Elvive Hyaluron + Plump Hydrating Shampoo Conditioner Kit

BEWARE.Something is wrong with the conditioner. I purchased the conditioner a couple times . The first time the conditioner had this very light , slightly sweet fresh smell. Non intrusive and the results was that the conditioner made hair feel soft , great slip(if you know what that means) and curls were defined and hydrated . THEN, I purchased another bottle and when I opened it for first use , there was an acrid , highly fragrant (not in a good way more like old perfume and chemical) smell. I thought maybe it was just me, but no. Then I actually USED the conditioner . Also let me also mention this has been the issue with the large bottle . Never tried the smaller size . Anyway , I used the conditioner and nothing . It didn’t work at all. Hair was dry, smelled like I poured cleaning solution on my hair , couldn’t get a comb through it …it was alarmingly off! It seemed like there was a mistake at the product plant or that something may have gotten mixed into the conditioner that shouldn’t have . This also isn’t the only conditioner in the Elvive line where I have experienced this acrid odor . I am saving a bottle and going to contact customer service . Maybe they can text it or something because I’ve also heard people complain about hair loss . I’m wondering if they too got a “bad bottle “ but maybe didn’t recognize it because it was their first time trying the product . I don’t think I would have known (I just would have thought oh this is bad conditioner ) the conditioner had changed If didn’t try a couple bottles . I even went to a different store to buy the conditioner and still the same strange acrid smell. I stopped my children from using it immediately !

I used this once and can already tell how much more hydrated and soft my hair feels. The scent was clean and fresh.

I love this stuff - I have thicker hair, live in a very dry climate, so have trouble with dryness and split ends. This conditioner is fantastic - my hair is bouncy, does not feel dry, and the scent is AMAZING.

I don't know if it's because I have fine colored hair but, after using this shampoo just once I am returning it. I love your products normally and have tried almost everyone of them. This shampoo frizzed my hair so badly I had to re-wash it! I am very pleased with your skin, make-up and hair products they are awesome...not this one, I'm sorry.

Leaves gross buildup all over scalp and hair. Won't wash out .
