What pencil sharpener can I use for this?
Like the product but it has been a NIGHTMARE finding a sharpener that will sharpen this product, therefore I have leftover product I cannot use. The crayon is 15mm and L'Oreal doesn't have a sharpener for this? Makes no sense.

My absolute favorite, it goes everywhere with me.
I have tried every high end concealer out there and this is my favorite for blemishes and around nose area. Goes in smoothly, blends easily, coverage lasts and doesn’t break me out. I don’t have “bad” skin just a random blemish here and there. This was perfect! I don’t like wearing foundation and this blends so well, I don’t need to!

L’Oréal True Match Soft Cover stick that WORKS
I’m over 60 with light skin and very dark under eye circles that can’t be helped with “ under eye creams” . I’ve tired high dollar brands but this one actually covers yet is a soft crayon. My skin is dry, light and a few freckles and age spots.
N4-5 shade has a touch of peach with counters the blue tones in my circles. Find your shade.
Easy to carry in your bag for a touch up.

Great product! Easy to use!

Unsatisfactory as a cover
I recently tried two colors of this product: n1-2-3 and w6-7-8. I thought that I had the wrong shade with the latter, but after trying a different shade, neither worked as a cover. It is greasy, translucent on the skin, and doesn't blend in. It just smears and then disappears. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Covers very well!

Love this product - but why it is pointed?
I love this product and have used it for several years. However, the fact that it is has a pointed tip escapes me. (I mean, it's called a "crayon," but really?) It seems the product is a bit creamier in texture now, which is nice, but the first time I swipe it under my eyes, the tip breaks off! This has happened with EVERY TUBE I've used in the past couple of years. I have to squish the tip back down on the base, but it still comes off every time I use it. SO FRUSTRATING! Why don't you make the tip more rounded and less pointed? There is no way to twist the new product further down into the tube. I am not sure I can buy this product any more, and I do love it. Nothing else works as well on my very dark undereye circles. I would like a replacement product, please. Maybe the amount in the base - after the tip breaks off - will make up for what I lost in that tip. Please contact me to get my mailing information so you can send me a new tube. Thank you.

Works as well as luxury brands
I use this to cover blemishes, acne scars - and it's just perfect. I've tried EVERY concealer and this one works without causing irritation or further breakouts Some I've used just make the breakouts worse. The consistency is just right...it's soft, but not liquid (obviously), I carry 2 colors with me at all times (fair and 4-5).

It's a shame
I purchased this product; it is great, does not irritate my eyes, but you cannot find a sharpener for it. So you only get a few uses and that's it! WASTE OF $$$$$$$

Formula has changes
I have used and loved the crayon for years to cover a raised dark birth mark. Sadly the formula has been changed and it is too sheer and thin to do the job. I was very disappointed that my go to product was modified. The search continues for a replacement.

Changed the formula
I have been buying this concealer for years and was disappointed to see they have changed the formula. It is much more sheer and oily than it was before and I no longer use it. I wish they would revert to their older formula, it was so much better

Fair still isn't fair enough
Unfortunately, this concealer shade did not work for me; it was noticeably warmer and a tad darker than my skin. The formula is decent, I think, but it's hard to say because I couldn't wear it out in public.
I'm a very fair-skinned redhead with neutral-cool undertones. The old L'Oreal Infallible stick concealer (in the red tube) was my ride or die concealer from the moment I started wearing makeup to the day it was discontinued. (I don't think I'll ever forgive L'Oreal for getting rid of it.)
I have a strong preference for stick concealers, because liquid formulas don't work well on my skin and potted creams are inconvenient. Unfortunately, I've yet to find another stick concealer that works on my extremely pale skin.

Great results
I used the Crayon Concealer and was wonderful on my dark circles under my eyes. I have been looking for a concealer and I found the right one. I love this concealer and the color is totally a match for my skin tone with my dark underage circles. Thank you L'Oreal. I wish I could get a case of these if they were not too expensive.

Super easy to travel with!

FORMULA CHANGE!!!
This the THE PERFECT concealer, but it seems something has changed in the past several months??? It is super greasy and does not stay! I really really hope they change it back for their most loyal consumers. I have been using it daily for the past 5 years. The plastic cap looks different now too, so I know there was a change. PLEASE change the formula back.

Love this, blends excellent.
Purchased this about two months ago and love it, blends really well. I love that it is very easy to use . Hides my dark circles and age spots. Will definitely be purchasing more, a darker shade also to use for contouring.

I will not buy a different concealer except for this one. It is the perfect shade for my skin tone, it has options of warm or neutral which helps with many skin tones. It blends so well and makes it look so natural. Absolutely love this product!

After years of trying every concealer imaginable, I am finished searching. the consistency is spot-on, soft enough to blend well, but not so soft that it settles into your fine lines. also, the packaging is perfect! I love that it's retractable.

One Star for the New Formula
This used to be an awesome concealer until they changed the formula. Despite the folks at L'Oreal insisting that the formula has not changed - it has. The pictures attached clearly shows that. The original had a smaller tip, and although shinier than the new fatter tip, it was a matte finish. The new formula is so greasy it doesn't cover and it doesn't last. I drew a line in ink on my hand and held it to the light. You can see how the newer formula is shiny and doesn't cover the line, while the old crayon did. Very disappointed L'Oreal!

