I am and still am a L’Oréal brand fan of their products. But the Panorama mascara is the worst experience I might have had with mascara. Going back to the other. It doesn’t wash off and it clumps so bad. Hope for everyone else it’s just me.

Does not wash off.
I've used Loreal mascara (1 million lashes) for decades. I tried the Panorama for a change. It is supposed to wash off, but it does not. I had to double check to see if it was waterproof and it is not. I've used it for about a week or two and now my lashes are breaking off. Do not recommend.

First mascara I’ve ever repurchased!!
I’ve never bought any mascara twice. This is the first mascara, drug store or high end that I’ve ever repurchased. Love the brush you can get closer to the inner eye lashes without smearing onto skin and coat every lash. Very pigmented as well. So in love with this mascara, please don’t ever stop making this!!

Favorite mascara.

PANORAMA where have you been all my life!
When I tell you this has been the perfect mascara for me...I'm never leaving! The lack of clumsiness and irritation is a plu a for me. The wand isn't heavy and it fills spaces in my lashes. It leaves me with full and voluminous lashes. Purposely I have slept in the mascara overnight to see what they'd look like the next day. It was as if my lashes were from the day before. Sometimes waterproof products don't live up to their name. Panorama does! Loreal, you did your thing with this one. Thank you

nice look, NOT WASHABLE
I can’t give it 5 starts even though I love the look but this mascara is NOT WASHABLE. I have tried soap, lash cleaner , Micellar water , jojoba oil NOTHING works. I have to keep trying until it’s removed and even then I always have residue. It’s super frustrating. I’d like to hear from Loreal about how to properly take this off. The only things I like about it are it doesn’t smudge throughout the day and definitely fans out my lashes and look longer and fuller. However , my love for those results is cancelled out but how incredibly impossible it is to “wash off “. I’m hoping Loreal can reply to me with a technique otherwise I will have to stop using this week. Thank you.

I love it
Best mascara I’ve had in my life. Truthfully tho. I’ve had it on all day even at work and sweating my lashes are still curled and they stayed up and still look nice after a long day. No smear neither which is a plus :))

Looks good comes off badly.
Does not wash off. Clumps off in chunks instead of how advertised that soap amd water remove it. Like a tube mascara. Expensive and won't buy again.

Panorama Mascara - Don't Waste Your Money!
Not a good mascara at all, false advertising! I applied this mascara for at least 10 minutes an eye, and it still doesn't even look like I have mascara on. It's awful and a waste of my money.

Gave me a stye. Would never use again.
I didn’t even use a eyelash curler since it was supposed to be a really good mascara, I showered and applied it after everything else I have always applied, I state all this because there is absolutely no other way I could have gotten a STYE on my left eye from stuff I use every single day. I applied this mascara and came home after work, washed my face, im assuming I didn’t get all of the mascara off? Even tho it looked like it. And I wake up and it literally hurts to blink. I can see a stye forming. I would steer clear from this mascara and just stick to the telescopic. I should’ve known it wouldn’t be good by the way it was being advertised.. too good to be true, I’ll never use this again

Love the results. Not happy with the formula.
My lashes are short. With the mascara they look like I have false lashes on love that. However my eyes are irritated by the waterproof formula. Also hard to wash off. If it ever comes out in non waterproof I'm in.

This is the only mascara that I’ll be using!
This is by far the best mascara that I’ve ever used! I can put on one coat and run out the door. I also noticed that after a couple of months it still works really well. I’ve never experienced that before. It’s also so easy to wash off, WIN WIN 🥇

Best mascara out there!
This is the best mascara I have ever used! I have thin short lashes and it definitely volumizes and lengthens (not to false lash heights, but great for everyday). It lasts all day with no smudges or flaking, even through super sweaty workouts! Best part I don't get the lash fall out like I do with other mascaras my natural lashes are healthier than ever.

Unreal results!!
I am almost 50 years old so you can imagine how many different mascaras I have tried. Cheap all the way up to $100 a tube. Nothing has ever worked like Panorama. NOTHING. Not even Voluminous, which I used for years. I was considering getting lashes but I won't now that this product out performs everything else.

I'm with the customer who wants to give it 1,000 stars! I don't use social media and I've never written a review on ANY product, but felt motivated because of how shocked I am at how great this product is! I'm in my late 50's and I've run the gamut from cheap to top-of-the-line and no mascara has stepped up like Panorama. Please don't discontinue this product - it does exactly what it claims. No clumping or smudging, it fans, it builds without bulking, it lasts all day and night and I haven't touched my lash curler since I started using this - AMAZING!! And it removes quickly and easily. Incredibly grateful for a product in this day and age that delivers what it promotes and doesn't cost a fortune.

Voluminous Panorama Máscara
I was so excited to finally buy this mascara to be so disappointed, this mascara didn’t do to my lashes what you advertised, it was not different after I used it . I never used a mascara before so not worth the money to buy, pure lies about it.

Doesn't work for normal women with straight lashes
I had little flakes from clumps all in my lashes and eyeballs. It also didn't work well to separate my lashes. You need to use people who actually have straight lashes, not these paid actors and customers working with target

One of the best
The Panorama Blackest Black Mascara is one of my favorites! My lashes were fanned out and so voluminous. Because it's clump, flake, and smudge resistant, I am able to wear it at work and to the bar afterwards without having to reapply. It's so good!

