The packaging is too similar for a lot of your products. Anyway, the Revitalift moisturizer that I bought had a gritty texture to it and was more translucent than what I normally buy. However, I purchased a jar of L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Anti-Wrinkle +Firming Moisturizer Pro-Retinol+Centella Asiatica 1.7 oz Lot 20W903 and noticed the moisturizer was not thick. It was very thin, and had a smell to it. I looked at the list of ingredients and water is the first ingredient. Water may have always been first on the list. However, the moisturizer was thick, never thin. A bad batch? Lot 20W903. Because I've always liked this product and have had positive results, I did purchase another jar Lot 20WN03, it too is thin and has a very wet feeling to it when applied on the face and an odor. The list of ingredients may not have changed but it seems like the amount of water used was increased...My questions: When were lot 20W903 and 20WN03 made? Both have the number 1575088 (patent number?) Is this the new norm for the product? Thank you.

I use high end department store cremes and really wanted to love this! It did not sink in and even though it is heavy I did not feel moisturized. It did not seem to do anything for my few fine lines and wrinkles. I’m giving it two stars because it is the first retinol Creme that did not burn at all. I will say I love Loreals ethics as a company and how inclusive the branding is but your products are not the quality they once were!

I just bought another jar and the smell is so awful and there is something different about the texture of the cream, it was much thicker than my previous jar. My face did not feel soft like usual, it was very greasy, nor did does it look like when I used the moisturizer previously. I am so bummed as this was THE BEST cream I found for my face in years. I loved how silky and light it was on. However the past two purchases of this, I noticed that it had an odd smell. It smelled really bad like gasoline or some type of old perfume that my grandma would wear. I miss the old formula and fragrance. I do not know why they changed it when it was working so great before. Now, I will have to find something else. :(

The active ingredients were Pro-retinol and Stimuplex, now it's just retinol. Like there's not enough retinol products going around? The Stimuplex is what gave this product it's firming power and made this product stand out, now it's useless. The old formula kept my eyelids lifted like no other, now it does nothing. I am more than upset. Loreal just lost a loyal customer of 20 years, and I don't think I'll be the only one once others realize the change. Loreal, why why why???

I purchased this cream before my trial even finished. Since then, I tried using Clarins day face cream for my age, that's how they categorize, and paid 3x more, and didn't like it all. This cream hydrates my skin and soothes my redness. I use on top of my vitamin E serum and under my powder sunscreen. I use the powder SS because I have sensitive skin and sunscreen tends to irritate it, but not this cream. One thing I did not like about this cream was the packaging. I don't like sticking my finger in a jar and contaminating the unused cream with the germs on my hands, even if i just washed them. I rather prefer a pump to keep it all clean. In conclusion, I didn't know what I had until I lost it. And now that I have it back, I'll never let it go again. I now use their eye cream and night cream, both just as wonderful as the day cream. You have a new faithful customer Revitalift!

Its definitely hydrating and I can definitely tell a slight difference in the texture of the skin on my neck. It is a little too oily for my skin type, however, and I would have really appreciated a neck cream with SPF. The Day Cream suffices for that, however, so all is well. While this product is definitely effective, like the Day Cream with SPF, the smell is a bit too strong for me. I still definitely recommend it as I find it to work very well!

I do have 1 "crease" across the middle of my neck that I feel has diminished somewhat but I haven't noticed any other benefits from using this cream for about 3 weeks. The L'Oreal RevitaLift Anti Wrinkle + Firming Face/Neck Contour cream is a great idea for those of us, like me, that are prone to saggy skin in our neckline area. I personally have this issue because I lost a large amount of weight a few years ago and never regained the tautness in my skin afterwards. I found the product to help with my lines that are visible on the neck; I felt like the appearance was reduced. In my photo provided, the left image is my "after" photo and the right is the "before" photo. Some of the upper lines that you can see on the right image aren't as visible on the left. The product itself wasn't too heavy and greasy, and it has no particular fragrance. I would even use this moreso as a face cream than the daytime cream because it is so much lighter. Of the products I received, this and the eye cream were my favorites because of the lightness and usefulness. My only drawback on this and other products in this line is the lack of an attempt to use more natural ingredients. It would be interesting if lines such as L'Oreal tried to clean up their act and move towards the future of skincare: all natural, no chemical products. I do like the results I see, but I would not buy this product on a regular basis because all natural is actually quite important to me. It's another reason why I don't eat processed foods too. I think that most women could appreciate this face/neck contour cream. I think they may even like this product better than the daytime or nighttime creams (especially younger women like myself). I found most of the other face creams in this campaign to be too heavy. For younger women, I would definitely be able to suggest this almost as an all-purpose sort of product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by sue1977 from younger youthful appearance [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] * I also sit back and say what product would my mother choose everyday for a younger youthful look , Then when I decided to take on this mission I felt compelled and eager to try it so once I received it i started it and kept using it and so far I've got less fine lines and wrinkles and this makes me feel better and eager to use Am and Pm gave me a lift of sagging skin I so much hated and it revitalized my skin to be more hydrated and I'm not the one that likes greasy products this one doesn't make it feel weighted or a filmy feeling glides right on and moisturizers my areas starting out in the morning with a clean face first then to work on I go on these awesome products it's like a miracle in boxes as I can be a little impatient to see if it works it did and you should try it to and also give it time it will work for you as well my girls watch me use it and I'm setting an example for when they get older to please make sure you stop by there web page on Facebook Instagram or Twitter and let them know your experience on this fine product or even to say Hi or have any questions there day and night .

