Every 4–6 weeks, apply Excellence Creme Triple Care Permanent Hair Color to refresh and enhance your hair's radiant, long-lasting color. Follow the application instructions included in the hair color kit, using the in-box Caring Conditioner to hydrate and seal in your color.

Step 2: Cleanse.

I received this L’Oreal Paris Excellence Moisture Lock, Ultra Care conditioner to test, and I’m absolutely in love with it. Finding a conditioner that actually hydrates curly hair without weighing it down, can be a challenge, but this one nails it. It gave my curls, the intense moisture bump they needed, leaving them incredibly soft, bouncy, and completely frizz free. Plus, can we talk about the scent? It smells absolutely amazing in lingers and the best way possible. It makes wash. They feel like a luxury spy experience. If you have curly hair and needs serious moisture lock that smells like a dream, you have to try this!

It's not the same. First $10 for this small amount is ridiculous. I wouldn't care so much, but it's doesn't work the same as what's included in the box dye kit. It's lighter, has a gel-like feel instead of cream and hardly works on my hair. Why can't they just make a large size of what we all love?

GIVE US THE HAIR COLOR CONDITIONER

Overall this is an alright treatment. I’ve been buying L’Oréal Excellence hair color kits JUST for the mini conditioner tube, and I’ve been stalking the internet for about 15 years for this product to be released. When I saw the launch, I IMMEDIATELY had my husband watch the kids and left to go buy it. As a whole, I was pretty disappointed that this conditioner is still very different from the formula in the little tube that is included with hair care kits. I knew just by the smell and look right away that this was not the same formula. I can’t always afford to buy a whole kit for so little product, nor do I like contributing to unnecessary waste. This conditioner feels more silicone-y, more of a gel-like texture, slightly weighs down my hair, and contributes to a barely greasy look, even though I don’t ever condition above my ears. I really look forward to a day where this might be relaunched as the exact same product sold in color kits. All of the women in my family do the same thing. Sincerely, I hope I can become a lifelong purchaser once again

Contains amodimethicone, a long lasting conditione

Out of the Box Moisture Lock. This is the same conditioner you get when you purchase hair color. The difference between this conditioner and one off the shelf is the ingredient, amodimethicone. Amodimethicone provides long lasting conditioning, defrizzing and detangling without build up of product in the hair. Anyone with curly hair will love this conditioner. I still used a serum and gel in my hair after using this conditioner, still it helped with retaining moisture and taming the frizz.

I love this stuff! It reminds me of the conditioner you get when you color your hair. I used about a quarter size and put it on my hair while in the shower and then rinsed at the end. My hair was incredibly soft! It smelled good and there was no irritation.

For dry and curly hair, this conditioner will likely give your curls great bounce and make detangling much easier, but it may not be moisturizing enough on its own. While the hyaluronic acid helps plump the hair with water, it lacks the heavy oils that curly textures usually need to stay soft and frizz free. If you use it, you’ll probably find your hair feels very light and clean. Most importantly the curls look moisturize and hydrated.

Very moisturizing

This is a great once a week conditioner. Its super moisturizing, which isn’t something I personally need every day. It has a light, pleasant smell that’s a bit fruity. It made my hair extremely smooth and manageable. I don’t color my hair anymore, but I’m sure this would be especially helpful for colored or bleached hair. A little bit goes a long way. I have fine hair that falls to my mid back, but I can see this tube lasting a couple of months at least. The first hair pic is the morning before I tried it and the next is after, my hair is still a little damp.

Luxe conditioner

I was really impressed by this conditioner, especially with the very brief leave in time. It works like a 20 minute treatment under a hair dryer but in just 3 minutes, leaving my hair soft and my scalp feeling moisturized. My (3c) pixie cut is chemically relaxed and I color my hair at home about every 6 weeks in addition to heat styling daily. So needless to say, I need good products in rotation to care for it. The scent is light and pleasant and doesn't linger nor clash with other products. It's very thick and rich. It rinses out easily, too. This is a great substitute when I don't have time to sit under a hair dryer to condition my hair.

I’ve been buying L’Oréal Excellence hair color kits JUST for the mini conditioner tube, and I’ve been stalking the internet for about 15 years for this product to be released. When I saw the launch, I IMMEDIATELY had my husband watch the kids and left to go buy it. As a whole, I was pretty disappointed that this conditioner is still very different from the formula in the little tube that is included with hair care kits. I knew just by the smell and look right away that this was not the same formula. I can’t always afford to buy a whole kit for so little product, nor do I like contributing to unnecessary waste. This conditioner feels more silicone-y, more of a gel-like texture, slightly weighs down my hair, and contributes to a barely greasy look, even though I don’t ever condition above my ears. I really look forward to a day where this might be relaunched as the exact same product sold in color kits. All of the women in my family do the same thing. Sincerely, I hope I can become a lifelong purchaser once again

It has a light, pleasant smell that’s a bit fruity. It made my hair extremely smooth and manageable. I don’t color my hair anymore, but I’m sure this would be especially helpful for colored or bleached hair. A little bit goes a long way. I have fine hair that falls to my mid back, but I can see this tube lasting a couple of months at least. The first hair pic is the morning before I tried it and the next is after, my hair is still a little damp.

It works like a 20 minute treatment under a hair dryer but in just 3 minutes, leaving my hair soft and my scalp feeling moisturized. My (3c) pixie cut is chemically relaxed and I color my hair at home about every 6 weeks in addition to heat styling daily. So needless to say, I need good products in rotation to care for it. The scent is light and pleasant and doesn't linger nor clash with other products. It's very thick and rich. It rinses out easily, too. This is a great substitute when I don't have time to sit under a hair dryer to condition my hair.

This conditioner is meant to defy damage and extend color for color treated hair. It’s the excellence crème formula. This product is meant for caring for color treated hair designed for all hair type, wavy straight, etc. gentle to the scalp para free sulfate free. I think it worked ok but it left my hair feeling way down, and the ends felt very dry. Ultimately, I ended up trimming my hair after using this for a month because it just felt damaged. I had a lot more split ins a lot more actual hair loss so I wasn’t exactly very happy with it, but I can’t say for sure that’s what was causing the issue. It does smell good. It is a thicker cream formula. It is similar to the product that you get in the hair dye box which I have used their hair dye in the past and liked it very much. I don’t feel like I’m gonna continue to purchase this product.

I have tried so many different brands of hair dye, and they all come with their own after dye conditioner. By far the best one I have tried and have loved for years was from L’Oreal. I have looked all over for years to see if I could purchase this outside of the box dye kit and then eventually forgot about it until I got this from Influenster. This conditioner is magic!
