Please bring back this product back in brown
I am not happy at all that the brown version of this eyeliner was discontinued. This was a big mistake on Loreal's part because it was very popular everywhere!!!! Please listen to your customers and bring this back. It was my favorite eyeliner because it went on easy and you could sharpen it and brown was the best color for it! I used this also as an eyebrow liner!! Contact the CEO and tell them Loreal! Listen to us, bring this back now!

Good product but only producing one color is poor
Why don't you make this in brown? Older women do not look good in the black. It is too severe. Please produce this product in a shade older women can enjoy and use!

Bring back the Smoldering eyeliner in Brown
You have so many people wanting the brown back. Black doesn’t look good on everybody. It’s almost like you don’t care to lose business because all you say is that you appreciate your customer’s feedback and will let your team know our concerns, but you don’t bring back a product that so many loved. Why???

Love this! Make more colors!
For those of us who create a smoky eye with eyeliner, this is the BEST! It allows you to smudge without pulling on the eyelid skin and get the smoke further up the lid in a targeted area without making a mess.I came here to look for more colors! As others have noted,, brown and charcoal would be very useful;I don't wear black in summer. Purple and navy would also be incredible! I would buy them all.

Beautiful but bring back the brown color
This eyeliner, but in brown color, was my holy grail. The five stars are given for BROWN, not black that you have now. Why would you discontinue a brown color when it was so popular with many? Black is harsh and looks way too goth-like on many people. Please bring back the brown color, it was beautiful and soft and just perfect.

Help!!!! Black doesn’t work for everyone! My Mom and I love the Gray (Gris) and the Brown one. Best eyeliner ever. The black is way too harsh! Reading all the reviews it’s obvious many others would love you to bring back the gray and brown as well.

Pls bring back in slate grey
Please bring back the slate grey. I’ve used this for decades and there is no pencil liner like it. Like others say - there is something about this one that is uniquely perfect and good. Please return to making this product in the colors that consumers want (for me/ it is slate grey). I’d buy a case of it to last forever if I could just find it. I’ve unsuccessful tried a ton of other liners by L’Oréal and others and it is irreplaceable! Please please start making this in full color options again. Thank you!

Amazing Liner… in BROWN
Please bring back the brown. I have been using it for over 20 years. I have tried other liners and nothing compares to this particular brown liner. All comments are saying it. Please bring it back! I am down to my last nub and not sure what I am going to do when it’s gone.

Awesome, but need it in brown!
I’ve used your eyeliner pencils since college! Not a better product on the market. There is something about the weight of this pencil that makes it absolutely perfect. Would have given 5 stars if you had not discontinued the brown. Please bring it back!!!

The BROWN eyeliner pencil is just right! Black is much too harsh for most women. It is so frustrating to find a good product and then it's GONE! If consumer reviews really matter, judging by the reviews on this page, the BROWN (and Gray) eyeliner pencils SHOULD be available!

I absolute LOVE the brown Smoldering Liner. PLEASE LOREAL, listen to your customers and bring back the brown and the gray!!! Every website I’ve looked for it at (CVS, Walmart, Target, Amazon...) has reviewers up in arms about this product being gone. You have a lot of faithful customers that use the brown and the gray, stating that the black is too harsh. That’s exactly why I started using the brown several years age. PLEASE!!!! Love this eyeliner.
I've used the grey for years and absolutely loved it. But for some reason I can no longer find it and have had to start using the black. it's still an excellent product, but with my blonde coloring it's a bit too harsh. PLEASE BRING BACK GREY!

I'm in agreement with the other reviewers. Bring back brown! I have black and I use black but when I'm going out. I use brown on a daily basis. Yes, the waterproof idea is good as I do use on my waterline, but I'd settle for original brown!

I use this pencil and only this pencil for my eyebrows - in brown. My best friend as well. I do not understand why the brown has been discontinued. I also believe instead of recommending other products, we should be given an explanation as to why are favorites discontinued and will the never be brought back. Where is the brown?
I’ve used this for years. I cannot get other liquid or pencil liners to work like this does. BUT WHY IS THERE NOT ANYMORE BROWN (Brown-black?)!

My Go-To Liner For Years, But Where's the BROWN?!

The BEST EVER EYELINER FOR WATERLINE!!! EVER!!!!
This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST EYELINER I HAVE EVER USED. Goes on the water line so easily I can put in on without a mirror. 80ies girl, here we use to heat our eyeliner with a lighter to get it on the water line. ( BAD IDEA)!!!. its big around too so it DOES NOT POKE YOUR EYE and it sharpens so easily. LOVE LOVE LOVE. My personal favorite makeup item I buy. I have several. In my purse, car, kitchen drawer and all my bathrooms. I wish L'ORAL would make it in more colors than black. Dark Blue, Purplu, Green, bou would I love that.

Great for shaping your brows perfectly.
I bought this pencil (the brown) for shaping my eye brows the way the professionals do. This pencil works so well, very smooth, nice coverage and glides on very easily. I must say that my brows are now looking fabulous. Thanks to this eyeliner/ brow pencil.

Smoldering Liner does work
I have bought this eyeliner for a several years. It does run and smudge which is why I absolutely love this eyeliner. What I do is put this in the waterline and put a gel eyeliner on top from Loreal which stays put. over a few hours as some of the Kajal starts to run it bleeds into my lower lash line and I swear it makes me lashes look super duper thick. I have even purposefully put some of this Kajal on my lower waterline and went ahead and smudged some into my lower lashine and put black shadow on top so that it stays put and instantly I have a smokey look for the day. You need to set the Kajal with either eyeshadow or gel liner and it works, beautifully. You can also use this on the eyelid as a primer for black shadow but I recommend you use an eye primer underneath so i stays put longer.