Used to be great.
This has been my favorite concealer for as long as i can remember. It covered everything flawlessly and was price great. In the past 5 to 6 months the formula is NOT the same! Its super creamy and greasy and not matte like it used to be. It does not cover anything anymore. I have literally gone to every local drug store and bought the old inventory. Now i have no choice but to look for other options. Please, please go back to the formula with the smaller tip that was matte!

What happened?
I have been using this concealer for years. What happened to the consistency of it. It is now so oily and thin that it doesn't cover anything and doesn't stay in place no matter how much I set it. I now have to go through the trial and error process of trying to find something that is like what this used to be! Are you phasing this product out?

I love it!

Unhappy with change
I too noticed a change and went to 2 different stores thinking I may have purchased a defective one. I personally do not have the time to go purchase another product to use with this to help it set. I would rather pay more to change it back. I have found another brand that comes very close and stays on so unfortunately had to jump ship. I will keep my ears open in case I hear the product gets better.

Formula change?
I have been using this for almost 5 years and a couple of months ago I noticed it was soo oily and went to a couple of different stores to try and see if it was just the one I had bought, unfortunately I bought 3 from different stores and they al turned out the same oily texture. Really really wish the formula hadn't changed.

New formula
I've been using this for over a year and it has been perfect! But the product cubes a few months ago and now it's too oily, it doesn't set properly even if a setting powder is used on top of it. I'd love it if the older formula was used for this concealer.

Recent Formula Change
I have been a loyal user of this concealer for years - it was better than almost all other expensive brands. I have extremely dark circles and this would cover fabulous and I barely had to touch up during the day. Just bought a new package and I HATE the new formula. It is too greasy, feels like it slides right off and within an hour, my dark circles are showing thru and I have to reapply not to mention that it settles in the fine lines around my eyes and creases. So disappointed. Time to find a new concealer

It is ok
I bought this item a few weeks ago. I like the consistency of the product, glides on smooth, color is nice, but the product does not stay on for long. So coverage is temporary, maybe 4 hours of coverage.

Yes the packaging is different and It is way too oil, I had recently went to 3 stores looking for the previous Blendable Crayon concealer and had no luck this time. So disappointed that it has change . I'm now looking to go back to Revlon

Has the ingredients of concealer changed recently?
I've been using this product for years and I love it. I'm very loyal to products that I love, but the last one I bought is different. The product is not the same, it is way too oily .I really wish you didn't change anything about it..It was perfect!!! It also doesn't stay on and in place for as long as the older product would. I will buy again in hopes that the last one I bought was just a fluke. Am I able to exchange it for a different one, after using it for a couple days?

Cakey and creases!!
I bought this concealer and noticing it to be VERY cakey. It has nice coverage. It covers my spider veins(I have to very red ones on me cheek) and sort of covers dark circles, but it also creases multiple times through out the day. I've tried setting it with powders, but it just doesn't work!

Formula change :(
I have been using the concealer for a few years now as a foundation. It was perfect for my extremely oily skin and great and covering acne scars, but the most recent time I purchased it I could immediately tell that the stick looked shiny. It goes on super oily now and makes my skin an oily mess. I am so upset because it used to be my favorite makeup product!

I love this make up
The only products I use are from L'Oréal. L'Oreal is also my true middle name. Davina L'Oreal and i happen to love their products. Eyeliners too. I have been unable to find w678 in the stores in San Diego ca. This concealer is a must have. It covers up my acne scars beautifully. I was afraid it had been discontinued. But I found it on the L'Oréal website. Please continue to offer w678 for us light skinned brown girls!! I love it it's non greasy and provides a great smooth non oily finish.

This is a wonderful and natural looking product for people with acne and acne scars. I have very oily skin, and this doesn't break down and wear off like all of the liquid concealers that I've used in the past. I find that it applies best with a tiny smudge brush that I used to use for eye makeup. Directly applying with the tip of the crayon can leave harsh edges and a cakey finish. The smallest amount makes a huge difference!

This is the best concealer......I live in a hot climate, and even in the heat it does not "fade away" as some concealers do. It "does the job" until I remove it at night....I wear glasses for reading and it even stays 'In place" then.

I only used this for my eyelids to cover veins and under my eyes. It wasn't the best for blemishes for me because when I put on foundation/powder, it would come off fairly easy and look like I had done nothing to try to cover them. I now use the liquid concealer (True Match in N1) and it works worlds better for me than the crayon, personally. But this is really good for covering veins.

After being disappointed in concealers since Physician's Formula green which is the only one that covered well was discontinued, I hadn't used one in years. But bc 1) I usually love all things L'Oreal that I have tried, and 2) after Prevention magazine named it top choice as concealer, I bought and am disappointed bc it didn't conceal either alone, or under or over their True Match liquid foundation. The only things good were its easy application and relative low price compared to Sephora products or department store brands.

I have horrible dark circles and a dime size freckle/dark spot on the top of my cheek. This concealer covers it all !! It goes on easily and very smooth! Best of all, it lasts throughout my entire 12 hour workday! No more questions asking if I am tired or not feeling well! This product has been a miracle for me.

I am very fair and this concealer matches my skin quite well, it's also (like advertised) very blendable and buildable, it covers blemishes really well and lasts throughout the day. This is a main stay in my make bag and I would recommend this.
