The color appears to look like pink not burgundy at all no matter how many coats or if I dry it and I just bought the pencil 30 minutes ago and it broke 3 times when I needed to resharpen it. It does not glide well.

Perfect brown eyeliner

I absolutely love this eyeliner from loreal. The brown sade is a perfect chocolate color that appears brown not black. Its perfect for me as someone with fair skin and blonde/red eyebrows and lashes. It looks more natural and warm versus black. I'd love to find a waterproof version. But over all its very nice!

Gorgeous cool toned eyeliner

I was really impressed with this eyeliner pencil. It glides on pretty smoothly and is smudge able when first applied for a smokier look but won’t budge once it is set. I love the brown leather shade. It is a gorgeous, dark, cool toned brown. It makes my greenish blue eyes pop.

Solid little pencil

I couldn’t find the package with this eyeliner when it was delivered, but never heard back from Influenster. I wanted to complete my task and not lie about it, so my SIL and I picked this up at CVS. I hope I got the right one. It’s a pretty standard pencil eyeliner, which I way prefer to liquid. My favorite thing is the application, as it does glide on really well, which is the main reason I skip eyeliner - it’s just not smooth the way I want it to be going on. Easy to use, and good color transfer even over shadow. I didn’t notice any flaking or smudging above what I would call normal, but I do tend to mess up my makeup when my eyes water or itch and I forget to mind my makeup when dealing with it. Which is to say, I did have some flaking, but I think that was mainly from mascara as it’s not unique to when I wore this eyeliner. Sadly, can’t do a pic because I left it with my SIL after testing. She is a daily liner user, whereas I tend to be more of an event user, so it made sense to leave it with her. I would definitely recommend to those looking for a smooth gliding eye pencil.

Glides and stays all day

The kohl formula glides right on with no tugging needed. It’s easy to blend and just enough pigment. Stayed through my work day and had no fading issues removing the product. I love how it darkens my lash line without being too dark. Opens up my eyes as well. The product did not dry and cake up like some liners. I was also to layer it under the liquid liner by L’Oreal Paris Haute from the same collection.

I received this eyeliner pencil complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. The pencil applies very smoothly without pulling the skin. It’s easy to use and has a very natural appearance. I thought the shade was going to lean a bit more burgundy but it’s more of a soft brown with a hint of a maroon undertone. It’s not vivid but wears more like a neutral. It comes off easily with water.

I ended up getting burgundy cashmere which is a deep maroon shade. The pencil is Rich in pigment and easy to use, especially if you have a shaky hand like me and can't use liquid eyeliner. The texture is relatively smooth. The packaging is easy to open.

I received this product for from Influenster and L’Oreal in exchange for my honest review. I was so excited to receive the L’Oreal Paris Haute Couleur eyeliner in 130 Blue Suede. It’s a really nice shade of blue, they were kind enough to send me the liquid liner and mascara in the same shade so I created a look incorporating all three. The eyeliner pencil is a bit of a dryer formula. I am perfectly okay with that. The color of this pencil is so intense that if it smudged easily it would be kind of teal and you would notice. It fades nicely on me. I have green tones in my eyes and they absolutely pop wearing this shade. I like it best as a lower rim liner. I don’t think it is easy to use to tightline the upper, I either stab myself or cry. I’ve been looking for a good deep blue that reads blue and I’m happy to say that’s exactly what this is! I like using it and will look to see if the other shades they offer suit me.

I really enjoyed these maroon colored mascara ans eye liner! I have hazel eyes ans the way this color made my eyes pop was crazy! The mascara went on easily, mo clumps, and made my lashes look great, while the eye liner glided right on. Both had a great intense color and were impressive.

I am absolutely in love with this color! It works so well with my green eyes. The finnish is beautiful especially if I use just the liner, the eye pencil and the mascara without an other eye makeup. Removal is super easy because it isn’t waterproof but I’m sure that if that is something you want it’s available. Highly recommend to anyone that also has green eyes since this will make them pop.

So this says I am writing a review about the color brown leather, but it’s not - I received blue suede. The color and pigmentation are really nice, and it compliments my grey/blue eyes well. The lasting power - not so much. It was messy under my eyes (I also used the L’Oréal panorama mascara in the navy blue shade, which also was a smeary mess). The eyeliner was pretty much gone a few hours after applying, so it wouldn’t work for me when I can’t easily reapply.

Very Subtle

While I thought this eyeliner was unique, I found it to almost be too subtle on the eyelid. I like the texture and it is very creamy and easy to apply, but seemed to sort of disappear on the eyelid. The burgundy color is very unique to my makeup collection, but I just do not feel like it held up very well.

No glide

I was intended to receive the shade Brown Leather but instead received the shade Burgundy Cashmere. While it's not the color I was expecting or wanting, I tested it anyway. This pencil did not work so well on my waterline but a tiny bit easier to apply around my eyes. It is *not* a soft pencil that's easy to work with, it pulls on my skin and is difficult to get color payoff. There's no smooth glide to this pencil. It does remove easily with makeup remover.

the shade Blue Suede is such a great option for fair to light skin tones because it’s not as harsh as a black eyeliner, but still gives definition. The pencil is easy to use and very blendable! I love that it can be sharpened and I love how long it stayed out without smudging or lifting. I actually got the felt liner and mascara in the matching colors because it’s just that good! Plus it’s L’Oreal so it’s got a great price point and we already know it’s a dependable brand. This is quickly becoming a daily driver for me. Seriously!

