This eyeliner is great...until the top changes shape. I used it for a few weeks and loved it, but eventually the tip formed this strange bubble and I lost the ability to make nice clean lines. If they can fix this I think it would be the perfect eyeliner!
It goes on smooth, is easy to apply, stays on all day, and has a nice dark color. I would recommend as long as you know that the tip may warp over time.

L’Oréal products has always my favorite OTC makeup. I went to CVS to buy my favorite L'oréal Lineur Intense Felt Tip liquid eyeliner in earthen rock brown, unknowingly being discontinued. So I purchgased your Super Slim Liquid Eyeliner in brown. You guys have to go back to the drawing board with this one. It has a nice tip but there seem to be no product. I opened the brand new sealed package and used the product. But when I went to the other eye it already seems like it was drying up. I couldn’t figure how to re dip the tip to remoisture with more product. On the package instructions storing pen tip down is not written, which I did anyway when I was done. The next day storing it tip down did not help at all. The liner feels like it’s drying out. So I went to couple of stores to find my L'oréal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner in earthen rock but could not find any. So I start shopping for it online to find out that is discontinued. Ugh!! Your Super Slim Liquid Eyeliner in brown is not a good replacement at all. Please bring back L'oréal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner in earthen rock.

Absolute garbage. The product never even reaches the end of the flimsy tip, so you have to mash and drag it against your eyelid in the desperate hope of getting enough product deposited that you can finesse it with a q-tip. Tip bends and flicks and dries out in seconds, leaving smudges and splats of eyeliner instead of a clean line. Zero control, zero pay off

It started out great on the eye lid. When I got to the bottom lash it wouldn’t work. I tried it on a tissue and had to press too hard to get the liquid to come down then it wouldn’t transfer to my lash line. Definitely a waste of money.

I love this product! It didn't smear and cause black circles under my eyes. But it runs out after 1 use. I bought several tuning maybe it was just a bad batch. Everyone is bought did the same. The first time I used it about a year ago, it lasted longer then 1 use.

Dry Applicator

I have been using this eyeliner for years always got compliments and just recently, The last month or two. Each one I’ve purchased seems to dry out right after using once. I’ve purchased from several different stores hoping it. Was just a bad batch and still dry applicator. What’s going on??

Flowerchild52 got it right! The "new" super slim is so dry it will not even line one eye. I, too, bought several thinking I must have gotten old stock. I used / loved this product for years - please bring it back!!!

What happened to my Loreal Super Slim eyeliner?

I have loved Loreal Super Slim eyeliner for years and years. But I am sad to have to give my all time favorite eyeliner a bad review. My favorite eyeliner has changed in the last six months. I can not even line one eye before it stops. It seems to be the eyeliner itself, or maybe the slim applicator. I did not want to give up my wonderful eyeliner, so I kept buying new ones thinking it maybe had been stored too long. After buying about 6 of them from different stores, I have had to give up on my wonderful Loreal Super Slim eyeliner. It breaks my heart. I just wanted to let you know in case it is a manufacturing change. I know I can't possibly be the only customer experiencing this problem. PLEASE bring back the Loreal Super Slim eyeliner that we have always known and loved!!!!

I just bought this, it sucks. Absolutely horrible, completely disappointed. It’s dry, the brush gets ruined with the littlest pressure. I got the shade ‘Black/noir’, it comes out a dark grey. Completely disappointed, e.l.f. Or Revlon is a better choice.

Stays and Creates a Nice Thin Line

Please do not ever discontinue infallible super slim liquid eyeliner. It stays on so nicely...but most importantly, the user can create a thin, natural looking line which is not overbearing as some ladies do. I have loved this product for years and I cannot live without it!

needs a smudgeproof version for oily skin

the marker tip is juicier and more precise than any eyeliner pen i’ve used before (granted, i’ve only ever used drugstore makeup brands). However, this product does not work for extended wear, and if your skin is even slightly on the oily side, this product will not work for you. it smudges and wipes away far too easily. please consider coming out with a smudgeproof, waterproof version of this same eyeliner!!

