I was immediately interested in the unique blue tone hue—how cool?! My favorite thing about pH adjusting lip gloss is that it gives you a subtle pink tint to your lips. Whether you want a glossy lip or a bit of color across your lips, this could be what you’re looking for. Just note that this is a plumping gloss so you will feel it! Personally I don’t like the feeling of plumping glosses. However, I could not resist the Cristal Ice shade. Another thing to note is the tube is a bit short so if you’re using this everyday, it might run out quicker and if you’re on a budget you may want to consider the sizing. Overall, if you’re looking for a plumping gloss to bring a bit of tint to your lips, try it out :)

I was gifted this product by L'Oréal Paris in exchange for an honest review. The Plump Ambition pH Hyaluron Lip Oil glides on so smoothly without any tackiness. Feels super lightweight & a bit tingly at first but will eventually go away. Gives off a beautiful shiny finish & my own unique color-shifting pH pinkish shade! Matches my skin tone very well in my opinion. Only downside is that the shade doesn’t seem to have long lasting power as it will fade away on its own after 30 minutes even when I’m not eating.

I was gifted this product in exchange for an honest review! I love this plumping lip oil! It makes my lips look so good and actually adds the plumping effect. It gives my lips a pink tint after a while, even though it goes on clear. It is a nice pink, but can get really pigmented when you reapply which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I love the plumping and hydrating aspect and it makes my lips feel really nice, so I do recommend it!

Personally I don’t like the feeling of plumping glosses. However, I could not resist the Cristal Ice shade. Another thing to note is the tube is a bit short so if you’re using this everyday, it might run out quicker and if you’re on a budget you may want to consider the sizing. I was gifted this product by L'Oréal Paris in exchange for an honest review, and I will be coughing the money up myself once it runs out (which is soon). Most of the time when a lip product says it’ll change colors—it doesn’t. This does!! And the color “stains” as in, it stays pigmented on my lips. I’ve woken up the next morning and still saw my lips pink. And on top of that amazing fact, this is one of the very few products that stays on my lip for hours. I’ve had my friends try it, my mom try it, each of them have said they noticed it’ll stay on for well over 2 hours without needing to reapply ANY additional product. The vertical picture is three hours after I applied this gloss. Very pink, very moisturized and I didn’t need to reapply but the horizontal photo is what it looked like after I applied it.

The Plump Ambition Hyaluron pH Lip Oil in Cristal Ice is now one of my go-to lip products. It glides on smoothly, feels super hydrating, and gives a beautiful glossy finish without any stickiness. I love that it makes my lips look fuller and healthier while still feeling lightweight. The Cristal Ice shade adds a subtle shimmer that’s perfect on its own or layered over lipstick. Bonus — it’s comfortable to wear for hours and doesn’t dry out my lips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nourishing, plumping lip oil!

I also did not enjoy the icy/tingling feeling, I timed it and it took about 5 minutes for the color to reach full potential and then 10 minutes for the icy/tingling sensation to stop. The formula feels super lightweight and not sticky at all but still gives my lips that juicy, glassy shine. I love that it adapts to my natural lip color—on me, it turns into the prettiest pink tint. The hyaluronic acid keeps my lips soft and hydrated for hours, and the plumping effect is noticeable without being painful (just a light tingle). The minty-vanilla scent is a lovely addition. My only wish is that the tube was a little bigger because I go through it quickly, but honestly, it’s worth every swipe.

It is not too sticky and leaves my lips still feeling moisturized. I do think the plumping effect works well, although it does not last too long it gives my lips a nice little boost, great for pictures. I do not personally notice the gloss changing color too much on my lips, but it does have a slight pink tint.

That said, I did notice a tingling/burning sensation shortly after applying, which was expected for a lip plumper, but still uncomfortable. If you have sensitive lips, you may want to patch test first. Overall, it’s gorgeous for short wear, but I wish it felt gentler on my lips. As I used this product, there was the sensation of plumping, but I didn’t necessarily see the plumpness on my lips. I received the shade 10 which is crystal ice and it gave my lips a beautiful pink tint and it was very pretty, but it made my lips peel very badly so if you have sensitive lips, please watch out for that.