Highly Overated

Whatever you do, @ L’Oréal please don’t stop making this mascara!!! Whenever I find a product that is this amazing, it seems to suddenly become unavailable! This mascara does EVERYTHING it claims! Volume, lengthening, no clumping, no flaking, no transfer, no raccoon eyes or spider leg looking lashes! And in one coat!!! And best of all, it’s so easy to remove! Holy cow, this is great stuff!

Wimpy liquid painful to apply mascara
This mascara is too thin, hard to cover lashes and the wand is miserable! The wand is so sharp it hurts to apply to lashes! Don’t fall for the pretty shiny golden tube! That’s the only thing nice about it. And overpriced!

No volume, not enough length, but good definition
I'm so disappointed in this mascara. For my personal use, it's a 2/5 star, but it's high enough quality that I gave it 3/5. If definition is your main goal, then it's a great mascara. It lasts a full day without smudging, flaking, melting, etc., so I am impressed with its quality. It looks as good at the end of the day as the beginning. But the problem for me is that it never looks like I want at the beginning of the day. I want big, voluminous lashes, which the packaging promises ("max volume" and a "thick, fanned-out" look). I don't see that here. I do see good definition; my lashes are separated and not clumpy. But they look thin and light. It does also feel light, which is nice; it feels like I'm not wearing mascara. But I'd rather have a thicker feel and a thicker look. I think the look is basic, I want a big "wow" eye focal point from my mascara, and this mascara is not it. It's also too expensive for such a light, thin result.

Useless mascara
I've used your products for years, but this mascara is absolutely useless. After coating and recoating each lash several times, you still couldn't even tell I was wearing mascara. You should rename it "Invisible." It was too late to remove all of my eye makeup and do it over using a different product, so I had no choice but to go out that night with eyelashes that were barely there. It also made my eyes itch. When I removed it later, the cotton pad was filled with tiny black flecks, which was no doubt the reason the mascara made my eyes itchy. It wasn't at all like a typical mascara where you remove the color you had brushed on earlier. Instead, it was an ordeal to wipe off these tiny black specks.

It is horrible!
The washable panorama mascara would not wash off with soap and water or makeup remover. It stayed clumped on for several days and then my eyelashes started falling out. Although I have used L’Oreal products for many years, I do not recommend this mascara.

DISAPPOINTED NOT AS ADVERTISED
I am sorry I wasted my money on trying this new Mascara. I shouldn't have been sucked in by the ad and stuck with the OG Voluminous. The wand is awful, hardly any product is on it while applying so continually have to layer to get any result. Don't try it if you are an OG Voluminous buyer you will be disappointed.

Is it worth the hype?

Excellent! Best I ever have used! Love the brush, product goes on so smoothly! No clumps. Great coverage. Even though not waterproof does not just run immediately, but easy to remove when you just "pause" a short time for the mascara to soften and then easily removeable. I cannot say enough good things about this mascara! Buy It!

Product is goopy on brush
I liked the brush on this mascara and thought it was going to be a good replacement for the discontinued Unlimited mascara. I did not like the product. When the wand is pulled out of the product, the mascara is gooped all over the brush making application difficult and “goopy” as well.

Tubing Mascara— not labeled as one!
I bought this product because it says in big letters that it is washable and because nowhere on the packaging does it mention tubing. Well, it is a tubing mascara that comes off in chunks when I wash my face, leaving chunks of mascara all over my face and all over my sink. I was looking for a mascara that turns into colored water when I wash my face and just rinses away. I have wasted so much money on mascara in the past year trying to find what I want. This is not it. I would love it if someone could point me to the right product!

I thought this was a good mascara for the price and size. Definitely comparable to some of the best drugstore mascaras. I feel like it gives more of a natural look. Not real bold. More of an everyday wear for me which is fine. It lasted through the day with little flaking and was easy to remove.

Great product!
I have found that product! I've tried very expensive mascaras and very inexpensive ones, never finding EVERYTHING I wanted in one mascara until this one! It goes on really well, lasts all day long and even twice over-night. It doesn't flake, it doesn't smudge, it is not clumpy, and it makes my eyelashes seem longer. I am over the moon with this product and will definitely buy it again as soon as I run out!

The Panorama Blackest Black Mascara is really good choice when deciding which Mascara to buy..I love everything bout it. It does not smudge or smear. Goes on easy. No mess. this is a super nice mascara. i wore it to the family christmas gathering and got TWO compliments on my eye makeup. it lengthens and plumps your lashes without being heavy. it doesn't smear or run at all after it sets. i really like it!

I really like this mascara and I am not an easy one to please when it comes to mascara! For some reason I often feel like I have panda/racoon eyes from my mascara (running of the mascara under my eyes) and this product stays in place all day! No running! Makes my eyelashes look longer and pretty!

Best Mascara in a long time!
I'm not sure if this is supposed to be like a tube mascara or not but it kinda acts like it and those are my favorites. It doesn't flake and it stays excatly where it's supposed to even in the rain and humidity, I get amazing results with one coat and it comes off super easy with just my regular face wash. I got this tube free but let me tell you I am totally 100 percent hooked! Well definitely buy a new tube when this runs out. FYI I've been using this for over a month now and I'm still tickled pink with the results!