This is genuinely the worst eyeliner I have ever used.
It transfers so bad onto my upper lid. The tip of the liner itself doesn’t work so you have to use it on its side so you can’t do precise thinner lines. Just save yourself and buy literally any other product. This sucks so bad

This eyeliner sucks. First off its not even dark enough and its dry! Also it always transfers to my upper lid ruining my entire look! I hate this eyeliner. I have never hated a makeup product this much because its just makeup but this eyeliner ruined so many of my looks because i keep giving it another chance. After a few tries, it went in the trash!!!

Product is sticky and never completely dries

I like the applicator but not the product. It never completely dries and sticks/transfers to my upper eye lid. I have tried to allow extra time for it to dry before applying eye shadow. Applying setting powder doesn't help either. Disappointing since I bought it based on reviews.

This eyeliner is terrible! The black goes on as more of a grey, and it stays on for about an hour, not 12 hours as claimed. I've tried wearing it three or four times, and it ends up smeared on my upper lid within two hours. What a waste of money.

previously loved this product but lately dries out

previously loved this product but lately dries out -- have been using this for years but for the past few months every one I buy dries out in less than a week - it used to last probably close to a month - not sure what changed but need to go back to old formulation and/or amount of liquid in the pen. I have tried buying from different stores thinking that the store where I usually purchased them had old stock but even pens purchased at other stores had same result and dried out after just a few uses.

This is disappointing for such an established brand. The last several Infallible liquid liners (various styles) come out of the package working like a sharpie that someone found under their sofa, several years after losing it. This needs to be fixed because you have lost me and others as a customer.

Love the liner Hate the cap

I really like this liner but you can't put one in your purse or toiletry bag while traveling because the cap won't stay on. The cap doesn't click on to be secure. While I love this liner I'm going to search for something else because I have lost 4 full liners due to the cap falling off and they dry out pretty quickly.

. This is the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. It doesn’t even last 30 minutes in my eyes before it smudges. It also ends up under my eyes. Application wise is very hard to apply smoothly Due to its sponge like applicator.

Top won’t stay on

The cap barely stays on which causes it to dry out easily. I’ve always been and will continue to be a loyal L’Oreal customer, but I doubt I will purchase this particular liquid eyeliner again.

I DID love it, at first...

Yes, I loved this eyeliner at first, but like most folks, it dried out too quickly. Could it be it was in the store too long? I'm not sure whether I'd purchase again, on the fence as it may have just been this particular purchase was a dudd. I have the gray. The line was so perfect and slim and I thought, "finally!" But...after two weeks, I find myself shaking it to get fluid. I only use it once a day but I'm sure there's more fluid than two weeks. After shaking the pen (be careful as it WILL splash out and you won't realize it until you stumble upon little dots about your space), the fluid will flow but I have to use the sides of the tip, hence making the line a bit thicker. Overall, I do like the product but for the price, I wish it would have worked properly for a longer period. Hopefully, it's just a glitch and L'Oreal can fix it. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

Bad Reaction

If you have sensitive skin, I would not recommend this. I tried it a couple times not knowing it was the eyeliner that was causing my eyes to swell shut and burn. Very painful and uncomfortable!!

CHANGE THE CAP!!!!

LOVE this liquid Eyeliner! However! I BEG THIS COMPANY TO MANUFACTURE A BETTER CAP/COVER! It comes off to easy! I’ve found many times the cap off causing My eyeliner to DRY out (of course) and of course! I made sure I put on the cap cover on well. SMH. Please manufacture a better cap cover to STAY ON this item! I would recommend once the manufacturers changes the cap cover that can screw/lock on BETTER!

Dries out too quickly

i bought this the first time a couple months ago and loved the easy, precise application. unfortunately, the tip dried out within weeks. thinking this must have been a fluke, i bought another one on november 27. it has already dried out to the point of being unusable. i really wanted this eyeliner to work for me as pencil always melts down my eyes and i can’t seem to master other liquids.

Fades and runs immediately

Bought this a week ago and after trying for 3 days this is one of the worst eyeliners I have purchased. It will last for about 10 minutes and I would have to reapply, Because it immediately starts to fade and run. The 12 hour stay should be 12 seconds.
