Elnett Hairspray Makes Its Re-Debut at the Cannes Film Festival

Elnett hairspray launched 60 years ago and people quickly fell in love with its crunch-free, extra-strong hold. L’Oréal Paris hairstylist, Stephane Lancien used Elnett to style Langford’s chic pin curl bob for the occasion. The actress’ soft, luminous skin and timeless curls made a beautiful pairing with the shimmering crystal and sequin gown she wore for the red carpet.
