tip is very dry, barely left liner behind when applying. thought mayb eit just needed to be used a few times but still the same. the thicker area has enough product on it but not the tip. Disappointed in this product.

I was really disappointed in this product. The tip is very dry and when you do get it to work after several swipes, it ends up creasing into my eyelids after a couple hours. It doesn’t have staying power!

Almost perfect!
I think every eyeliner should have this tip! It works great and is so much easier to put on than other tips! The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because I can't seem to find it in waterproof or I would buy it again and again!

Doesn't last long enough
I applied this eyeliner easily at 8:30 in the morning, and it looked fine. I was dismayed that by 11:00 in the morning, there was no hint of it left on my eyes. This has consistently been my experience since I bought it 4 days ago. I need a liquid liner that will last all day.

Don't by it!
This eyeliner sucks! It does not go on smooth and it can be easily smudged. Don't wait your money on it. If I could give it a zero I would!

Horrible and a waste of money
Honestly this is one of the worst eyeliners I’ve ever used. The fact that other sites that aren’t loreals have higher reviews really makes me think the reviews aren’t true. The tip barely works, the eyeliner dries on the tip so quickly, it’s not easy to use at all. One of the worst eyeliners I’ve ever wasted my money on.

Smudges
I wish they made this in a waterproof version and an actual smudge proof Formula. They claim it lasts all day, but for me it transferred and smudged regardless if you wear a eye primer or not, regardless if it’s hot or cold outside, regardless if you set it with something or not. My liner did have a pointed tip on it and went on well and saturated. However less then an hour and you’ll see black smudges under your brow bone.

Must Have Gotten a Dud :(
When I got this, it was great at first and now, just like all the other reviews, mine has dried up. I can get liquid from the thicker part but the tip is totally useless. L'oreal, come on. You guys know liquid eyeliner and this was a miss.

Smudged all over lid
I am a loyal Loreal customer but do not like this product. Many other lines sell a product like this that is way better. Mine smudged all over my upper lid, I had to take all my eye make up off while I was out.. it was embarrassing. It is non water proof but the other products from other lines aren't either but they don't smudge. This is not worth it.

Tried and True
I really love this eyeliner, so I don’t quite understand the negative reviews. This isn’t a waterproof version, so yes, there a possibility it will smudge. Although, I’ve gone to a few hot yoga classes wearing this and it HAS NOT smudged. But then again, maybe because I’m not wearing a cat eye but just a thin line. The downside I have is the availability of this product. I can only seem to find it in a few drugstores, and Walmart. But I don’t have a Walmart nearby, and I don’t trust amazon sellers. Please maybe give thought into making a waterproof version for those that complained about smudging. I can’t bear to find another liquid liner. And yes, I’ve tried the infallible super slim liquid liner, but... it’s not the Superstar liner.

You have to press really hard to get anything to come out of the tip which makes it go on way to heavy. Also it smudged all over my face.

I bought this because wanted a good smudge proof eyeliner. Not even an hour after application, it faded and smudge all around my eye. Thank goodness I was just all home.

No tapered tip!!
I bought this because it looked like it would give a great winged look on the package. A nicely pointed tapered tip to draw flawless lines. NOPE! Upon opening it, it had no pointed tip, but a blunt, fat tip that totally ruined my look. Application was everywhere, no precision anywhere. I hated it. And would like my money back to go purchase a new liner that I can actually use.

Smudges and doesn't apply well
I bought this yesterday and am extremely disappointed. For an expensive drugstore product, it does nothing that it claims on the packaging. I had to go over my line repeatedly to get any saturated color (even though I purchased Black Noir), it smudged within hours despite using a primer, eyeshadow, and setting spray, and it already seems like it's running out of ink - I used it once! Save your money and go buy a reliable product from Sephora. Stilla or Fenty may be twice the price but they don't smudge, last for months, and provide intense color.

poor design
Bought this product recently at a local CVS store. I typically use a fine tipped brush tip, but was hoping this product would be easier to use, since I have essential tremors, which makes applying cosmetics difficult. I found this product to be messy, more work, with less control.

This eyeliner lasts me months! It is simple, easy to manuever, prevents me from making terrible mistakes and stabilized my hand with it's thick tip. Expect bold lines that are bold, the only thing that could be better is if it we're more lonng wearing. Doesn't go all day without needing touch up.

Very disappointed
I just bought this today and I couldn't get it to work at all. It just seems really dried up. There is a little color coming out of the thick part of pen but none at the point and that's not useful to me at all!!! Super super disappointing! I just can't seem to find a good liquid liner pen anywhere...ugh!

Like training wheels
I love this product... It just does it for me. It allows for better stability and even application than any other eyeliner. It's lasted me months even though I use it everyday. I wish it was a little more opaque but other than that, it's amazing

Dries out too fast
I bought this liner and I am very disappointed. First line goes on great but then it's too dry to do a second line, no matter how many times I shake it. It literally has to sit overnight in order for the liquid to fall to the tip. And I store it horizontally. I would not recommend. I've been waiting 20 minutes to fill this in and can't get liquid in the tip.

Awesome precision!
Ive been consistently using this for a year now and its the best for easy cat eye look! Its smooth, stays on ALL day! Ive read several reviews on it drying out.. mine dry out months after i use it and ive found that if i press it against a napkin (slanted) the liquid will floww again and it works like new!

Bummed
Bought this and was very excited to try. During first use it was amazing and went on perfectly smooth and evenly distributed out the liquid. But now, with every use (no matter how hard I shake/ tap the pen) there is no liquid that goes all the way down to the tip. Which in my opinion, is THEE most important part for that cat eye look. Very bummed this didn't end up working.

I purchased this to try something new. I always used almay liquid liner, well for 20 years atleast. I wont go back. I have always received compliments on my liner and now i get ever more with less work!!!

The felt pen was cut in half
I bought this just this week. I needed to re-up on my eyeliner, since I ran out of my normal go to.. the felt pen was cut in half. No idea how I'm supposed to use a severed tip and pull off a decent cat eye. So disappointed...

Goes on great, but smudgey
I've had this a week now. I love how easy it is to apply and get wings with, but I notice within an hour, it's smudged and sloppy looking. Wish it wouldn't do that so I could make this my holy grail.

Not a great option for oily eyelids
I purchased this eyeliner as a recommmendation from a "beauty consultant. The eyeliner is easy to use, but within hours I no longer had a eyeliner along my lash lin. The liner migrated to the crease of my eyelid in a smudgy mess. I will go back to liquid eyeliner.

I couldn't fall in love with this item. I tried and tried. The results are good but doesn't last all day. This is a better product comparing it to other drug store brands. Plus side is the applicator actually works like how it should. I hope Loreal can make one like KatDVon.

The tip was very dry. It was not an effortless flow onto the contours of my eyes. The very tip was much too soft. I would not recommend this product and I will not purchase again. Wasted my money purchasing it this past Friday and won't use it up., probably just throw it away.
