Can't read what color it is

I have several of these lip liners. Love the product, hate the packaging.
I don't understand why the shade color is stamped in gold, on a gold background. It makes no sense to me because it's so difficult to read! It's tiny to begin with, but even when I turn the pencil back and forth and change the lighting I still can't read the shade color. (my vision is fine) I've given up and marked each pencil myself so I can quickly grab the one I want for the day. Why make me struggle?

New package opened...canโt twist to sharpen

Opened package today and used product for the first time... very happy with results. However, the pencil DOESNโT BUDGE one way or the other in order to be sharpened. Please explain how it works.

Why discontinue Always Red

This is a horrible red! I ordered this because it was recommended as the replacement for Always Ref. I always wore Always Red and I cannot find anything that compares. I had to switch to another brand.

We suggest taking a look at the current shade line and checking out the Lasting Plum shade it is the closest we have to the Always Red shade.

This lipliner glides on smoothly, very silky. No feathering or flaking, I love this also. I wear this under the matching lipstick for a flawless look. Definitely will get more soon.
