The next shade down seems to pink for my olive skin. And the lightest shade is just too pale. So I’m so sad. You don’t need to wear over a moisturizer because it’s really moist as it is. I’ll try again I’m sure. I have mature skin with fine lines. It doesn’t settle in creases. I just need a shade that they don’t have. :-(

It's hard to describe what a mess the dropper makes around the bottle neck and in the dropper cap and how much product is lost in the clean up. Adding to the frustration, the dropper is unnecessary and useless as you get close to the bottom of the bottle. C'mon Loreal, put a pump on it or even a plain cap. This is a good formulation but the delivery tanks it.

The in-between shade would have been great and a neutral tone. In 2025 you would think companies would understand that there are several skin tones, 14 shades is just not enough. I would have loved the product if they had my shade. It’s light and wears well, but I can walk around looking orange or pale.

Please please please please put this foundation in a normal pump bottle. The dropper does not work and just makes a mess. I've resorted to buying a 1 oz. pump bottle and transferring it over to avoid the wastefulness of the product dripping all over the side of the bottle every time I take the dropper in or out of the bottle. Also, it appears the dropper takes up about 1/2 oz of volume, so there is only 1/2 oz of product in the bottle. That's wild. So to recap: possibly my favorite foundation ever but can not stand the bottle so much that I may have to find a new favorite. Because makeup shouldn't make you rage.

I am about to go from teleworking to going into the office every day and I need a very QUICK and EASY makeup routine, and this is included. I am a very ~particular~ customer b/c of my skin needs - I can't use sunscreen on my skin every day (it breaks me out), so I'm SOOOO glad this doesn't contain it. I do need to perform my skincare routine prior to applying this product, and using hands/fingers is the best way (hence EASY and QUICK). I have quite the collection of makeup and I must say that when I was trying to figure out WHAT I was gonna do for my appearance in the office every day, I was thrilled to remember that I have this in my collection. I will be using this (at my desk) every day. And it's skincare, too. I do not notice any clinginess or otherwise weird patches. It does dry down to a rather matte finish (which I love) but I tend to be oily, and I live where it's hot and humid. Even my daughter uses this stuff. And it's very gentle, too (does not break me out). Please, L'Oreal, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER stop making this product b/c there is not another on the market like it - I have looked.

It goes on more like a foundation than a serum. The packaging is also terrible - the dropper doesn't work so I have to use it as a weird, messy stick instead. The two redeeming qualities are that shade was a great match (I used Very Light) and it didn't break me out. But the consistency and dryness have me throwing it out after just five uses =(

The name would lead one to believe that this is- indeed- a "tinted serum". It's NOT! It's a thick, drying foundation. As others have noted, the application method- a very dysfunctional dropper- is useless~ and messy. Because of this packaging, it also leads one to believe that this is of a more liquid type substance. It's not! It's thick- about as thick or thicker than L'oreal's True Match Super-Blendable Liquid Foundation (which they have apparently discontinued, sadly). I ended up putting some of this new "Serum" foundation into the empty bottle of the L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Foundation, a much thinner and, IMHO, better foundation that L'Oreal has recently introduced. (In fact, I love it!) The marketing department at L'Oreal needs to get their act together. Learn what a SERUM is, and don't add a dropper to a product that is too thick to use! I definately do not recommend this product for older skin. Too drying. If you're looking for something that's more "serum" like, try the True Match Super-Blendable Foundation.

The lightest two shades of this foundation are grey and pink. Though they lay beautifully, they give a powdery appearance because of this. I’ve tried the Maybelline comparison and L’Oréal clearly beats its finish. However, I think people prefer Maybelline simply because they have warm undertone shades 110 and 118. The first warm shade of this one (2-3) is too deep for me.

