Excellent for thin brows, but flawed design.

I love this brow liner. However, there is a flaw in the design. Both ends have plastic covers. I inadvertantly put the liner end in the wrong cover and smashed it! It was brand new. At first, I thought it was a defective product. Then I realized that the diameter for the brow liner cover is just a bit larger than the other end. Why not make both ends the same diameter to avoid this mistake and ruining a new stylist? Thanks for a great product. I hope you improve the design.

Needs improvement, not worth the money.

While the crayon color is perfect, and glides on nicely, the product cannot be sharpened. So for a $20 make-up product it broke the first time sharpening! The plastic is too hard, doesn't turn in multiple sharpeners. Then the color crayon fell out. It should have it's own sharpener. Waste of money. Also, impossible to find the color. So surprising.

Hello Lisa527.- Thanks for reaching out about our Brow Stylist Kabuki Blender. Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the eyeliner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. We hope this information helps!

Good coverage for white hair

I just tried this, so I don't know about how it is once it wears down, but I have natural dark brown hair (now greying) that I dye auburn. I chose the Dark Brunette crayon to color the greys in my full eyebrows, as brow pencils haven't worked. Very easy to apply and blend, great coverage and staying power! So happy to have found this product!

Turned my eyebrows orange.

I purchased the Kabuki Blender in brunette and loved it. It goes on a nice brown, but a minute later it turns orange. I had no idea and walked around work all day with bright orange tinted eyebrows until my kids got home for school and asked me why my eyebrows were orange.
Put it on the next day and stared in the mirror after I put it on, and there it was, very soon after putting it on it went from brown to orange before my eyes. This is so so so bizarre and honestly kind of amazing in a crazy way.
If this is not normal, I would totally buy it again minus the orange change because it goes on so easily.

What's up with the color?

I bought this product because I naturally have very sparse brows and am always trying to find great eyebrow solutions. I loved the idea of the kabuki brush and crayon combo. I have dark blonde hair and started with a medium shade. It applied nicely, but then the color turned orange!
I thought perhaps if I got a lighter color it would be better. Maybe that color had some auburn in it. The exact same thing happened! It is not just me who thinks it is orange, either. After I spent an hour and a half teaching a class of middle school girls, I walked to another part of the building and (separately) two adults looked at me, raised their eyebrows and asked: "Why are your eyebrows oranged?"
Not cool. I feel like my purchase was a huge waste of money and I won't be trying another Loreal eyebrow product again.

good but how to twist up

Brows on point

I tried this Brow Stylist Kabuki Blender as part of a sample. I wasn't sure how it would work but it was very surprising. The color matched perfectly and glided on my brows great. It lasted throughout the day without any problems. The blender also worked great to diffuse the color on my brow. The only thing I didn't like was the crayon part was a little thick to make the end of my brow thin.

Eyebrows Looking Great Thanks to L'Oréal

I have been filling my eyebrows with eyeshadow unsuccessfully until I received L'Oréal's Brow Stylist. I have got to say my eyebrows look better since using this product. With a few light strokes and a little blend, my eyebrows are full and don't have gaps. The only problems I had was that my eyebrows looked blonde if I applied too much and that sometimes the gel would smear when blended. When I run out of my blender, I will get the dark brunette instead of the brunette color. Keep in mind that the crayon does get dull with use so if you have thin eyebrows it will get harder to apply without getting the product around your eyebrows. Also make sure to apply the product sparingly since too much can make your eyebrows look thick and weird.

Great product - bad colors

I was excited to try this product and tried the blonde which is really a light brown color and kind of muddy looking. I was hoping since you don't make auburn, the blonde would suffice since I have strawberry blonde hair. It didn't, so I'll pass it on to someone else or toss it out. Any way you can include auburn in the future? I like the product, just don't like the colors.

Great concept, bad colors

I love everything about this product. It's easy to use, looks natural, quicker than other products I have used in the past, and I would be a total convert to this pencil but sadly the color does not work at all for me. I have the brunette pencil and have medium brown neutral toned hair with my roots being a bit darker and cooler and the length of my hair. This pencil goes on a bit darker than I would like, just personally not a huge fan of dark brows, but that's okay because the kabuki end makes this easy to fix. However when I do the color ends up super warm toned, almost like I used an auburn pencil. I think this color would work for red heads and those with very red toned brown hair, but if you have neutral to ashy hair once this color blends out a bit it is far too red based. I'd love to see this product be introduced in a cool toned or more neutral version for brunettes as the formula itself is the best brow product I have ever used.

Good product but not for me

I was excited to try the Brow Stylist Kabuki Blender after reading about The product. I have dark brown/black hair so I selected the dark brunette color. I wasn't thrilled about only having 3 shades to choose from. This product didnt work for me but I live in TX and it's very hot and humid. The grow stylist was super easy to apply but smudged very easily (given the high humidity levels and sweat).

I am in love with the brow stylist. It makes it so easy to do my eyebrows when I dont have much time which is great for early a.m. work. I love the cream texture this has and it can easily be twisted up for more product. There is no need for a sharpner which is great for on the go. The brush on the end is the perfect size and not to soft or hard. Its just perfect and smooths and blends like noones business. I would highly recommend that you all at least give this a try because I was honestly blown away at the ease of use. I am not one who was able to do brows before but now I can. In my picture one eyes is done one isnt so you can see the coverage. What I really liked is even thought I got to try the blonde one and my hair is dark the more I applied it the product got darker.

The best eyebrow combo styler

When I used the styler, I was was pretty ecstatic. I have always had trouble trying to figure out what to do with my eyebrows and how to keep them cooperating. This little styler has been great. I love the crayon, even though it is creamy, that feature aids in controlling those unruly eyebrows into a uniform shape as well as fill in those 'little-bit-too-thin' or bare areas. The real results are revealed as you use the other end of the tool which is a small brush that styles the eyebrow shape, depth, and shade. The brush also does a very good job of giving the cream the illusion of looking the same texture as the hair. The only issue I had with the styler is that my eyebrows are a bit narrow and the crayon is quite wide. The wide crayon makes it hard if you have pencil thin eyebrows, there is too much smudging around for tiny eyebrows. Amazing Crayon

Excellent crayon to paint and define your eyebrows in just two simple steps and very easy. I loved to use it because it helped me to highlight my eyebrows making them see definite. When painting the eyebrows does not feel like other crayons in cream that leave you embarrassed of paint but that when painting them it looks natural. The excellent brush as it helps you distribute all over the eyebrow so that it looks completely uniform from start to finish.

Easy to use

This isn't something I would do for my everyday routine but when I want that extra definition this is perfect! It really helps make a statement. Its easy to use and easy to remove. I would definitely recommend.

Brow Brow Brows

I was so excited to try this product as I've never used it before. My eyebrows are pretty thick and full to begin with. But sometimes it doesn't hurt to fill in a little for s more dramatic look which is just what I did.

Excellent if you want thick brows!

I wasn't a huge fan of this product, because I like a more clean cut brow. If you want thick or messy brows like Cara Delevingne then this brow stylist by L'Oréal is for you! Color was a great match, I have naturally brown hair with higlights and I received this product in blonde. I personally prefer powder brow products, as I found this to lump down my natural eye brow hairs.
