Hi there, Angie! All products distributed by L'Oréal Paris a brand of the L’Oréal Group are developed and tested to ensure the highest performance standards when kept under normal storage condition.
Products that do not have an expiry date on them and that have been manufactured more than three years ago can still be used as cosmetic products do not expire. The batch code/production date/manufacturing date/lot numbers number on a cosmetic product, is intended to be used as a reference number for traceability purposes of the product. It is in no way intended to be used as an expiry date indicator.
We recommend that you adhere to Health Canada’s guidelines to make sure your cosmetics stay clean:
- Wash your hands before using cosmetics
- Do not share cosmetics
- Do not add water to cosmetics
- Keep cosmetics in a dry area, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Do not use a cosmetic if it changes in smell, colour, or feel.
Should you have any questions whatsoever about the product you are using today and its use, please contact the Consumer Care Team who will be glad to assist you.
