Perfect for my mature skin!

I happened to buy this by chance at my local Target store, since my usual foundation was out of stock. Boy am I glad I did. After 10 years of trying to find a foundation for my 40+ year old (now 50) complexion, I've finally found the foundation that works best for me. This foundation goes on as smooth as silk, yet it doesn't feel oily. It brightens my skin and I swear it takes at least 5 years off my complexion. It doesn't settle in any of my fine lines, and makes my face look so smooth. I'm thrilled! And this is after spending countless $$$ on high-end foundations from the department store makeup counters. PLEASE, Loreal, keep this foundation in your collection, and don't change the shade or formula. You'll have a customer for life.

I have given this foundation more than a fair try, because so many people love it. However, I cannot stand this foundation! Using a brush with this foundation is the worst way to apply it because it streaks and shows brush marks. Using a sponge with this foundation you can sort of get it to smooth down, but it still leaves texture on the skin somehow. Once you coax it into a semi decent finish after probably fifteen minutes with a sponge, it never sets so it moves around on the face and if there is wind, your hair gets stuck in it like lipgloss! Yet somehow, it exaggerates my dry patches, making me look flaky despite my combo/oily skin. There is minimal coverage with this product, and I don't even feel that it gives me a bright luminous finish. Finally, I own both shades W1-2 porcelain/light ivory and W3 nude beige, and the gap between these shades is astronomical! the lighter shade is at least a shade too light for my skin while the darker shade is at least 2-3 shades too dark for my skin. The only positive to this foundation is that the warm shades are quite yellow-based, which can be difficult to find in a drugstore foundation. Try out the infallible pro-matte or pro-glow instead! They both wear MUCH better!

No olive friendly shades now that the regular True Match got upgraded with more shade and undertone inclusion. I love the luminous finish of this foundation, but it’s dated and needs to catch up with its cooler cousin. I hope an upgraded True Match Lumi is in the works.

I have been using this for a year, I’m 51 and have used high end foundations for years. I accidentally left my foundation at home when I was traveling, bought true match Lumi on C-3. It’s perfect and makes my skin look and feel amazing. Recently I have had a hard time finding it in stores. I finally found some at Walgreens, I bought the last two. Are you still making it? I’m 66 and have been using this for many years. Recently, my local drug stores and Target no longer carry this. So I have tried several of the other L’Oréal foundations and they are all terrible on my skin. They look cakey and make my skinned looked aged. Love this product! I am about to turn 45 and showing signs of aging. Certain makeup can make you look older but not this. It's the perfect light, comfortable feeling you want on your skin, yet buildable coverage with a natural glow!!! I have tried many high end brands but this makes my skin look healthy and radiant and for an amazing price!!! I also have sensitive skin and this has been very skin friendly. I would give five stars if it would last longer into the day. Nothing that setting spray or powder can't fix.

This is my first time using this foundation, I bought it on a whim not knowing much about it, and I'm impressed by how it looks on my skin - the finish has this healthy look to it, slightly dewy, but also a soft matte -it's flawless and not shiny!! The coverage is excellent, but still natural. It's my new favorite foundation - I wear it in N1-2. Will be buying this from now on! It outperforms some other high-end foundations I've tried. This actually reminds me of Dior, but a lot cheaper! Another plus, is that I feel my skin has improved in clarity, and reading more about the foundation, this could be due to Vitamins C & E, so the skincare side of it also has improved my skin.

First the good, Loreal is more shade inclusive than any other drug store brand. However there is no shade for me in this product. I am very fair with cool undertones. I need a .5 or 1 shade in cool or I could possibly use neutral in a 1 or lower. I bought neutral 1-2. It is too dark. I love the formula. I realize that you have shades for me in the true match but I wanted a luminous finish instead of satin or natural. Women on the lighter and darker ends of the spectrum want more choices. We can't all afford the high end products that have our shades.

I been using Loreal True Match Lumi in Soft Sable for years. It helps with less noticeability on my forehead. I have Combo-Oily skin, so I powder down to get the glow down a bit. I love this foundation and will continue to re-purchase.

As a 49 year old woman with a warm complexion, I have found no better product, high end or otherwise, than this one. It covers my light discolorations and doesn't accentuate or settle into my fine lines. It leaves me youthfully dewy.

I love the lightly glowing finish. Unfortunately, the lightest Cool shade, Creamy Natural C3, is too dark. I have tried mixing it with Neutral N1-2, Soft/Classic Ivory, but the results are still just a bit too yellow. If Loreal could make it in a Cool shade just a step lighter than Creamy Natural, it would be perfect. I don't even have to wear moisturizer with this.

I've been wearing True Match N3 for some time and have been very happy with it. I do mix Glow Amour 507 with it before applying. So I thought I'd try True Match Lumi because I'm having trouble finding the Glow Amour. The Lumi is a full shade darker. So now, I have to mix it with my old True Match to get the right color. Not good.

I use so much makeup that I needed to find an alternate to my Dior foundation. I have dry skin so I needed an alternate that will hydrate and give me a glow. LOVE this foundation!! I no longer use Dior, this my go to now. Great price and does what I need it to do.
