Dab the applicator tool, bristles down, into the mixture. Starting from ¼-inch away from your root, pinch the strand between your thumb and the applicator and glide it out to the ends. Make sure both sides of the strand are coated evenly from root to tip, then lay the strand down gently. Keep alternating adding highlights to each side of your head until you’re done. Check how your highlights look after 15 minutes. If necessary, keep processing for a total of 30 minutes.