Its perfect for me as someone with fair skin and blonde/red eyebrows and lashes. It looks more natural and warm versus black. I'd love to find a waterproof version. But over all its very nice!

I wanted to complete my task and not lie about it, so my SIL and I picked this up at CVS. I hope I got the right one. It’s a pretty standard pencil eyeliner, which I way prefer to liquid. My favorite thing is the application, as it does glide on really well, which is the main reason I skip eyeliner - it’s just not smooth the way I want it to be going on. Easy to use, and good color transfer even over shadow. I didn’t notice any flaking or smudging above what I would call normal, but I do tend to mess up my makeup when my eyes water or itch and I forget to mind my makeup when dealing with it. Which is to say, I did have some flaking, but I think that was mainly from mascara as it’s not unique to when I wore this eyeliner. Sadly, can’t do a pic because I left it with my SIL after testing. She is a daily liner user, whereas I tend to be more of an event user, so it made sense to leave it with her. I would definitely recommend to those looking for a smooth gliding eye pencil.

Stayed through my work day and had no fading issues removing the product. I love how it darkens my lash line without being too dark. Opens up my eyes as well. The product did not dry and cake up like some liners. I was also to layer it under the liquid liner by L’Oreal Paris Haute from the same collection.

I was so excited to receive the L’Oreal Paris Haute Couleur eyeliner in 130 Blue Suede. It’s a really nice shade of blue, they were kind enough to send me the liquid liner and mascara in the same shade so I created a look incorporating all three. The eyeliner pencil is a bit of a dryer formula. I am perfectly okay with that. The color of this pencil is so intense that if it smudged easily it would be kind of teal and you would notice. It fades nicely on me. I have green tones in my eyes and they absolutely pop wearing this shade. I like it best as a lower rim liner. I don’t think it is easy to use to tightline the upper, I either stab myself or cry. I’ve been looking for a good deep blue that reads blue and I’m happy to say that’s exactly what this is! I like using it and will look to see if the other shades they offer suit me.

The finnish is beautiful especially if I use just the liner, the eye pencil and the mascara without an other eye makeup. Removal is super easy because it isn’t waterproof but I’m sure that if that is something you want it’s available. Highly recommend to anyone that also has green eyes since this will make them pop.

The color and pigmentation are really nice, and it compliments my grey/blue eyes well. The lasting power - not so much. It was messy under my eyes (I also used the L’Oréal panorama mascara in the navy blue shade, which also was a smeary mess). The eyeliner was pretty much gone a few hours after applying, so it wouldn’t work for me when I can’t easily reapply.

While it's not the color I was expecting or wanting, I tested it anyway. This pencil did not work so well on my waterline but a tiny bit easier to apply around my eyes. It is *not* a soft pencil that's easy to work with, it pulls on my skin and is difficult to get color payoff. There's no smooth glide to this pencil. It does remove easily with makeup remover.

In the picture, the top line is what the liner looks like after one swipe, the middle line is the liner built up with multiple strokes, and the bottom line is what it can look like smudged out. This liner offers a variety of looks and uses in one product, which I appreciate. I have a tendency to rub my eyes a lot throughout the day, so I can’t necessarily speak to its staying power, but I never noticed any transferring or unintended smudging. The color is a beautiful rich brown. All in all, it’s a good drugstore liner.

I had to go over the same spot multiple times to get any payoff, and it ended up dragging across my skin, which is not what I want from an eyeliner. Because it was so stiff, it made it hard to get a clean line and didn’t feel comfortable to use, especially on the eyelid. I prefer liners that apply smoothly with minimal pressure, and this one felt like too much effort for the result. It might work better for someone who likes a firmer pencil, but for me, it was a miss.

I used the mascara on my upper eye lids and the pencil on the inner corner to about the middle of my upper eyelid to create more depth. The pencil was buttery smooth and easy to apply to such a sensitive and delicate area. The mascara brush made it easy to apply a light coat and build without clumps. It lasted me all day and I even had a stranger approach me to say that I looked very beautiful that day and I attribute that to the boldness this perfect burgundy brown added to my eyes. I’ve never been a fan of blue makeup but these are useful! Could easily mistake for a lighter shade of black. The gel liner does nottttt budge. The pencil glides on decently smooth. The mascara looks little different than typical black, but nothing crazy. All come off easy with the micellular water I use on my eye area.

I’m not sure if my skin is too oily or what but I like a heavy pointed eyeliner and trying to do a defined point with this is really hard. The color is a rich brown. It says it’s waterproof but a little cry will make it smudge, so keep that in mind. I give it a 4/5. The L’Oréal Paris Panorama Mascara in the shade of brown leather number 705. Gave me more volume and length on my lashes. The bristle brush which seems to grab every lash for a great application. It applies smoothly. It’s lightweight, so no heavy feeling on your lashes. Removing it wasn’t bad at all. I liked this mascara a lot. I give this 4.75/5. Recently I tired L’Oréal Paris Kohl Pencil in the shade of 120 Brown Leather. I love the color. The pencil makes it easy to control and get the line you want. Applying is smooth, and glides on softly. The tip is nice and soft. The shade is a deep rich brown. It holds up good throughout the day. I love that it’s for sensitive eyes too. Overall, it’s a great quality liner. I give it 4.5/5.
