Bad formulation change

The formulation recently changed and has no where near the same benefit. The consistency is much thinner and the bottles also got smaller for the same price. This is very disappointing as this was my go to brand and product

Love the product. HATE the packaging!!! It’s difficult to get all of the conditioner out of the bottle! The mouth of the bottle needs to be wider and the pump needs a longer intake tube.

I have thick, wavy hair. I have to use a conditioner & alot of it. I seen the Loreal EverPure Friz-Defy Shampoo & Conditioner on sale. I love Loreal Products, so I wanted to try. A little worried, thst the conditioner would leave my hair in knots. Love them both. They smell is really nice. I love that it's healthier for my hair, being sulfate free & no harsh salts. It works! I didn't have to use a ton of conditioner. I'm going to buy a couple more bottles of conditioner before sale ends!!

I have used L'Oreal conditioners for years with success but this one is not up to par. It is thick and waxy and I can barely squeeze it out of the tube. It makes my hair feel heavy and weighed down. Very disappointing.

This conditioner isn't the best or worst. It has a mild scent, not over powering or headache inducing. It made my curly hair easy to comb through and in general is a solid middle of the road conditioner. It didn't damage my hair or make it incredibly soft. For the price I might get it again but I'll probably stick with my usual.

I love this one especially in winter when everything is dry. You dont need to use a lot, (might just be me since I have short hair) but it smells great and doesn't weigh down your hair.

Okay I like this product a lot, does the job but I wouldnt buy it every time I needed a new shampoo or conditioner. I might be stuck on the one Im currently using but if I needed a back up I would probably buy this. Also if your in a certain price point, then this would be a good option for you!

I enjoyed being able to try these product. I am pregnant with my second child and my hair was getting really dry and without shine. After a couple of week of using this conditioner (after using the shampoo), Ive notice my hair healthier and with much more shine! Ill definitely keep using it. I love the smell too. Its very relaxing and not overpowering at all.

Smells good, feels good, but didnt provide a noticeable difference moisture wise compared to any other daily/regular-use conditioner Ive used. It did not leave my hair softer, shinier, or less frizzy-appearing. *Note: I received this product complimentary for testing purposes through this wonderful team that we all know and love, so while I didnt buy this conditioner in the first place, I wont be buying it in the future

I received both the shampoo and the conditioner in a voxbox and I think they are okay. The smell is nice, as well as the packaging. When using them, my hair didnt feel hydrated and the texture was not the best. I dont think they were a great fit for me, but maybe thats just a personal thing.

Ive been using the Ever Pure Moisture Conditioner for a few weeks together with Moisture Shampoo and I really like how it works for my hair. I have icy blonde processed hair and the good conditioner is absolutely necessary for me. This Conditioner gives me nourish and moisture that I need. It works very fast and smooth my hair almost instantly when applied. So Im holding it on only for a few minutes before rinsing off. The floral scent is very pleasant. Its easy to use since its in the tube packaging. Also its color save and sulphate free formula, which is good for the hair health. Im very satisfied with this product.

This two products, the L'Oreal Paris EverPure Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner has helped me so much. I have dry hair and can look like hay if is not moisturized by a conditioner like this one. I did wish it had more moisture for a less frizzy look but I would purchase it again.

I like this conditioner and was surprised at how great my color still looks after using this for a few weeks. The price is great and my color doesnt run so overall I am very happy. When it comes to moisture I wish it was just a bit more hydrating.

This conditioner does well to moisturize, but I dont know what it is about Everpure conditioners. I can never seem to get it out of the tube without a struggle. Ive never noticed it with the shampoos, though. It works well but that design bugs me.

The leave-in gel from this line was life changing! Discontinuing was a mistake! Please bring it back or suggest a leave in gel that has similar properties to the EverPure Moisture Leave-In Conditioner, Rosemary Mint, 6 Ounce.

I wanted to try the EverPure Sulfate Free line since my hair is colored very often and gets dry. the EverPure Sulfate Free shampoo is leaving my hair feeling (and looking) greasy. what do you suggest?

I see that some of your products are labeled as sulfate-free but contain an ingredient called "methosulfate". How is it considered sulfate-free? Thanks, Jen

  Sulfates in shampoos are surfactants which function as foaming agents and emulsifiers. The term "sulfate" refers to the sulfate portion of the molecule. This portion of the molecule is associated with greater cleaning and foaming effects. Sodium lauryl sulfoacetate and disodium laureth sulfosuccinate are also foaming agents and emulsifiers but the sulfate portion of the molecule has been replaced. These ingredients are not chemically classified as "sulfates" and are generally perceived as milder surfactants.
  Chemically, surfactants clean by binding dirt and grease while remaining dissolved in water. The salt portion of the molecule, of which sodium is a part, allows it to remain dissolved. Most drugstore dry my hair out due to excessive amount of sulfates in it and those sulfates always pull the color out from my hair quickly. I like that this product doesnt pull my color out. I also dont wash my hair every day so my scalp gets dry and dandruff and when using this product I havent seen any dandruff! My hair is shiny and less frizzy too. This product is definitely something I will continue to use

It definitely added much-needed moisture to my hair and I only used a little bit of the product. The only negative is that I did not care for the scent along with the shampoo. The smell does not linger strongly, however, I was able to smell it on my hair the following day.

have you changed the skin on on the conditioner tube? I finally wiped most of it off as it came off on my hands whenever I used it. Really gross.

I see that some of your products are labeled as sulfate-free but contain an ingredient called "methosulfate". How is it considered sulfate-free? Thanks, Jen
