power is my only issue. It may be that I have slightly oily skin but I was able to wipe it off with my finger even after waiting 30 mins or so. If I don't touch my eyebrows, the formula doesn't run or budge. I use this in clean skin with no products and even tried using witch hazel to remove any excess oil and it still doesn't have the staying power. I will still use the product for regular use but will use the other brand I have (that is much more nuanced to use) that has some serious staying power.

Great first impression but terrible second one!
I have a brand new Faux Brow and really liked it after its first use three days ago. This morning, I thought I had used it successfully again, but found it very, very difficult to put the cap back on the tube. Finally made it!
Then I spotted a an area of the color about the size of a half dollar in my right palm.. I realized the color was dribbling out of the little holes at the bottom of the tube,
VERY UNSATISFACTORY. I would appreciate a refund or another tube of med. brown. I’m willing to try again because I always like your products. I think this was just a defective tube. As I wrote above, getting the cap on the end of the tube proved extremely difficult today.

Nice for natural hair strokes!
I liked using it! I feel like with a lot of brow pens that I get the packaging is a bit weird where it starts leaking, this one did that as well. But the application was great I loved the two bristles it made for nice strokes!
