The shampoo is fine, but the cap on the bottle will never close again after the first time you use it. Forget traveling with this bottle. In the shower, you have to lay the bottle down so it won't all leak out.

I have been using the moisture shampoo and conditioner for over two years and I absolutely loved it, however the recent formula change Is horrible. The shampoo used to be very rich and thick, now it's runny and watery. It doesn't lather and it smells horrible. The conditioner is the same way, it was rich and thick and worked wonderfully, but this new stuff is horrible and it is as if you took the cheap road when making this product. My hair doesn't feel moisturized or soft anymore after I use this product. There used to be no residue left on my hair after using this system and now, whatever you added or changed leaves my hair feeling horrible. You would have had a customer for life with the old system, but now that you have cheapened it I will no longer be using it. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!

my hair smells AMAZING, i noticed a really big difference in shine as well. my hair is super soft and healthy looking. i’ve struggled with dead ends and non-shiny, dry AND greasy hair before and this shampoo AND conditioner did literal wonders. i recommend it to everyone i know!

The Product formula has changed for the worse.

This used to be a good shampoo but the formula has changed. This "moisturizing" shampoo is actually drying my hair out. The consistency is very thin and the first time I used it, the shampoo just ran out of the tube I have used different types of Ever Pure shampoo and conditioner but I am switching to a new brand.

Disappointing new vegan formula - go back to cheap

Nee Vegan Formula: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have sensitive skin, used the original formula at least 12 years. My scalp never itched, I received compliments on texture and scent of my hair, including every time at the hair stylist. I used new Vegan formula a total 2 times (every other day), and scalp is crusty, itchy, just like with every cheap shampoo I stopped using 12+ years ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasted hard-earned money with last purchase.

Once great. Now one of the worst shampoos.

For several years this shampoo has been my go-to for reliability. Sometimes I alternate products but have consistently returned to this one. My most recent purchase is a huge disappointment. The shampoo is so thin that when I uncapped it in my usual manner it flowed out without me even squeezing the tube. In addition to this, the shampoo is not as effective as before. My hair is limp after using. Previously, the shampoo made my hair feel luxurious and gave it more body. I wish I'd read some of the reviews here before repurchasing.

No longer something I would recommend.

I have been using EverPure Moisture shampoo and conditioner for 10 years and have been happy with the results including the sun protection. With the new formulation, my straight hair does not style well and I have been having an itchy scalp. I am allergic to many fragrance formulations and have had a difficult time finding a shampoo/conditioner in the past. I really do not want to go through another hunt for products again, but it looks like at this point, it is my only solution for this problem unless you all have a different one to offer.

Loreal Moisture hydrating. A 1

I have used the "old" formulation (solid red tops, not the pinkish new one) for over 10 years. This new formulation fo increase moisture is very disappointing Itleaves my hair somewhat lank and doesn't hold the style the way it used to. seems heavy. I have looked everywhere for the old formulation and can't find it. unfortunately will likely need to change shampoos and conditioner now. Note: this is only the second time in my life that I wrote a product review, which should show something!

Causing Itchy Scalp

I have used L'Oréal Shampoo for years and have never had any problems. I currently use EverPure Moisture Shampoo for Color treated Hair. For the last several months this shampoo has made my scalp itch really badly.

Worst Shampoo

This shampoo is a disaster for Indian thick hair. My hair feels too greasy and heavy. My scalp never felt clean while using this product. I couldn’t do styling to my hair because of the greasy texture. Avoid this product at all cost

Formula change is bad

New formula is horrible. I have used Everpure Moisture since it came on the market. Loved it, was amazing. This new formula with the pink cap instead of red weighs my hair down and I no longer have volume. It feels coated and stringy. It is not more moisturizing, if anything my ends are more dry. Why did you change a great product?

Very bad; thin watery and does not moisturize

I’ve used the Everpure shampoo and conditioner moisturizing formula for colored hair since it appeared on the market. Recently I purchased a two pack with both shampoo and conditioner. Upon opening the shampoo, I immediately experienced a change; it was watery and smelled different than the formula I was used to. The conditioner was the same; thinner and poor smell. Why would you change a great formula? I thought it was a fake product at first, but then read the other reviews reiterating my thoughts about this product. If you changed it for profit reasons, that’s not going to work because you’ve lost a long time customer and many others from what I can see.

I used your EverPure Rosemary Volume Shampoo for years and absolutely loved it and how it managed my fine hair. But your recent change of formula leaves my hair more limp, without as much body and makes the blow dry less manageable than ever before. I had to return it to the store, as I was very disappointed in it. The new pink cap one is horrible, it dries out your scalp after one use. The older red cap one was perfect, the new formula is horrible and wrecks havoc on your scalp. DO NOT BUY THE NEW VEGAN FORMULA ONE (pink cap now instead of red)

I have Eczema in my hairline. There are very few shampoo products I can use that don’t irritate my skin. This shampoo is fabulous. I love that it lathers and really cleans. I foil my hair and I can’t really tell if this protects the color but I’d like to believe it does! I’m on my 3rd bottle!

I have used this shampoo for about 5 years. It leaves my hair feeling clean. I sweat a lot so I use it every day. My hair does not dry out. I do use the conditioner every day too, so that probably keeps the hair from drying out. I color my hair with L’Oreal Light Golden Brown. The products seem to work well together. I do not use the product for color treated hair. The color of my hair lightens up a bit over the months, but that is OK with me because in the beginning when I color it is a bit too dark. Happy customer.

I purchased this product based on reviews and I am super disappointed. Never feels like I’m “washing” my hair. Doesn’t lather well to coat all of my hair (it’s not long, maybe to the bottom of my shoulder blade) no matter how much product I use. I think it causes more tangles and breakage than it’s helping, and consistently leaves a sticky feeling or film on my hair no matter how much I rinse. I had high hopes for this product but won’t purchase again.

First time trying sulfate free shampoo and was very disappointed. First my hair never felt clean after shampoo and conditioning. After a month I noticed my hair started to fall out at an alarming rate. My beautician stated it was a common occurrence with sulfates free shampoo and conditioners. I went back to my old product, and the condition improved in time.

Love the shampoo but . . .

I love the shampoo and conditioner, but I probably will not buy it again. I have arthritis and the tube is so stiff that I have a really hard time squeezing it out, once I use over half of it.

    I have been using this shampoo and conditioner until it is almost gone. For a few weeks now it is causing a rash on my head and now the rash is on my forehead and my chest where it runs down my chest when I am rinsing it out of my hair.

    I was wondering if the ever pure sulfate free moisture shampoo is in the process of being discontinued? All outlets in my area have it on clearance. I would hate to see this product be discontinued since it is a very good product for colored hair.
