My scalp never itched, I received compliments on texture and scent of my hair, including every time at the hair stylist. I used new Vegan formula a total 2 times (every other day), and scalp is crusty, itchy, just like with every cheap shampoo I stopped using 12+ years ago. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasted hard-earned money with last purchase.

Sometimes I alternate products but have consistently returned to this one. My most recent purchase is a huge disappointment. The shampoo is so thin that when I uncapped it in my usual manner it flowed out without me even squeezing the tube. In addition to this, the shampoo is not as effective as before. My hair is limp after using. Previously, the shampoo made my hair feel luxurious and gave it more body. I wish I'd read some of the reviews here before repurchasing.

I have been using EverPure Moisture shampoo and conditioner for 10 years and have been happy with the results including the sun protection. With the new formulation, my straight hair does not style well and I have been having an itchy scalp. I am allergic to many fragrance formulations and have had a difficult time finding a shampoo/conditioner in the past. I really do not want to go through another hunt for products again, but it looks like at this point, it is my only solution for this problem unless you all have a different one to offer.

I have looked everywhere for the old formulation and can't find it. unfortunately will likely need to change shampoos and conditioner now. Recently I purchased a two pack with both shampoo and conditioner. Upon opening the shampoo, I immediately experienced a change; it was watery and smelled different than the formula I was used to. The conditioner was the same; thinner and poor smell. Why would you change a great formula? I thought it was a fake product at first, but then read the other reviews reiterating my thoughts about this product. If you changed it for profit reasons, that’s not going to work because you’ve lost a long time customer and many others from what I can see.

I do use the conditioner every day too, so that probably keeps the hair from drying out. I color my hair with L’Oreal Light Golden Brown. The products seem to work well together. I do not use the product for color treated hair. The color of my hair lightens up a bit over the months, but that is OK with me because in the beginning when I color it is a bit too dark. Happy customer.

Doesn’t lather well to coat all of my hair (it’s not long, maybe to the bottom of my shoulder blade) no matter how much product I use. I think it causes more tangles and breakage than it’s helping, and consistently leaves a sticky feeling or film on my hair no matter how much I rinse. I had high hopes for this product but won’t purchase again.

I have virgin shoulder-length fine hair so I cannot attest to how well it works on color-treated hair which is one of the benefits of this shampoo.I think this product might work well with someone that has drier hair. Because I normally wash my hair every 3-4 days, one application of shampoo isn't enough to cleanse all the oils from my hair. I normally have to shampoo about 3 times and even then, it doesn't feel 100% clean afterwards. I think it's best to avoid this product if you have virgin fine hair as it can weigh it down a bit since there's a moisture in the shampoo, but I think it'll work well for someone with thick drier hair.

Whenever you use a lot of products on your hair you MUST shampoo twice. Then condition but leave in conditioner for at least 5 minutes. If you leave in the conditioner too long it might add a layer of film in your hair that you do not want no matter how good the product is.
