Usage

Expert Application Technique: Apply the smoldering eyeliner along top and lower lash line to define eyes. To add more drama, use the side of the liner to draw a thicker countouring line. Smudge if desired.

Love the smoothness

I use this. But I really need a dark brown and I can't find it. I have white hair and the black looks a little harsh. Please make a dark brown like you have in the past. Thank you! Deena

Love this eyeliner, but black IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

It's so unprofessional that the Smoldering Eyeliner can't be brought back in brown. Natural blondes cannot wear black; it looks tacky and cheap! Why are you disappointing SO MANY of your customers?????

Please bring back this product back in brown

I am not happy at all that the brown version of this eyeliner was discontinued. This was a big mistake on Loreal's part because it was very popular everywhere!!!! Please listen to your customers and bring this back. It was my favorite eyeliner because it went on easy and you could sharpen it and brown was the best color for it! I used this also as an eyebrow liner!! Contact the CEO and tell them Loreal! Listen to us, bring this back now!

Good product but only producing one color is poor

Why don't you make this in brown? Older women do not look good in the black. It is too severe. Please produce this product in a shade older women can enjoy and use!

This old favorite used to come in other colors, including brown, however, over the years we have discontinued all but the most popular colors, which are the 2 blacks. But we do get that black is not the best liner look for everyone! Take a look at the Never Fail Liner in the shade brown shade. We hope you give it a try and love your results!

I love the product and the formula. Very easy to apply and smudge. I am missing the brown one I had. Please bring back the brown at least🥺 but the Grey was beautiful too🙏

You have so many people wanting the brown back. Black doesn’t look good on everybody. It’s almost like you don’t care to lose business because all you say is that you appreciate your customer’s feedback and will let your team know our concerns, but you don’t bring back a product that so many loved. Why???

Why did the discontinued the Voluminous smoldering liner. Black is too harsh for most people. Why didn’t they discontinue the black instead. Brown was so popular, was always sold out at the stores. I’m very disappointed and don’t understand it.
