The numbers should also correspond with a number and vice versa. You only show the numbers on the arms of the models without showing a shade. You should also let us know whether it's for cool, warm, etc. I have to do research on numerous website that are not your own to attempt to figure this mystery out. Loreal, you have great products but please get that together so I don't have to pull teeth re one simple product. I don't want a virtual experience and shouldn't be limited to that.

Wasted so much money trying to find the right shade eventually got there. It’s ashame Covid means physical samples in shops are a thing of the past. My complaint is the packaging design because the top starts to rub off after a while of use causing tiny flakes of shiny foil to become mixed in with the make up which is terrible. The texture is too concentrate and highlight the invisible wrinkles of the eye's circle. As coverage it does the same when it is applied in other parts of the face for ex between nose and lips. Even though the powder has ben applied the effect is the same. It has a good coverage level, I would rather define its coverage medium- hight but it highlights signs of the face (like the small impercettible wrinkles round the eyes). Texture is not bad, but the appearance is to have a false porcelain effect. Too much strong for my tastes. I would rather prefer more natural effect without highlighting the expressions signs.

I have extremely pale skin and dark undereye circles, and finally stumbled upon the lightest shade of this concealer! In fact the lightest shade is just a hair too light so I'm going to get the next lightest cool-toned shade to mix a little, and I think that will even it out. The coverage is very full and it can get a little cakey if you use too much. I've started being a little more heavy handed with my moisturizer and have noticed that helps with the creasing and cakiness. Overall I'm super pleased I found this brand!

I have extremely dark under eye circles as well as super sensitive skin that breaks out really easily. This concealer matches my skin perfectly ( I have Indian skin and it’s super hard to find my color), doesn’t make me break out, and completely covers my dark circles. I wish I found this years ago! I use this and loreal telescopic mascara everyday and could not be more pleased at the finish. It really is so much better than any high end product I’ve used. PLEASE NEVER DISCOUNTINUE THESE PRODUCTS!! Lifesavers!!

Smells likea really strong fragance, but is bearable, i just need to help my shade. I use foundation from Fenty Beauty on 260 and i bought this on Cashew 365, but i'm not sure if it's correct because they both look different, being concealer a little darker. I have light to medium skin with neutral undertones.

Rated 2 out of 5 by KimByron172 from Red and Dry Ive bought this concealer in multiple colors to see which ones matched my skin tone the best and with every color attempted, the issue is the exact same, even in the foundations range, the red is so dominating. I'm pretty sure, if I was super pale, the problem with Loreal products is that they have SO MUCH RED! I'm of an asian and black decent and I cannot use these products because they have nothing with a dominating yellow pigment. With that, the formula for this concealer is so drying. I applied a swipe under my eye and before I could wet my beauty sponge, the concealer dried. I had to wipe it off and re-apply and immediately blend. To even do a light sweep of thin translucent powder caused cracking under my eyes and it was SUPER textured. If this was to ever go on someone's skin who has texture, it would be a horrible joke. I will not be repurchasing. But seeing that Loreal only thinks there's 2 undertones, I can't expect anything more. smh

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jamibabi27 from Love this!!!has replaced my shape tape I bought this when it first came out,I had been using tarte shape tape for years and Once I figured out a little goes a long way this is literally better than shape tape, the tarte shape tape can sometimes be too drying on my skin and this has a much better hydration to it,never settling into lines. At first I used to much because I was use to the amount of shape tape I needed and it would get a little cakey but seriously put one dot under your eye area and blend out!!! Thank me later a beautiful concealer!!

But there was one major problem that made me return the concealer. It's fragrance was overwhelming and did not fade quickly! Many companies have had fragrance-free products for years. I can't understand why L'oreal would put fragrance in a product used near your eyes.

I've tried other concealers and this is by far so much better. It goes on smooth, covers well and lasts a long time. It doesn't soak into your skin and disappear like other ones do. I highly recommend this to everyone. It's a great product.
