Can't read what color it is

I have several of these lip liners. Love the product, hate the packaging.
I don't understand why the shade color is stamped in gold, on a gold background. It makes no sense to me because it's so difficult to read! It's tiny to begin with, but even when I turn the pencil back and forth and change the lighting I still can't read the shade color. (my vision is fine) I've given up and marked each pencil myself so I can quickly grab the one I want for the day. Why make me struggle?

I like the color however the liner has a very strong smell that makes me think it is expired. Customer service was not really helpful and just stated that the product is not "scentless" and that it must be normal.

Love the product but so much is wasted

Love this product but I get so frustrated when it runs out at the end of twisting but then when I pop the twist cover off there’s always about 1/3 of the product left in the tube. I hope there’s a solution to this eventually.

No way to twist or push to get more liner

Purchased this a few weeks ago & used to the point of needing more product. There is NO way to twist, pull, or push the pencil shaped packaging to have reveal the stored product! The cap did come off but, again, nothing to push the product out. Used a thin utensil to push the color stick but then the utensil was covered in the lip liner.

Hi there Ezy56! We can imagine how frustrating it would be if your liner no longer worked. The Colour Riche Lip Liner should swivel up. However, with a new swivel up liner, the pin that pushes up more liner tends to be stored far down in the pencil to keep it from extending during packaging and shipping. Try turning it counterclockwise at least 20 times to be sure the pin has a chance to rise to its proper height. It goes on very smoothly and the color selection is varied. It doesn't stay on all day,but I haven't found a lip product that actually does. I use this alone and with a lipstick/gloss, so maybe that affects its durability. Overall I enjoy the creamy texture and will continue using it.

It's okay, needs more pigment

I use lip liner to correct the shape of my lip, so pigment and coverage are a must for me. The shimmer and lack of opacity do not cover the line where my lip and skin meet. I also feel the shimmer give it a slightly dated look. It does go on rather smoothly, though. It is not drying. This would work well for those who do not over line and may look nice by itself.

Best lip liner!

I am so happy with the quality of this lip liner! I see why it's the best selling lip liner. I really loved the Colour Riche matte in shade 112 (matte stermind). I have tried several but this has become my new fave! Perfect under any nude lippie or alone with some gloss. It applies very smooth which is hard to find with most matte lip liners and last long. I definitely recommend this lip liner! Great quality and value.

Lovely creamy texture for a lipliner

I wear lipliner because I am a woman "of a certain age" (21 plus tax!) and it stops my lipstick from migrating off my lips. I've tried a lot of them - Bobbi Brown, Revlon, Wet n Wild, Cover Girl, etc. and I always come back to Colour Riche because of the creamy texture. It never feels like it's so drying that it pulls on that delicate skin on my lips!

I love the Colour Riche Collection ... this lip liner is a really pretty red! I only gave it 4 stars because I only used it once so far and I'm not sure about how the built-in sharpener will work! I normally only wear MAC's lip liner but saw this in Target and thought I'd try it. So far I love it! The color is so vivid and it wears well!

I use the always red lip liner first then I use the infallible le gloss on topi the color always red. Makes a very sexy and professional color. I wear the same colors everyday. I am hooked!

Beyond Pink is a nice nude that I have been able to use with multiple lipstick shades and brands. Because of that & its anti-feathering properties I had to give it 5 stars. I highly recommend you try it! If you don't normally use liners this product will convert you. lol

I have this one and the truly burgundy shade. I was impressed by the quality of this lipliner, especially as far as drug store makeup is concerned; historically Loreal has products that are comparable to department store makeup while saving a few currency here and there.

I was looking for a nice pink to line my lips before putting on my lipstick. This was the only brand I could find in the store.
I have to say I was very disappointed. I put it on and I cant even see it on. I cant see a line at all, it doesn't seem to go onto my skin.

I have worn this lip liner for several years and loved it!! Now for some reason it is NOT anti-feathering. Within an hour of applying it, it has "feathered" all around my lips. I now must find another product! :(
