Faulty cap
I loved the product itself. As someone with alopecia that has caused me to lose half of my brows, this product has helped boost my confidence by filling in the missing spots. Unfortunately I just threw out my second pen in a matter of months because the cap is spring loaded and flies off. Both of them dried out. I am very reluctant to spend money on another one until they fix this issues.

Frustration
I wanted to love it I really tried. I absolutely love this brand. I purchased it, brought it home. It pulled way to red for some reason and I shook it like it said before hand too, made sure it was closed. It leaked badly, all over my bag. I got it cleaned up, bag and component. I opened it to try to use it again and boy...... It leaked out of the tip and since I was trying to do my eyebrows it leaked on my face, literally all down and into my eye. Very bad experience.

Like the Product but the Lid Has Got to Change
I really like the product and the way it makes my brows looks naturally flawless. However, after buying this twice, I won't be buying it again. The first time, it was in my makeup bag while on a trip and the lid popped off and leaked all over my makeup bag. I thought it was a fluke but the second one I purchased popped off as well and now it's all dried out. It looks like there's a spring in the lid and the spring has too much tension. After just a few uses, the plastic part of the lid cracks and then the spring doesn't hold the lid on the pen.

This product doesn’t travel well on a plane trip. I had three ink pens, and when I took them out of the makeup bag in my suitcase, the tops had popped off and leaked all over. Plus, I couldn't pop the top back; it kept popping and wouldn’t stay shut. Very disappointed, especially since they’re pricey.

Fix the cap!
Great product and love the results but will not buy again until they fix the cap from popping off. Seems to be a common complaint for this product. It feels like a waste of money when you find the cap has popped off and the ink is completely dried out after just buying it.

Good product but has leakage.
I would give the product 5 stars because it is an amazing product. I use the shade 390 dark brunette and its amazing and apply nice and blends in with the natural hair. My only problem is the product says “shake well before use” everytime i give it a little shake and take the cap off i have a huge leakage all over and end up having to clean my sink, hands and the pen/cap itself. I love the product and have been using it everyday for a week but im not enjoying the leakage and cleanup along with it.

Nice for natural hair strokes!
I liked using it! I feel like with a lot of brow pens that I get the packaging is a bit weird where it starts leaking, this one did that as well. But the application was great I loved the two bristles it made for nice strokes!

Precise tips
Applying this is pretty easy. The strokes are light and don't come out heavy looking. The greatest test of this was when it started raining on the way to my car and my brows didn't run black down my face. The tips are precise and I love that!

I like how this brow tint pen works, it keeps the tint for a couple days without it being too harsh. It is very easy to apply, it’s the perfect texture not too much as long as you are steady with application.

L'Oreal brow technique is wonderful and easy to use I absolutely love the color match and the fine tips makes it easy to put on and it looks like brow hair and it stays on all day. I highly recommend this product for people with no brows or brows and want to fill in or reshape. I have already ordered more.

Super easy brows!
I am impressed at how quickly you can apply a few strokes and much of an impact it makes. You can make the brows look more fine if you use a lighter hand. I like that it’s not going to transfer or slide down my face during the hot summer. I actually like this more than brow pencils! It looks good on so many types of brows (even if you have none!)
The pen reminds me of a liquid eyeliner. You can customize the pigmentation by applying with a lighter or heavier hand. It doesn’t have a scent.

Eyebrow perfection!
This Faux Brow eyebrow product by L'Oréal Paris is absolutely amazing! My eyebrows never looked better. This easy to apply product will leave you with flawless eyebrows each and every time in less than 5 minutes. The pigmentation is perfect, and if a mistake is made, it is super easy to correct, too. I love it and I'm sure my makeup girlies will love it too. Highly recommend.

I actually really love this. I honestly didn't have very high expectations.
I have very sparse brows and I have used another brand of brow pen for several years now. I liked it because it makes a very fine line, but it's a tedious job to draw every single eyebrow hair individually.
The other markers that have multiple tips have always been too stubby and stiff, so the lines they make are too thick and heavy. This one is actually perfect. It makes very fine lines in half the time my other one does. The brunette color is a little lighter than I expected it to be, but it worked for me fairly well. It also didn't fade easily. It lasted all day.

Of my gosh, I love this product. I hardly have any hair, as a victim of the 2000s... and this really helps to fill in the areas I overplucked! The application is so easy. It's affordable and lasts all day and night! I don't notice a funky smell like some products have.

I’ve tried multiple different brows pens but I genuinely think this may be my favorite! I find the other ones with a single brush or the smaller multiple tips look too dark and aren’t as easy to control to have look natural. The spaced out 2 tips with this makes it so easy for a natural, daily look without makeup!

If I could give this a million stars, I would. This is the best eyebrow pencil I have ever used. I like to keep a more natural look, and the tip on the L’real pencil is perfect! It’s super fine and glides on like butter! I will be purchasing this and telling my friends!

High end quality brows that won’t smudge!
This brow pen is so easy to use and the applicator gives you hair like strokes! I love that the formula glides on smooth and stays until you scrub it off. Great, natural look
This Faux Brow from L'Oreal is a great tool for a natural looking brow. It has a two pronged brush that fills in your brow while adding dimension and individual "hairs." It's not extremely pigmented and takes on a more natural hue. It dries matte and has serious staying power so it won't fail you during the day. Overall, I personally like a dramatic brow, but if you're looking for something more natural and maybe only need a little extra color and shape to your natural brow, this is perfect for you.

Very natural looking brows!
I had never used a brow pen before. I tend to have very patchy light eyebrows that show most eyebrow products too boldly. This pen has multiple tiny point to mimic more natural hairs. I am able to wear this product without it making my eyebrows look too bold or drawn obviously. It is really useful at fixing some of my patchiest spots. I would highly recommend!
