I didn’t notice any significant improvement. I used nightly and finished every drop of the bottle. I’m 52 with combo skin and was using this for fine lines but I didn’t notice improvement. It’s sticky but there is no scent. I hope others have had better luck!

Looks Like Younger skin!

I am 70! My pores clog and I have found glycolic face wash is very effective for less plugged pores. Now I am using Loreal glycolic serum every other day face and neck. Skin looks fresh, unclogged and less wrinkled! Something I will continue! I will look at other Loreal skin products.

I started using my “ L’ORÉAL REVITALIFT, 10% Glycoric acid serum a few weeks ago and it has changed my life. My droopy dry skin is now clear, bright, plump and moisturized. I’ m obsessed with the trial sized applicator which has literally lasted me for weeks, although I use it 3xweek to daily. It’s still half way full!

I bought this thinking I would love it because I have used their skincare routine for a long time and noticed my routine wasn’t giving me that glow anymore like my skin built a tolerance to the products I was so dissatisfied with this it burned my skin and my skin is not sensitive so I’m looking for an entire new line for my skincare routine

  Products that do not have an expiry date on them and that have been manufactured more than three years ago can still be used as cosmetic products do not expire. The batch code/production date/manufacturing date/lot numbers number on a cosmetic product, is intended to be used as a reference number for traceability purposes of the product. Directions say 4-5 drops, how much is considered 1 drop? Is one "drop" an entirely filled applicator tube/dropper? If you're going to recommend me an amount to use, say in milliliters, please tell me how many are in the dropper included in this packaging.

Can you please let us know the actual ph level of the 10% glycolic acid serum? Another person already requested this info and the company answer was that the ph level does not determine the efficacy of a product. That is not a valid response.

What is the ph of the 10% Pure Glycolic Acid Serum? I don't think I see it in any of the product information.

  The pH is absolutely a measure of efficacy for glycolic acid. Not sure why L’Oréal doesn’t want to provide a direct answer to this question. On their glycolic acid info page they state the following but notice they don’t state the actual pH of this specific product. I suspect that’s because it may vary from one batch to the next.
  “Glycolic acid is effective and safe to be used at home at concentrations of 8-10% and pH of 3.5-4. This formula contains 10% glycolic acid and an effective pH to the reduce the appearance of dark spots starting in just two weeks.”
