L'Oréal Paris Le Shadow Sticks

I recently tried the L'Oréal Paris Le Shadow Sticks, and I'm quite impressed with the product. These shadow sticks offer a convenient and versatile way to apply eye shadow, especially for those on the go.
**Pros:**
1. **Ease of Use**: The shadow sticks are incredibly easy to apply. Their creamy texture glides smoothly over the eyelids without tugging, making them perfect for quick makeup application.
2. **Long-Lasting**: Once applied, the shadow sticks stay put for hours. I found that they didn't crease or smudge throughout the day, even without a primer.
3. **Pigmentation**: The color payoff is excellent. A single swipe delivers rich, vibrant color, which can be built up for a more intense look.
4. **Variety of Shades**: L'Oréal offers a wide range of shades in this line, from subtle neutrals to bold, dramatic hues. There's something for every occasion and skin tone.

Feel and looks great

I have more mature, sensitive eyes and I LOVE this eyeshadow so much. It has an amazing cooling feeling that lasts for a little. There is a nice color payoff and it blends ok for a creamy eyeshadow bu t I don't need to blend as I usually use as an all over shimmer

SEVERE IRRITATION!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! This gave me the worst allergic reaction I’ve ever had!! My eyes became so itchy and irritated that I almost rushed to an urgent center to get them checked! And this lasted for about 4 days before irritation finally went better. What toxic chemicals are in this product!?? I bought two and I want my money back.

Would not recommend

I was looking forward to trying this but was disappointed. The color was great but it did not blend well at all. I don't know if it's because I'm in my 40s but it just did not blend. I even tried a primer and not any better.

Good product

I want so badly to love this eyeshadow. As described, it glides on beautifully, it stays in place (but washes off effortlessly) and the colors are beautiful. Unfortunately, it appears that I’m allergic to some of the ingredients. It’s been many years since I’ve had a reaction to cosmetics. I guess I need to be more diligent about using hypoallergenic products. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I can’t wear it, but would be a wonderful product for most people.

Love these eye shadow sticks!!

Oh my gosh!! love, love, love these sticks....as a mature female of 56, I appreciate the long lasting wear of this shadow product! Please consider making a very light shade of emerald or shimmery light green. I bought the emerald and it was waaaaay too dark for me.

Irritating and burns

I really wanted to like this however, it caused my eyes to water and it started to feel a slight burning sensation. I also noticed that the product does not blend easily. Unfortunately, I had to remove it and redo my makeup and trash it.

Le Shadow Stick is too mess to apply

I loved the color, magnetic Bronze. Not too shiny or glittery. But the product is oily and so creamy it’s melts on the lid and the stick tip actually broke off at first application. It’s just very soft. It’s difficult to apply without a brush to smooth on lid. Other eyeshadow sticks are not as oily, creamy and easy to apply. The formula doesn’t work well

Fabulous for sagging brows

I'm almost 60 and thanks to menopause my eyes are crepey and dry. They're starting to sag but this liquidy feeling shadow goes on cool and moist and lasts all day with no flaking or having to reapply. It's a game changer for me. Now I can have color on my lids.

Extremely irritating to eyes. I can understand that not all eyeshadows are waterproof, but this caused tremendous irritation and tears. A product like this should be at least water resistant and hypoallergenic.

Beware for sensitive eyes

I bought the Magnetic Bronze on sale at Walgreens. The color is nice a d the application is smooth and easy. However it leaves a very cooling sensation where you apply it (almost like Vicks Vaporub!) and it made my eyes water like crazy. I didn't tightline with it but used it like a regular liner. This has happened with each use, so I just make sure to not get near the edge of my eyelids. I like the product other than that.

Painful reaction. Be careful

I was so excited to try this shadow stick after seeing rave reviews. The first time I tried it (magnetic mauve) my eyes started to sting and tear. I waited a few days and tried it another time. This time, my eyelids got all red and swollen and really burned. Three days later and my eyes are still stinging and tearing. I’ve never had a reaction like this before.

The Magnetic Bronze Le Shadow Stick is now a MSUT-HAVE for me. I'm usually looking for rich, blendable color with minimal effort. I don't have a lot of time with my busy work schedule, so I prefer a colour that works for both morning and night and has a buildable quality to it. The creamy texture glides on smoothly and stays put all day without smudging or transferring. I usually prime my lids and also set them with powder first. Whether you're going for a subtle matte look or a shimmery glam vibe, this stick has you covered - quite literally - and it works beautifully on my medium-deep skin tone. Perfect for on-the-go touch-ups as well!

made my eyes water

I have used a lot of different brands of eyeshadow cream sticks with no problem. but I cannot use anything with a gel ingrediant which as soon as I swiped this shimmering silver eyeshadow stick on my eyes started watering with the familiar gel type irritation. I so wanted to like this because I could not find silver color in any other line. always liked loreal and have no problem with other products. other than my reaction this stick, its gorgeous and pigmented and will not budge. wish I could wear it!

The color blended well on my skin

My New "Go To"

I enjoy the simplicity and portability of eyeshadow sticks and of all the products I've tried, this one is the best. A quick swipe or two of Alluring Rose works perfectly for my minimalist weekday makeup routine (just enough to prevent looking like a zombie). This color pairs nicely with Magnetic Mauve for a more dressed up look. Both glide on smoothly and are easy to blend. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.......DON'T discontinue this product! :-)

I was pleasantly surprised

At first when I saw the packing I wasn't very hopeful. Thankfully as soon swatched the eyeshadow I didn't care about the package. The eyeshadow went on so smoothly. It was super pigmented too. I love that the shadow was a twist up as well. I wold definitely buy this in multiple colors.

Easy to use

I have really been enjoying how easy and effortless it is to use the le shadow sticks. These sticks make it easy to create an eyeshadow look. I have been using a brown shade that makes it so effortless to create a Smokey everyday look.

Beautiful easy to use eyeshadow stick

Very easy to use on the go ! With amazing pigment, didn't feel dry or sticky. It's creamy and very easy to use , I loved having with me to add to my inner corner of the eye or to use as a eyeshadow ! The color is so beautiful

Best stick eyeshadow

I received the Le Shadow Sticks in Magnetic Bronze. It is very easy to use which it easily slides on the eyelid. I have hooded eyelids and the eyeshadow stayed on all day without any primer. The Magnetic Bronze is a beautiful color that can be used for every day wear and for evening wear as well. What I liked best about this eyeshadow stick was its effortless glide in the lid of the eye and long wear.

Beginner friendly

The color of this is very pretty, shimmer lasts which I love. It's great for new makeup users, easy to use and apply. The pigment is amazing you don't need much and blends out smoothly. I will be buying more shades!
