I’ve searched forever for a product to control frizzy long hair. I don’t do anything to my hair but wash and let dry on its own. So nice not to have to take any special steps with this product. Thanks L’Oréal!

[Employee of loreal] Please bring Frizz Taming Hair Serum back!!! The previous version of this is so much better. It is impossible to get it now. I have used it for many years and so have hundreds of people I have come across online. Everyone likes the Frizz Taming version better.

Asking you to bring back KERA-OLEO formula please

I love the Smooth Intense Frizz Taming Serum before the product change. I don’t know why people are so afraid of silicones, it coats the hair evenly holds in moisture when used on damp hair and creates a barrier to heat. It keeps my hair soft and silky smooth. The new product makes my hair feel crunchy and the water-seed oil based formula tends to dry on my hands mostly before I even get to work it into my hair. It’s such a fail of a product for me. I have fine hair so oils are generally a no-go for me as it’s too heavy and builds up. I’m begging you not to make me spend $35 a bottle on eBay For discontinued product ;(

Hair weakened

worked for the first few weeks and then started to make my hair weak and thin in the places i applied it which for me was unfortunately my roots since there was no description on where to put it. That may hust be my hair but that is a warning

Please bring the old formula back. The one with Kera Oleo. It was fantastic!! The new formula is doesn't work and the new smell is way too strong!!!

Smells nice didn’t suit me

I use elvive shapmoo, conditioner and hair mask which i am fan of, so thought of trying serum as well but didn’t suit on my hair. It makes my hair more frizzy and dry. Smell is very pleasant though. I saw lots of good reviews and thought maybe I’m not using correctly. But it’s just not made for me😂
