Hi Gloria. Thank you for reaching out to L'Oreal regarding the Revitalift Derm-Intensives-Hyaluronic-Acid-plus-Eye-Serum. We suggest you massage the serum in small circles under the eye (eye contour) to the temple, repeating four times. When using a facial moisturizer it is recommended to apply on the face where the skeletal bone is which means not on the eye contour. Therefore, the eye cream and facial cream should not overlap.

Hello! If your retinol product is obtained by prescription, check with your medical provider or pharmacist regarding what ingredients you need to avoid. Since retinol is a chemical exfoliator, you shouldn't use it in conjunction with another product containing a chemical exfoliator. It may cause irritation to the skin. While the Revitalift Derm Intensives 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid + 1% Caffeine Eye Serum contains a gentle chemical exfoliator (LHA) we don't recommend using it along with a product containing retinol unless recommend by your doctor.