However, they always say to take preventative measures rather than try to fix the problem. I've been meaning to start a moisturizing regimen for my neck but I always got lazy; having this neck cream as part of the whole set finally got me in line. While I can't vouch for any improvements as I hadn't shown signs of sagging or wrinkling on the neck, I am still very pleased with the miniaturization that it provides, and that the formula was gentle enough on my sensitive skin. I'll continue to use this product and maybe in a few months I'll see some more drastic results. But so far, so good!

I'm still not really sure the purpose of having this product seperate from the others as it had the same effect, smell and consistency. It had a hospital smell,stayed kind of tacky for most of the day and didn't work well under makeup.this is definitely not something I would purchase for regular use, it just felt like an unnecessary step.

I feel finished when I put this product on in the morning. I have always used a face moisturizer on my neck, so it was nice to have a product specifically made for both. Like the other products in this line, it has a fresh, clean scent, and goes on silky smooth. I do wish that this product had an SPF in it for my neck. I love the packaging- the glass jar and lid feel really cool and enhance the experience of using the product. I have not, however, noticed my skin becoming firmer and I have been using the product for several weeks.

The only difference between the two is that the day cream has SPF 18 and the face/neck contour cream does not. Both creams smell the same and have the same consistencies. I guess the point of the face/neck contour cream is to use it on your neck and jawline, which I did... but it seems like overkill to have one cream for your face and one for your neck and jawline. I'd rather just use one cream for everything. Plus I definitely need the added SPF that the day cream has. I don't have any really negative things to say about the face/neck contour cream... it has a nice smell and consistency and it seems to work well. I just am not sure that it is totally necessary to use. I do like the whole RevitaLift line of products and have seen improvements in my skin from using them.

L'Oreal has blended 8 natural skin lifters to produce Advanced Firming, Anti-wrinkle, and skin protection action. I have been using this product about 2 weeks and enjoy this cream almost as much as the eye cream. The moisturizer is light, the fragrance fresh, and texture is soft. My face and neck feel rejuvenated, softer, moisturized, and firmer. I would definitely recommend this cream to anyone. I will most certainly buy this product in the future.

The creams makes my skin feel soft but after washing it is as dry as before I applied the cream so I have to continue using a moisturizer over it.Very little is needed to cover face and neck and it absorbs quickly. It has a light fragrance that fades fast so it doesn't clash with other fragrances I use. I will continue to use the product until it is all gone,which may be several more weeks,as a little goes a long way. Most products take 8-12 weeks for results ,so here's hoping.

This product is somewhat thick, creamy and feels amazing on face. Since it is thick you don't need to use as much, so the product goes a long way. I also like the smell of the cream, it is not overpowering at all. I have definitely noticed my face is much more smooth and softer. I think that my skin also looks and feels younger. I think it looks younger because it seems more awake and bright. I have noticed that some of my fine lines and wrinkles are also smoother and not as noticeable. I have been using this product on my neck as well and haven't really noticed a change. I haven't had any real issues with my neck area yet so this could be why. I will definitely continue to use this product, it has helped with the things that concerned me about my face.

This is a thick cream, but perfect for nighttime as it has plenty of time to sink in. It is easy and smooth to apply and spreads easily. I also enjoy the fragrance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MBuzzer from Firming Face & Neck Contour Cream -- My skin feels fairly supple [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all of the L'Oreal Paris RevitaLift Anti Wrinkle + Firming Creams that I have tried, the Face/Neck Contour Cream seemed to react the most favorably with my skin (i.e., hasn't caused any major acne breakouts thus far). This is probably due to the fact that I used it mostly on my neck when I did use it, and the skin on my neck tends to be less sensitive than the skin on my face. So far, so good. The skin where I have applied the Contour Cream seems more supple, but it's hard to say conclusively after a week and some change whether or not this is actually the case. Is the suppleness that I'm observing merely psychosomatic or is it an actual result from the application of this Cream? I'm willing to commit to a new night time regimen using RevitaLift Contour Cream in order to find out!

So far, I don't see a change in lines and wrinkles. However, the overall feel of my skin is significantly improved. My skin used to have oily patches and rough, dry patches. My skin has evened out and feels soft all over, and this cream hasn't made my skin too oily. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering like many creams, and also hasn't caused any issues with my sensitive skin. Definitely worth using for moisturizing!

I did not see any changes in wrinkles or lines. However, the overall condition of my skin has improved dramatically so maybe with more time this will work as intended. I put it on in the morning and then again at night. I will say that it does stay on and makes your skin feel great. I think I will buy this product again, because I like the way it feels and lasts. It might be too soon to tell if it will help reduce any wrinkles.