She was talking about the differences in makeup routines between when she at home in America and how it’s changed since living in France. She spoke about foundation differences and that French women took foundation and mixed it with a serum, something such as Hyaloronic acid left such a beautiful finish not to mention it being moisturizing. I started to search for a foundation that was formulated with a serum and came upon L’Orel’s true match nude hyaluronic tinted serum . As a 56 year old woman that never really used base before ( because it’s cakie !) this base is my jam it smooths it hydrates it lasts and it is definitely not cakie! I had tried some other higher end brands for awhile but keep coming back to this serum foundation. It very subtly evens out my complexion with the lightest coverage, which is exactly what I’m looking for. I’m on the oily side and this wears all day without making me greasy. PLEASE change the packaging to a pump. Glass bottles are a hassle to travel with and the product is always gloppy all over the dropper and opening which is such a waste. Then so much gets left in the bottle at the end that you can’t get to. Please upgrade and I will happily pay a few dollars more!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mrs Squirrel from Perfect for everyday wear I really love this formula for everyday wear. I tried 3 different shades and none of them were a perfect match. I got 4.5-5.5 and it was just a bit too light. I also had purchased 5-6, which was just a bit too dark. So, I added a little bit of 5-6 to my 4.5-5.5 bottle and it's perfect. It is light coverage but with a 2nd layer, it is perfection. It evens out my skin tone but doesn't look like I'm wearing makeup. When I wear it, I add a thin veil of the Infallible bronzer to give my skin a little dimension, a little setting powder and I'm good to go. When I wear it, people mention that I look like I'm glowing and sun kissed!! I dislike the dropper, but I've learned that you have to remove it and reinsert it slowly, that cuts down on the mess.

I was only about a quarter way through the bottle and it was a total mess. There was product all over the top and sides of the bottle making it really unpleasant to use. The packaging with the dropper does not work for this product. I have come across so many videos and comments that say the same thing. I am going away on vacation and will not take this product with me because it’s a mess when I use it at home let alone try to transport it . Please update your packaging for this product. Once the packaging is updated, I would rate this product as stellar.

(So I won't have to buy a bunch of little plastic bottles from Amazon and then spend 30 - 40 minutes trying to get the makeup into them.)

I purchased shade 7-8 I thought would be too dark but it worked. It's said this is the dupe for the Armani Foundation. I think it's a bit matte, just a bit. It's very pigmented, one layer provides great coverage, but I add two layers. It's affordable especially with brand foundation being so pricey nowadays and the bottles are much smaller.

Beautiful foundation. This is the only foundation I have repurchased because I used it up. Great dupe for the Armani Luminous Silk.

I use mostly mid-high end tinted foundations, Chanel, Ilia, NARS, Armani..I’ve used them all. I was going out of town and didn’t want to pack my expensive bottle so I picked up a cheaper version so I wouldn’t regret it breaking or me losing it. It was L’Oréal true match nude 0.5-2. I have mature skin and this went on beautifully and it MATCHED my skin perfectly. This has only happened once with a different brand, most of the time I have to mix. I was so pleasantly surprised. I wear it constantly now and very happy with my savings and the way my skin looks. I tell everyone how great this product is

For the past five years I have been a rabid Infallible fan. The True Match Tinted Setim is giving that serious competition. I find this product wonderful on all levels. Rated 4 out of 5 by Kkins from Nice product, bad packaging Been using about a year and love the product, looks pretty on the skin, gives very light coverage that’s not masky like a foundation, however, I don’t love the packaging. The dropper is more gimmicky (maybe to align with being a serum) than functional. It’s messy and the droppers on mine didn’t last long without breaking. I see I’m not the only one asking for a pump bottle and scrapping the dropper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MissNess from Great Product. Poor Packaging. I have used a bottle of this a month for a few years now, I love it. HOWEVER, the bottle is….annoying. It’s messy and the last THREE bottles I’ve purchased the dropper did not work or broke off while trying to use, delicately too I might add, and spilled product all over my vanity/floor. It’s expensive (for me) and I don’t want to switch to a different product but you should really think about different packaging. I need a new bottle now and I’m trying to figure out how to put the product in to a squeeze bottle or a jar to avoid future messes.

I put a few drops in my finger and just rub/tap a few drops of this onto my face when I want a more polished look (otherwise I just use my L’Oréal crayon concealer for blemishes and around my nose). It’s just enough coverage to even out skin but doesn’t look like I’m wearing any make up! Keeps skin plump and lasts all day.

I really like the fact that the L'Oreal tinting serum not only makes my face look more attractive and effectively washes away imperfections, but also takes care of my skin. The texture is not dense and does not apply like a mask. Good for oily skin. Separately, we can highlight a convenient dispenser with which you can easily apply the foundation either with a sponge or with your hands.

It matched my skin perfectly, and lasted all day long. Throughout the day, it didn't become cakey/patchy. It stayed in place, and still tried to when I went to wash my face that night. I didn't notice any transfer throughout the day, and I tested for it as well. It gave my skin a nice Dewey glow as well. 10/10!
