The only down side is that the spray is very powerful and a lot comes out at once, have to hold it a good distance away from the hair.

There is an only trace “hairspray smell,” but it dissipates almost immediately. I like that the mist is fine, and has a nice hold without crunch. I didn’t experience any flaking at all, and the nozzle didn’t clog at all or have any issues. The packaging looks nice, it’s understated, but just enough without making it appear too basic.

As for the product, if it delivers what it promises, it does not feel the strong and common aroma of hairspray. It also leaves no white residue in the hair. I didn't feel like my hair was roasted and it was very easy to remove.

This allowed me to put my hair into a bun that lasted for 2 days. The can is a nice slim hold with easy application. There were no flakes or visible residue on the hair. However, I did experience some stickiness when going to wash my hair where the hair spray was applied. But overall good product.

Sometimes hairspray has such a strong scent that I don’t like but this was much better. Also I love how after I let the spray set and brush out my curls, my hair feels soft and not crunchy. It doesn’t make my hair feel heavy either, very bouncy and light. Dries quick and leaves no stickiness.

The Elnett Satin Extra Stong Hairspray does a good job holding hair in place. It does make brushing difficult unless you do it right after you spray. For an updo or ponytail this is great, but for hair styled down I did not like it. I prefer a lightweight brushable hairspray.

I did find the bottle slightly heavy so at times it’s hard to maneuver when spraying and the smell was a bit nostalgic of old hairspray. However, the aerator spray is really great if you’re someone who enjoys a medium too stronghold that’s lightweight. I recommend this product.

It also doesn’t have that old school strong hairspray smell like other hairsprays I’ve used in the past. My top knot stayed in place a long time too without being crunchy.

I'm not going to lie, this full-sized version is a little clunky to hold and spray very accurately, so I'd definitely recommend a smaller brush to use. This is especially true for wavy- or curly-haired girls as it can really help tame frizz as it becomes more humid. It provides a pretty strong hold and doesn't turn crunchy. It dries pretty quickly too.

I’m weary of strong hold hairsprays because they usually leave a white residue on my dark hair. I’m pleasantly surprised with the performance of this hairspray and also like the ease of application due to the packaging design. It’s comfortable to depress the top to release the powerful mist. I have yet to find a hairspray that can maintain my hair volume throughout the day without it looking like a helmet so I was not surprised that my volume was short lived. However, at this price point, the performance of this hairspray makes Elnett a must buy in the future.

Unlike other hairsprays I’ve used this one doesn’t give off burnt or chemical smell. It provides great hold without feeling stiff or crunchy, and my hair still felt natural. The L’Oreal Elnett Satin Extra Strong Hold Unscented hairspray does a pretty good job at keeping my flyaways and frizz in check - I used it a few times when putting my long curly hair up in a bun, and it did a good enough job. What I didn’t like was that I needed to spray quite a bit and the product builds up and makes my hair really sticky. That’s normal for a hairspray but i noticed just how much it weighed my hair down when I washed it. It’s a huge bottle though, which is a plus. I would still use this, but sparingly if I’m not washing my hair soon.

It is highly brushable but does not retain the curl for my hair in the top. There is no flaking immediately but after two days I can notice a bit. The top is so easy to spray, I only wish it had a locking lid for easy travel. To get the best spray, I recommend holding at least 10 inches away otherwise, it will dispense too much in a consolidated area. I noticed it can feel a tad bit waxy if it is too consolidated. It doesn’t have a noticeable odor that I can tell.

While being unscented is nice, it ruined my hair texture. My hair tangled extremely fast and started to look frizzy. My before and after pictures are after just 3 hours. The curls have basically all fallen and my hair is flat. I’ve had to brush it out 3 different times because my hair was becoming a rats nest. I’d pick up anything else before this to be honest. For something that’s supposed to be a super strong hold, it misses the mark.

This L'Oreal Paris Elnett hairspray actually felt amazing. It's lightweight, satin finish which gave my hair a nice salon look without the high price. It was in the 90s yesterday in Virginia where I live. I was shocked that my hair held up against the extreme humidity. No flaking, none of that sticky feeling, which I highly appreciated. It is unscented after it's on, but at first his has a slight smell, but it's light and pretty. I was worried when I washed it. My hair would be hard to get clean since it's extra hold. However, it was not. The hairspray washed out very easily, leaving my hair soft.

I have straight Asian hair so I normally have problems holding a curl. This hairspray held my curls, but my curls did start to fall flat on one side after an hour and eventually went flat after 2 hours. The hairspray left a light shine with no tackiness. I was able to brush through my hair with some light resistant. The scent of the hairspray still smells like any other hairspray scent, but eventually fades away and becomes very subtle. I would recommend this for holding down strays and keeping my hair smooth, but it did not help my curls stay for long. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review].

This is the ONLY hairspray that hasn’t aggravated my asthma and allergies. It says unscented, but there is a tiny fresh scent that keeps it from smelling like alcohol. However all though this did a great slick back it could not keep the curls down near my ears! I love that it was unscented and it was a super easy application!
